One star less as the rooms are tiny with just enough room for one suitcase. One other star removed as the glass shower offered no privacy with no place to put clothes or towels? You had to get into the tiny bedroom to get dried? One more star removed as the toilet offered no sink. The sink was next to the bed which made you feel One slept in the bathroom. I seriously doubt the designers ever spend a night here with 2 suitcases. I usually stay at van der valk as commonly the rooms are spacious. Not here though. Disappointed.

Had a business meeting in the restaurant. Lunch was good. Service could be better. We sat on the far end of the lunchroom, I couldn't get the attention of the waitress to serve us another cup of tea. Had to get up twice. Toilet looks nice.

BIGGEST SCAM !! THEY ASK FOR DEPOSIT AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK TO NO ONE! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM ! THE ONLY NICE THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE JACUZZI IN THE ROOM ! NOT EVEN A COMFORT BED OR PILLOWS, STAFF IS VERY RUDE, BREAKFAST IS SO POOR, 2 STAR HOTEL CAN MAKE BETTER BREAKFAST, NOT EVEN A CHARGER THEY CAN LAND YOU, NOT EVEN ROOM SERVICE! VERY POOR HOTEL FOR THE THOUSANDS THAT WE SPENT!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE

Rooms are modern; very open plan with bath in the same open plan area as bedroom. Nice having bed facing panoramic views over Amsterdam. However… Totally let down by poor finishing touches. Plastic disposable cups instead of glasses in the bathroom (or for drinks). Cardboard beakers for coffee. TV that doesn’t work. No swimming pool and sauna that doesn’t open until 4pm. No slippers or robes. For €400+ a night I expect luxury not cost cutting. And finally: to be asked to voluntarily not have any room cleaning ‘for environmental reasons’ (ie cost cutting). I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very varied. The welness and gym upstairs are very clean ! The view from our room was beautiful at night. I'm glad I chose this hotel and not another for my stay in Amsterdam. I also asked for bathrobes, and 3 minutes later someone came knocking at my door to bring them! Very pleased. Very clean hotel 10/10

This is one of the weirdest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The bed is in the very center of the room. They're trying way too hard to be "high end" and it just makes for a really unrelaxing, cramped room. The lobby in on the 5th floor, which isn't immediately apparent. There are two elevators that go from ground level to the 5th floor and then you have to change to the two other elevators to continue on to the room levels. Doesn't seem that irritating unless you stay here several days and then you grow to hate the elevator transfer. The decor and decorations are not very appealing. The bed was not good. A basic top sheet barely covers a little thin top mattress and so it wads up under you as you sleep. The top mattress is so thin that it buckled into a fold that we had to fix daily. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is that the shower itself was very nice. It was also clean and modern, but not a place that I'd want to stay again.

Nice hotel and great food. I had a great room and it would have been five stars if not for the very soft mattress. Parking in the integrated garage is plentiful and worth the money.

Rooms are very good, spacious & located close to business district. The staff & service can be much better both at reception & restaurant(especially) , as one of our colleague had very bad experience with someone who checked in the hotel was given the keys for same room as she was . And the guest unknowingly stepped into her room in the early morning with my colleague ending up having a traumatic experience

Cons: 1. Horrible overhead spotlights that induces migraine or near total darkness when you turn them off. 2. Sink does not drain properly, you will find it pooling after few seconds of use. 3. Toilet seat in one part of the room and the sink is all the way in the other side. 4. Carpet smells funny. A mix of detergent and stink. 5. You have to take two elevators to get to your room. 6. Overpriced. Pros Good natural lighting Comfy bed Close to train station

Vegan options are almost none for breakfast and that theres no irons available during a conference is very disappointing. They should have an iron for each room considering this is a place where mostly business people stay and they need an iron. Other than that its a nice place.

I’m on my 2nd night out of 4 on a business trip. The location is good and the lobby is decent. The AC is very poor, the rooms are humid, the toilet / shower are not convenient, the beds are not comfortable, and the hotel ran out of towels so I had to use hand-towels after showering. 2 stars for the location and the polite receptionist who tried to fix the AC but failed. Will never book it again.

