Enjoyed our 4 days at this property thoroughly. One of the finest resorts I've stayed in. The food is amazing and the choice is vast. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Ambience is at next level. Rooms are clean and so is the property. You get a lot for what you pay and it's quiet worth it. Loved it overall. Looking forward to visiting again very soon. I'd say that the hotel is overall great. The only catch is how you plan your trip. If the intent is to have a lazy vacation and not move anywhere, you're in the right place. If you plan to visit places, ensure you download the "GetTransfer.com" app, negotiate your transportation rates and people will send you their bids (probably lower than you had in mind but be considerate unless you wane to pay the 25 euro transportation fee for a one-way trip). There are 2 restaurants which I know, that are part of the all-inclusive package, the rest is not part of package. The cabanas are not part of the hotel and you have to pay, depending on the location either in the deck, beach, or pool). All the drinks from the bars are inclusive but don't expect any high end drink or wines to be part of this. The cleaning staff were not exactly the best to replace my drinking glassware/mugs, so be warned to check that your stuff was cleaned during housekeeping service. All the food and bar service was exceptional, hands down! My AC is not the coldest in my room since I've been in the hotel the entire time, so be warned. The indoor pool does not offer alcohol beverages but they offer juices, teas, or etc.

I’ve been in this hotel a while ago and definitely can tell it’s one of the finest hotels I’ve ever visited! Definitely the best in Antalya! First of all the interior and exterior is gorgeous and breath taking! The whole staff were very intending and helpful We’ve visited on the period around 8 of March (before the season started), but the place has already was in a great shape and ready to meet a tourists (the only thing we were missing were a fountains and swimming pool) One of the best kitchen, everything was good looking and tasted beyond delicious Highly recommended, can’t wait to be there again #TitanicMardanPalace #TitanicMardanPalaceHotel #AntalyaHotel

We loved our stay here. Rooms were comfortable and decor was tasteful and luxurious. The kids club was amazing, entertainment and workshops throughout the day with disco and live show in the evening. All staff were so good with the children, Esra was especially friendly and helpful with children and parents! Thank you for an amazing stay, we leave with lots of wonderful memories

Massive property built and maintained like a palace. If you like a palace type hotel this is good. All the good bits Clean and maintained Linens are all good. Daily room cleaning full marks. Re-stocking of mini bar OK. Shower OK. Bad bits. Food spread is a bit boring they are not understanding the fact that they are attracting customers worldwide so I suggest having to cover that. But it's an Ok. Some staff are very good but some don't know how to smile that needs attention. Just smiling is no harm. Better for their health. Rooms at night can get very hot apparently they have one air circulation system for the whole hotel and it can only keep warm means very warm this was in December 2023. But a 5 star hotel must have air conditioning and so not good. Very bad. Otherwise all good.

To me looks 7 star hotel and palace, with the indoor dining restaurant and shisha/hoca smoking at the outside dining area, with the magnificent view of the swimming pool and manmade river, truly exquisite experience, l recommend it highly for newly wed couples and families and families with kids

It stands true to it's name Titanic Mardan 'Palace'. Staff is extremely courteous. Not all of them may know english so use Google Translate. They'll do their best to help you even with language barrier. My room had a great view. Don't miss on enjoying their private beach & sauna.

The hotel was amazing. The best hotel all round we have stayed in all round. So much to offer for a family, from the evening entertainment, kids club and activities they put on for them throughout the day. The food was superb and the staff were all so attentive. We loved our 2 week stay here and we would definitely come back it was so good.

Wonderful hotel! We have had a lovely family holiday at the Titanic Mardan Palace and will certainly come back again. Each and every member of staff was always welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer a huge choice of delicious food, all of which is presented beautifully. There is plenty to do throughout the day both indoors and outdoors. The evening entertainment for both children and adults is extremely good. OK - so I booked this hotel based on Trip Advisor the reviews that I read and to be honest, not dissapointed. The service was great, food is amazing and its the perfect place for anyone who wants to relax to do exactly that. Its the first time that I am coming here, I dont think it will be the last. Great beach access, great facilities the pool side is amazing. I've already recommended the place to 3 other friends who are looking to book up in the coming weeks.

Loved our stay at Titanic Mardan Palace. Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Went with a baby and toddler and the staff were so accommodating. There is lots on for kids, they will never get bored. Staff with exceptional service were Lana and Nedim (bistro restaurant). Will definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful experience I had with my family in here. Service, staff friendless, food, pools and beach were all spot on. It is definitely a go to resort for families or couples. They could’ve had more water park activities (water slides for 8+ years kids). The one there is perfect for younger age. Fantastic experience overall, will come back again for sure ! Thanks

Very pleasant experience in this hotel. The hotel is huge and lobby areas are very luxurious. The food quality was very good and always a have great selection for both lunch and dinners. Since we visited in December we didn't get to use the outside pool areas so we will be back in the summer!

First time being in Titanic Mardan Palace Hotel. It’s beautiful from entrance till the beach. People who work here all are welcoming and friendly. Entertainment is good, kids were always happy to visit kids club. Food was always great. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this hotel.

10 days here and absolutely loved it. Come from the UK, been to Turkey a few times before but nothing like this place. Rooms are amazing, pools and beach great, food and drink even better! Corona bottles and more! Finally, staff are great. Especially Sabrina from guest assistance who were great for my kids. Thank you Mardan Palace!

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast/lunch/ dinner wide selection which was included.

Attention/customer service was fantastic. They created a WhatsApp group with a personal guest assistant. Despite being such a big property, all the requests were handled within minutes. Highly recommendable hotel. Spacious rooms. The facilities are great with a wide range of activities for all age groups. There is a very festive vibe in the evenings with music in the lobby.

