Love this place. Not only for viking vilage or Groenw Huis, but also because if it’s location. Somewhere inside of crowded town surrounded by water. Once you enter there.... you are not in Amersfoort anymore. You are in Schothorst ;) P.S. we are often going there to search for chocolade eggs on Pasen.

Great park, very nice to relax or walk with your dog. Includes also a skatepark and other facility where little children can play and have fun.

Very nice park!! You can walk, ride a bike or just sit there and enjoy the silence, even with the nearby houses. There is a beautiful and well kept rose garden. For lovers of peace, a visit is a must.

Big park. Always clean and mowed. Nice walking, run, biking,dog run, picnicing.

Beautiful forest, perfect for walks away from the busy world. I did stab myself in the thumb while there so that put a bit of a dent in the experience
