The service was slow and the personnel were yelling at each other. We ordered 3 menu .I received the order before my friends but they ordered before me. they waited half an hour for the order and even then the order was not ready, they didn't give us what we ordered. My friends ordered corn and even after an hour they didn't receive the order. No apologies, of course.

3/10 The box was 90% empty and it looked funny because chicken strips were 2 centimeters long (but still delicious), and we had been waiting for 25 minutes, even though we were 3rd in line. Who ate our chicken?

Got food from this KFC about 6 times (ordered in or went to the place) and I have NEVER received the complete order. That takes quite some talent. Always check your order. Sometimes it comes in cold too (50% of the time)

I don't know why this place has bad reviews but my experience was good. The original chicken bucket was amazing with hot and juicy chicken and big portion size. The new spicy stacker burger was also amazing with huge quantity of chicken. The order took only 5 mins and the service was very fast. They should also add Coke zero in drinks which was missing.

Completely Terrible experience - First, the order came missing components that qe had to go back and ask for. - Tables not clean. - Staff are rude and negligting customers. They dont speak basic English (or they act like they dont speak English to avoid doing something you ask for). - I asked for paper plates to eat the chicken on (standard item in all kfcs), they looked rudely as if i asked for something illegal. A nice Dutch customer translated and explained it to her. then gave me some tissues instead 🥴 - ⚠️DO NOT USE THE TOILET, IT IS A SCAM!⚠️ when trying to use the toilet, you should add 50 cent at the door knob like a vending machine. Surprisingly, it takes the money and never opens the door. And you end up frustratingly standing there with no choice but to go ask the completely incompetent staff to open it for you. (They open it with a small stick). Once again with very rude looking as if we are stupid to have thought of using the toilet (who would it need a toilet anyways, right?) I am very surprised of the level KFC is handling those issues. It seems from other reviews that this branch has been problematic for many months and apparently no solution??? I WILL NEVER EVER STEP INTO A KFC (and you also shouldn't) at least in the Netherlands.

With every visit really bad and slow service. When its busy or not, takes ages😴 without exaggerating. I don't eat often at KFC and every single time I decide to treat myself and eat there (KFC Buikslotermeerplein - Amsterdam Noord) its really the worst service like EVER! 😵I really don't want to use this word but I have observed different personnel working there and its really laziness. Unfortunately ALL personnel included. Never ever have I said this about people but this is really mind blowing🤯 how lazy personnel at this KFC is. See for the interior the photos I attach. Missing chairs and tables, too lazy to clean up, incompetent restaurant manager. No shame..no dignity...no proud. No minimum requirements or standards here. As long as personnel don't get tired too much its all fine it seems. I want to finish with one word that gives me the chills🥶: LAZINESS!! 😶

I recently visited KFC and was pleased with the quality of food, which was consistent with what I have come to expect from the chain. However, I was disappointed with the service I received during my visit. The employee who prepared my meal was unprofessional and rude, which detracted from my dining experience. Additionally, I noticed that many of the tables were dirty and in need of cleaning. Overall, while the food was good, the poor service and unclean tables left a negative impression. Hopefully, the management can address these issues to improve the overall dining experience for customers.

Wow. That was the worst KFC I've ever been to. And I've visited many all over the world and not always good. The staff was lazy, extremely rude and unhelpful. Fries were cold and rubbery. Chicken was also quite rubbery. When another customer complained about a dirty table, they gave him a cloth to clean it himself! Avoid at all costs. Staff just wants to spend their whole shift chatting with each other, unbothered by the customers.

I ordered two burgers and an ice cream. And the KFC Amsterdam Buikslotermeer put the burgers and the ice cream all touching each other in the same paper bag. So when I received my order, the burgers were icy cold on one side where it touches the ice cream cup. It was a sloppy mistake but had a huge impact on the quality of food. However, every time when I would dine in, the food quality has been great so far, though it takes some waiting time. So this time with the delivery it was just unfortunate.

This place in Amsterdam North is a terrible KFC restaurant. The service is lousy and the staff very unfriendly. The tables dirty and the wait for the food was more than 30 minutes. Never ever I will go back there...what a mess.

The worst service ever, before yesterday we ordered online and we had to wait for 3 hours and after all they cancelled the order just like that. It was really disappointed. Today we ordered again and I don’t why and now waiting for one hour, and it’s far 10 mins thou!

Food was good like all kfc restaurants. Service very slow (sunday around 3/4pm), choose option to have the food brought to the table and at the end they were just calling out the ordernumber instead of bringing it. Trashes were super full and nobody seemed worried to empty them.

This is probably the worst KFC in town. The quality of the food is just horrible. I gave them several chances and hooped each time that the food will be better then the last time. But now, I’m done with them. I don’t go there anymore. I love KFC but this shop is just crazy. It’s like no one cares about the quality. The burgers are the worst - the mashed them together. Sometimes there is even no sauce in the burger… headache. Team KFC please check all the bad reviews you are getting. This is not a joke, your customers are not happy with what you are doing. Improve please 🙏🏾

Food was bad at this KFC. I ordered a double crunch burger but the bun was so flat, with 2 sad little pieces of chicken in it. Sauce not properly distributed. And had to wait a really long time to get the order. This branch has gotten worse food wise over time.

Ordered delivery on uber eats, they got my order wrong and there were missing items! I tried to call the restaurant but they could not be reached on the over telephone. The food was also cold. I couldn't enjoy any of the food I PAID FOR. I won't be choosing this restaurant again. I can't believe how they have so many negative reviews yet they still do nothing to improve their service. Please avoid this place.
