6th of December 2021, my friend and I had our first ever experience in Reloadclub, we had booked "Hamman do it yourself". Im sad to our experience was, at the least, not very satisfying. The offer on treatwell is unfortunately not only misleading (pictures) but also not accurate (availability of amenities). Out of the listed facilities: sauna, steam cabin, hot tub, plunge pool, hot showers and cold showers, only sauna and showers were working. Steam cabin was off and full of cleaning supplies, even though were had our appointment booked several days before. Hot tub was covered with pillows (see picture) while plunge pool was disgustingly dirty (hair and liquids floating on surface - see picture attached). Drinking cups (plastic with fruit illustrations) must have been not cleaned properly - bubbles were forming and stayed in the water (possibly residues of detergent). Another bad impression. My QR code wasnt scanned either. Together with my gf we left early. Not planning to go back until someone decide to take proper care and follow Covid & simply hygenic measures. Only replay I received after sending emails to the menager to express our concerns and requesting refund was that "it will be discussed with host that was working on monday". Never heard back again even after I followed up.

This place was not at all as advertised. Facilities were not clean or taken care of... Hot tub was filled with pillows, steam room was not on and smelling of mold. I got the overall feeling that the experience people have there is not their first priority. More upsetting was that our email politely requesting a refund was answered with one sentence, no greeting or name attached, telling us that they would talk to the host working that day. Email was never followed up and the situation never remedied. Apparently the most basic customer service or even slightest bit of manners is not a part of their business model. Disappointing.

The website promised a beautiful accommodation... the bath-tub was disgusting and relaxation area was poor. Don't go here if you want to relax.

It's a disgusting experience that I don't recommend to anyone! Steam bath didn't work. No hot bath. Only €22.5 for just a sauna, cold bath and unfriendly service. The employee Anna tells me that it is indicated on the site, which was not the case (last time I checked). I've been here a few times but this time it was a horrible experience. Employee Anna (who does not speak Dutch) was extremely rude and unfriendly. When we wanted our money back, as it did not meet the service they offered according to their site. employee Anna started to freak out. From the start she was incredibly unfriendly. After an altercation she decided to physically threaten us. We tried to discuss in a calm manner, but employee Anna kept threatening that she would not give our money back if we kept talking. DO NOT GO. Save your money your time.

I have been a few times (even gotten the 10-rittenkaart). Unfortunately, I have to discourage people from visiting the Reload club. The hot tub has been out of use and filled with pillows for very long; the cleaning has not been ideal in most of my visits, and the place looks generally run down. I did raise the hot tub question with the staff a couple of times, but was just told it's out of order. I understand the the concept is to offer women a place to go to where they can relax and support each other (and not a fancy spa). I cannot evaluate that, as I have been an occasional user. However, if the sauna and hammam services are offered to anyone (not as a secondary bonus to club members), then they should be of high quality, which at this point they are not, unfortunately.

There's no water in the bubble bath. Showers are lukewarm. No hot water was available in the hamam. The steam cabin was broken upon visiting which left only the Finnish sauna. Has vastly changed in atmosphere from a few years ago.

I had an appointment at Reload club at 11am at N. via Classpass. There was no one there, it was dark and the gate was closed. The phone was also not answered. At 11:10 I contacted Classpass to report this. At 11:15 a lady walked up with an indignation on her face. She indicated that N. was no longer employed by them. She also said they don't open until 12:00. Poor organization and a waste of my time.

Did a facial here. The beautician wasn’t very detailed, but very generous with the use of product. There’s a whole range of services available here, from yoga classes, to sauna as well as a hammam.

What a crappy place. A sauna and that was it and you simply pay the top price for it, you would be better off going to a real spa with sauna and baths. Because this place of poverty is not even worth your time let alone your money!

Second time I buy a voucher for a 2hr entry via Groupon that I am unable to use. First time was still scary covid time, I was unable to redeem it because the “spa” was closed and someone rudely redirected me to Groupon without any help so I let it go. You’d think their services got better since 2020 but no. It’s still a scam that takes your money without ever seeing that appointment: in the terms and conditions it says that you have to make an appointment by calling. Been calling a couple of weekends in a row until I got tired. Even wrote to the number that’s associated with their whatsapp and I never got an answer. Passed by and it was closed. If you want to donate money to them, buy their services but don’t expect to actually make use of them. Edit: I see an answer saying that I will or was helped by a host. If you don’t pick up the phone or answer your whatsapp then how are you helping, through telepathy?

On the 15 October I booked a sauna visit for 2 hours through Treatwell, starting at 13:50. When I arrived, I was told that the sauna was closing at 15:00 (which was not announced anywhere) so I can only use it for less then 1 hour instead of 2 hours. As this was not the service I paid for, I asked for my money back and the receptionist told me that should be no problem and I will be called back about the refund. Almost 2 weeks, over 10 calls and 2 emails later I still not heard back from the salon. This is not the first time I book an appointment in the salon through Treatwell and it doesn’t go through, earlier this year I was called on the day of the appointment to say that the sauna was broken. I am definitely not coming back - as the salon replies to most negative reviews, this is not a place for me, my expectations of reliable opening times and responsive customer service are clearly excessive for this place. I would however like to receive a refund (22,50) for the service that was not provided.

Very beautifully designed, cozy sauna place. However, poorly maintained, it definitely needs more cleaning. The days where swimwear is and isn't allowed is not strictly checked by personnel and can be discomforting if not everyone follows the rules.

I had the hydra glow facial with Nienke and honestly it's the best I've had! Nienke took time to explain the treatment step by step and took such good care of not only my face, but also my head, neck and shoulders. It was so relaxing and a great experience, I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Lovely place, lovely staff, a gem in the East.

I had a horrible experience, save your money and time. There was only a cold bath and a sauna for 22.50, while the site said something else. (The bath was also dirty) An employee (named Anna) was very rude and physically threatening because we asked for our money back..
