Very handy hotel for Amsterdam if you are OK with staying out of the center - it's a great price for the quality of the hotel. The room, bed, bathroom were all very good - spotlessly clean and new. The reception team were friendly and helpful - booking cabs etc. No problems at all. Breakfast was all the usual elements but generous and nicely presented with good coffee machines. The breakfast room and eating areas are pleasant. Great hotel and I look forward to staying again soon.

Really well placed just outside of town but close to the arenas. The rooms simple yet nice. A little sparse in amenities. There was no water provided, I am assuming the tap water is safe. Breakfast has a bit of everything and make your own waffles which was the best bit. The coffee is a little lackluster.

Very nice, the staff are very friendly and breakfast is on another level. My only critic is the cleanliness of the rooms, your hotel cleaners can do it better. Bathroom floor not properly cleaned but everything was perfect. Will recommend and personally will be back soon .

Nice hotel with comfy rooms, nice breakfast (even if with the same products every day). One morning our room wasn't cleaned at all, when I said that at the reception they kindly asked me to go and take the towels in a wardrobe (It would have been nicer if they did it). The first 2 days there was not the wash body lotion and they didn't change it (even if they told me they did). It was a good experience but from an Hilton, I would expect far more.

Great breakfast, but sometimes crowded. Hard bed. (all are the same, no alternative or top). Sleeping comfortably is basic. One elevator out of service. You gave us a room with a reported fault. We asked for a discount or bonus. Not a single euro or point. ----------------------------------- Thanks for your quick response. Please have some rooms with softer beds or mattress toppers. Better safe than sorry !

This is an excellent hotel for its value and location. I have stayed here twice now and the rooms are nice and the train station is just across the street. The breakfast is the deal-breaker for 5 stars. There is a full breakfast with a wide variety of food to get you started for the day. I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice time in Amsterdam.

It's located to next to the metro station and shopping area, very nice location covered with good bars, cafés and etc. I'm a little disappointed with the quality and service of hotel. I couldn't find the comfort and quantity of Hilton's. No slippers, no bathroom amenities, no free bottle of water for Hilton Honours members (Silver and upper status) the man on the front desk told me, we don't have water but you can drink the tap water 😒 other than that silent, large and high ceiling room with good temperature. Good hot breakfast with fresh bean coffee for a good start to the day. Preferably for business trip, you can stay for two or three nights.

Great service, really with a smile! The breakfast was very welcoming, personal touch wherever possible. The rooms have not been updated for a while, so slowly becoming less luxurious, filters a bit dusty and might need some more coziness on the room or at least a netflix button for the TV. But overall, amazing. Especially as everyone uses the hotel for concerts, visits to the city or a game and for that this hotel should be your go to choice! Especially with easy hotel become more expensive and the price/quality difference tipping heavily towards Hampton!

Very handy hotel for Amsterdam if you are OK with staying out of the center. it's a great price for the quality of the hotel. The reception team were friendly and also speak in German. No problems at all. Breakfasts were also really delicious. Just one problem, no smoking room.

Convenient for public transport and the Johan cruyff arena. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. The bar was very overpriced, over €7 for a can of water and small chocolate bar. The room was comfortable although had a bit of a smell and the whole first day we were there the corridor was dirty - including someone’s used retainer being in the middle of the floor. Overall just a little tired. I thought there would be more facilities like a restaurant and not just breakfast.

Meh. Thin walls, could hear everything left, right and above. Ended up with bites which I’m sure are bed bugs. Bland decor. Hard desk chair. Beige. Location good for arena, not for city centre. You get what you pay for. Economy. No fridge. No room service.

A forgettable hotel. Half of the side of the hotel had no air conditioning when we were there. They moved us to a smaller room and would not give any discount. The rooms don't have refrigerators. There is no ice on the floors. The breakfast is good, we enjoyed that at least. My dad kept having his room key stop working. We did like the location, right next to a metro stop. That was sweet!

We arrived to the room and the carpet was full of trash. We complained and after 7hours the room was still dirty and the front desk lady offered to come to the room and clean it herself. The day I checked out, I called to ask if they found something in my room after I checked out. After putting me on hold for over 25 minutes, and hanging up the phone several times, they told me that I’ll have to call the day after again cause they can’t check now since they are only 2 people… That lady at the front desk did everything she could regarding the cleanliness of the room, but the overall service is bad, and there’s definitely room for improvement; after 2 days, I still don’t have confirmation that they have taken the item I left in the room…

Nice rooms, great position near train/metro station concert hall and stadium + business centrum. Staff very polite, breakfast yummy and rich. I missed small fridge in the room.