The hotel is beautiful. It's obvious that the pervious owner has built it to the highest level. The service is perfect, the staff is trained to the highest level. I wish there were 3 more things. I miss the gondolas around the pool, back in time they were amazing and I don't understand why was it more important to have a terrace for the restaurent then having a special service like that. I wish the hotel still had the "colosseum" for the night shows. And I wish the fresh orange juice was really fresh because it's a bit dissapointing to drink a juice made of concentrate in a hotel on this level. We will be back for sure.

Had a lovely week here with the family. Great selection of food in the restaurants and each had 5star service (the service in the Indian Sill Road restaurant was exceptional, the chef and staff deserve a mention) The facilities were amazing. If I had to pick at something I’d say the rooms could be a little more modern but I guess the style fits the hotel. Would visit again definitely as it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

The hotel is lovely. Food is great. Teenage Club is brilliant and really fun. Pool is amazing. Also other activities that happen during the day like Football, Volleyball and more.

This resort was epic! The service was very nice - not only drinks but snacks are brought by servers to the beach. Everything is very clean and the food is delicious! You truly feel like you’re in a palace at this resort. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We (2 adults & a 2.5 year old) are currently on our last day staying at Titanic Mardan Palace and have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Food is great, staff are great, the hotel is breathtaking, the only possible downside is the location. There is nothing around the hotel within safe walking distance to see or do however the hotel grounds are so large that you won't have any shortage of walking (or the staff can kart you about in a buggy if you really wish) If you are looking for bad things then you will find them (I feel some of the negative reviews have gone out of their way to pick up on negatives) however if you are genuinely going on holiday to relax and have a good time then you won't notice / be bothered by any of these "negatives" Thanks to all the staff here, I dare say we will be back at some point 😀

Place is great for family, staffs were very attentive from room cleaning to restaurant staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tini kids club were great for my small ones 2&4 helping us looking after the wee ones with plenty of activities to occupy them daily. All the staff at the kids club were very professional in looking after the children, Esra for example was very attentive and got our kids involved in many activities while we were there. Looking forward to coming back to see you guys.

You will say 'wow' as you walk through the doors, and you will never stop saying it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so attentive in their duties. Everywhere is so clean. The food is plentiful, and there is a great deal of choice. This has been the most fabulous holiday that I have had. Our love and thanks to Sefer and the other hotel staff for this amazing memory.

Mardan Palace is such a beautiful place! Sabrina and Sefer were our guest assistant and they were both fantastic attending to our needs and providing whatever we asked for. Especially Sabrina, she was very helpful throughout our stay, supported me when an incident happened and has been really hospitable. She is a fantastic member and an amazing guest assistant! Its Really great hotel And Foods And Staff was Perfect Only There is One Issue that Our Family Cant visit us after 9 Pm Or before That They Have To keep their ID or Passport To come To us Only For 30 Minutes , I Guess Is Matter Of eating Or drinking but there is a Lot Of Ways To they solve This Issue Like Giving Hand Stickers Or Something Like That To Respect The People and Guest . This was our second family visit in Antalya and the unforgettable one. The Titanic Mardan Palace is a huge, luxury and real 5 star all-inclusive hotel. The stuff was very friendly, the food - amazing. Lots of stuff to do in your stay. Live music, bowling, arcade games, karaoke and much much more. You can feel the luxe all around. Our assistant Mr. D. Akturkler were so friendly and we’ve been very happy of his service. Many thanks to all hotel stuff that maked our stay memorable. P.S. I’ve read a previous bad review for the taxi companies which is nothing connected to the hotel. The Hotel stuff can only order a taxi and they are not charging you for that so for me personally this is not a fair review to the hotel quality. You only need to tell to the driver to charge you by the taxi meter and that's it.

The service was wonderful, rooms were clean and clean services cleaned the room every day and perfect attitude toward guest, furthermore we love the staff which were ready to help and assist excellently. This hotel is a perfect destination for families with kids. There is a variety of dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner furthermore is thats not enough there is lots of restaurants to choose for, to put it short we had a super wonderful time during our stay.

Amazing holiday with family. We are staying in villa, it’s much more better than rooms. Food are very tasty. Delicious ice cream. Night shows every night changing. Different style of party . White party the best one and Havana. I really recommend to everyone !

Wow. Just wow. My very first experience at a resort and i was more than amazed. Premium price but you do get what you pay for. Amazing buffet and 24 hr open bistro. The views were amazing. Only thing was upon arrival we werent too informed on the amenities that they had. Including all the restaurants, shows, arcade, etc.

Had a great vacation experience here. Lavish, luxurious and an expansive spread in the Bosphorus dining room. Other cafes were also great. They have wonderful facilities and great services such as hamam, spa, gaming alley, relaxation rooms, etc etc. A safe and great place for solo, couples, family, group vacations and of course for destination weddings too. Loved it.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The food, the staff, the room, design... everything was so nice. This is the most luxurious one we ever saw as a couple. The staff from every department doing their best. Especially the young gentleman from Guest Relations department Hamza, he was so kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitelybe coming back.

The hotel is wonderful and the rooms have a great view. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The food is amazing with endless dessert options that are made to perfection. Together with my family, we stayed for one week. Starting from the greeting of the hotel staff until the very end of the stay, everything was over-the-top. This was one of the most comfortable/pleasant stays at an hotel, as not just the room, but also all the hotel ground was clean and neat, as well as the outdoor activities/ lounge. It is absolutely kid-friendly, the food is marvellous and the staff is kind-hearted. It is worth the price and I would absolutely recommend it!

The staff are very professionel and caring a lot about details especially Miss Sabrina guest assistant she helped us a lot. The food in the buffet and the the bistro is outstanding.