I had a fantastic stay at an Amsterdam hotel recently. The service was impeccable, and I must highlight Mr. Deni's generosity and friendliness, which enhanced our experience. Comfortable facilities, attentive staff, and proximity to attractions make this hotel highly recommended for a memorable stay in Amsterdam.

We love this Hotel, because the location is right, everything is new and the service is good! The Metro is just a few minutes walk. And within 10 minutes you're in the centre of Amsterdam. The Hotel itself is located near the Rai, a big Expo Centre. And everything is new. There is a great lounge and a separate restaurant from the place where you can have Breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with great views and the shower is great. So are the beds, except for one little thing. Is that the pillows are quite big. And they dont have any other types. But he, who needs to sleep when you are in Amsterdam!?

Great meeting rooms and the lobby area between the meeting rooms is full of healthy snacks for those long workshop sessions.

A very stylish and modern hotel, with great amenities and a fantastic restaurant. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I missed a couple of things from the room, which would have made the it even better. E.g., different size of pillows as the ones supplied are just way too big. Few other things: if you stay on the 13th floor where you have the hotel signage on the facade of the building, please note that you can’t make the room completely dark. Also, you can’t completely switch off the air-con, there will be some noise constantly. The restaurant is great with fantastic food. Breakfast is also very good. Location is OK, you might need to walk a bit to Zuid but it is just 10 minutes.

Would have been 5 stars if they provided a kettle. (Repeat after me: 'you can't make tea with a coffee machine' - 'you can't make tea with a coffee machine') more minus points for supplying those ghastly Pickwick tea bags. Also they only supply paper cups in the room which is just wrong. However an amazing room design, lovely staff in reception, a self service mini shop in the lobby. A perfect location for exhibitions at the RAI. (e.g. IBC) WiFi was fast and easy to use. Didn't give breakfast a try on this trio but would probably stay again, especially outside the ripoff IBC pricing period.

For 500 euros you at least expect something for a night not just a clean room which matched! But do not expect it because this is a trap! And if you there they will try to charge you for everything. I call it cheap when no dental kit in the room and they sell it to you for 3 euros. Next time I choose an other hotel at least I won’t expect anything…..

Miserable service that demolishes the beauty of this building. The reception wanted to scam us to pay for breakfast when we booked “breakfast included” room. Not only that, they were saying “maybe you are just too poor, maybe you just can’t afford breakfast”. I am sort of used to dutch service already, but this was over the top even for local standards.

Spent a night here in early summer for an anniversary celebration, here's my pro/con list: + Delicious cocktails at the reception bar + Nice location with good views depending on your room + Breakfast was absolutely amazing + The spa is simply beautiful, clean and peaceful with beautiful 360 views - Overpriced in my opinion - Weird dirty stains on the roof of the room, for 400€ a night I expect everything to be spotless - Receptionist and waiters could be friendlier, typical Dutch service that leaves plenty of room for improvement If you're all about experiences and service, I suggest you go to other spa hotels in town.

Beautiful hotel with big and quiet rooms. Super friendly. Great parking. Free coffee. Good food. Seriously an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice room. Chilled vibes. Only downside is the wellness area didn't open till 10am and we had to leave at 10am. If it opened at 8am that would've been perfect.

Very good service, kind and helpful. The room was amazing and very luxurious. Everything was nicely cleaned but there was no lock on the toilet door but that was mostly fine for me.

We had booked their most expensive room. Was beautiful, however the curtains were damaged and they ignored simple requests I had made. They also do not return your deposit and ignore emails/don't answer the phone. Extremely bad customer service. It's a shame as it's a beautiful hotel but very awful service.

Brand new hotel with elegant and calm interior design. We got an upgrade for a room in the 13th floor and it was amazing. Gym and sauna are also large and well equipped. Bfst offers a wide selection. The only drawback is that’s it’s somewhat away from anything interesting in the city. If you come for a conference, it’s great. If you come as a tourist, prepare to drive every time you go out.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