We stayed here for a concert at the dome. Rooms are very clean with nice big windows. The staff is excellent and in particular Isabel and Selina. They both had a great customer service mindset. If you are going for concert at the arena or the dome this is the spot, it's about a 5 minute walk to each

There is little to no service but a vending machine. Rooms are simple, the air system makes the noise of a hairdryer and can't be switched off. Breakfast is ok. Location when you need to be in this area of Amsterdam is convenient. The price is just to high for the offer.

  • 3/5 Heather H. 11 months ago on Google
I want to give this place 5 stars but I just can't. To start off our stay, we were put in a room with a non-functioning climate control system. To remedy this, we were moved to a different, smaller room with only one double bed and a parking lot view. The original room was two beds (and that is what we paid for) with a courtyard view. The free breakfast was great with a lot of choices. After spending the day in Amsterdam, we returned to our room to discover that it was barely cleaned, if at all. Very disappointing.

I will provide details of my stay for 8 days in this hotel as below, will start with Advantages then disadvantages: Advantages: 1- Price is excellent compared with other hotels near metro stations & shops. 2- A/C is working fine and cooling, expect you need A/C if the weather become worm. 3- Surrounded area is excellent, a lot of markets, shops, restaurant, coffee, and the most important the metro station. 4- They provide safety box in each room, ironing, water heater with 2 tea, coffee, milk, sugar. 5- Twin room is larger than queen room & it is facing the metro & walking area (good view). 6- 24H reception. Disadvantages: 1- We request early check in.; however, we checked in after 15:00. In addition, the reception lady informed me that when the room is ready will call me but she didn't I discover it is ready after checking with other person !!! this is not fair that the check-in after the agreed time. Despite I am an Honor member. 2- There is no benefit if you are Honor member, you will be treated as others. 3- You shall book your breakfast slot and collect card from reception!!! 4- There is no welcoming drink, water, etc & there is no water or fridge in the room. They didn't provide tea, coffee, sugar after we consumed in the room. 5- Bathtub was clogged and no service done, we suffer during taking bath daily. 6- Toilet door is not closed fully as shown in the photo, there is no privacy in the toilet. 7- Room housekeeping is poor, they are just replacing bed and bathroom towels. There was garbage on the floor for 4 days not cleaned also the body soap not refilled. 8- Reception team is not supporting to provide information about the city or metro. Finally, if I visited Amsterdam again, I will not keep this hotel in my selection.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is good as well: it is very close to train and tube station so you u can easily travel to the centre of Amsterdam or other cities. The neighbourhood is friendly, there is a mall near the hotel. I really did enjoy the stay.

Very good hotel right next to the Arena and metro. Very easy to commute to the Amsterdam city center. Rooms are clean, quiet and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is Ok. Hotel Gym is not very big but it is quite well equipped. Service by the hotel staff is polite. Good visit!

  • 5/5 Junwoo L. 7 months ago on Google
Very convenient location; right next to train station and shopping streets & restaurants. The station is next to the Ajax football stadium. Roughly halfway between the airport and the city center. Modern, suburb-like atmosphere, and kind staff. Breakfast was reasonable. Gym was clean and adequate. The only con was that there was a confusion of hotel bills but no one seemed to be able to resolve the issue clearly on site. (Staff members were all kind but maybe need a bit more training or experiences) -later resolved well after several calls. Would stay again if visiting Amsterdam.

Don't forget to use HotelDully.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. Fantastic location right near the metro. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. This was my second stay with them and I'm just as happy as my first visit.

  • 4/5 mustafa k. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent in terms of access to the metro. If I stay in this area again, I will stay here. The price and free breakfast were very reasonable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Needs improvement: 3rd bed opened in first triple room. Very inappropriate and value for money? The second is the Hotel Cleaning service. You have the right to clean once every 3 days. If you book in advance. Third; Unfortunately there are no refrigerators in the rooms. How is this a 3 star hotel? Fourth: Inconsistency of breakfast varieties. Had the fresh orange juice / Apple Juice / Nut bar one morning. We did not see them in any of the following mornings. It was like a completely random breakfast and a random presentation. Tomatoes were the most unripe tomatoes every morning without exception. Thanks. M. Kodaz

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff is helpful. It is perfect for a business traveler and its location was convenient for my business, however, it is not the best suited location if you are travelling for leisure or on vacation. It is close to the train station.

  • 5/5 McKenzy M. 10 months ago on Google
Hotel is in a perfect location. Right next to the train station and next to the arena if you’re visiting for an event. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room was very nice and large. My only gripe is that there are no usb charger outlets. Still I would stay here again for sure!

Stayed here at AMS for 3 nights during our Euro trip last August. The rooms were very spacious and since we traveled in summer, the AC was also very cooling. Located right across the Arena Boulevard metro it was very easily accessible to all places and we could even catch an early morning train to airport easily at the cross of the road. Definitely recommended and it was worth the cost. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I had in my stays in Europe and its quite lavish spread. They even helped us with a packed breakfast the day we had to leave early (Around 4:00 am) to the airport.

Had been staying here for my business trips. Room is adequate for short term stay. Staff are warm and welcoming. Shout out to Jackielyn, Junesa and Rosaline for always greeting guests at the breakfast with a smile.

Beautiful property if you visit a concert or any other event on the Arena. Rooms are small but functional. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but it's the taste thing, my husband loved it. Breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly. All in all I highly recommend it.

Great hotel with fast train and metro connections to the centre of Amsterdam (20 to 25 min) Parking garage at the backside (30,00 p/day) Please remember in the centre you'll pay 6,50-7,50 per hour! Nice rooms, friendly staff, breakfast buffet.

Best experience in Europe. Friendly staff. Robust breakfast. Clean and well appointed accommodations. Love the electric kettle in room. The most perfect location, steps from transit center, allowed for easy navigation to all Amsterdam sites of interest.

Stayed here several nights. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast handy and yummy. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location was a 2 minute walk to a metro hub which could take you anywhere. If catching an Ajax game this is the place to stay!

We LOVE this Hampton by Hilton. The employees are so friendly and so willing to accommodate your requests. Breakfast is so yum and free! Lobby is big and cozy, good to sit and eat or work. Location so convenient with multiple restaurants and stores and right next to Bijlmer Arena train station.

My family and I stayed in this hotel before the coronavirus and it was a very nice experience. Clean rooms, amazing and delicious breakfast. Good memories. This hotel isn't so close to the historic centre but not too far. I highly recommend it.

staff behaviour is great. opposite to metro station and very comfortable to travel. (1) i feel room bit congested (2) i don't like the breakfast token system. except these 2 points, hotel is good.

Love it, this hotel is really good. The room was small, cozy and with all the utilities that someone will need (like the iron for clothes). The rooms are really clean. It's near the metro station and just in 15 min you're in central metro of Amsterdam. Recommend.

My first return in almost two years to a hotel I have often stayed at before, for business purposes. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful (when I asked if I could leave my luggage there until check in, they instead offered me a very early check-in if I joined the free club) and explained the various measures in place. They had also helped during a previous phone call which had put my mind at rest with regards to their co-located parking facilities (plenty of allocated spaces, secure entry/exit and right next to the hotel at very reasonable cost). The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was arranged well for social distancing, offering time slots for guests to ensure plenty of space, and where many hotels seem to have reduced what they offer, the breakfast offering here was excellent. All in all, I wish I could have stayed longer than my one night!

  • 2/5 Richard M. 2 years ago on Google
Nice Hotel. But extremely slow night staff. I was also expecting the staff to look more professional. The man behind the counter had a stained shirt and ripped jeans. Not what I wanted to see on my honeymoon... You should do better.

Nice hotel UNFORTUNATELY our room's bathroom was clogged. Had a pool of water in the shower basin. We were given another room which was nice UNFORTUNATELY the curtain wasn't fixed properly and the airco made noise and gave me a sleepless night. Despite the issues with the rooms, hotel staffs were friendly and helpful!

  • 1/5 Sunita K. 2 years ago on Google
was not given the room i paid for because hotel was running full. i checked in at 9pm as I didnt really have a choice to run around looking for another hote at that hour. Then i was told that we only hada specific one hour slot to have our breakfast and that was from 7am - 8am, although they serve breakfast from 6am - 10am. All the other slots were full. Why should i be forced to wake up at 7am on a Sunday to have breakfast that is paid for? The staff were friendly but there was really nothing they could do to help. No benefit to being a Hilton Honours member.

I unfortunately haven’t had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I however had a very pleasant experience with the Hilton’s client service and the hotel’s staff. I had to cancel my non-refundable booking, because of personal reasons and after a few calls with Hilton and the hotel, I received a full refund of my stay. Very happy with your service and I hope I will be able to stay at this hotel in the near future

I chose this hotel because it was handy for a concert I was seeing in the nearby arena. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Also a train, metro, bus station really close and easy access into the city centre. Free breakfast as well. Great pride. Nice big room with a view. We will be back.

We stayed for 2 weeks visiting Amsterdam and the Netherlands. Being steps away from the train station was a huge bonus. The breakfast offering was very good although crowded if you sleep late. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

If there is an availability of seven stars, i will mark this hotel and staff. The location, staff, room, breakfast are more than excellent. A financial mistake took place by the system and it took two to three days to be solved then the hotel grant me a free parking for three nights in addition to extra free night.... Any future accommodations must be in this hotel.... Thanks

Reception staff were so courteous and nice. Made me a cup of coffee while I was awaiting my turn to check in. The room is spacious enough, neat and lighting just right. Shower pressure was strong and temperature constant. The room was clean , bedsheets, towels smells fresh.

  • 2/5 Fuad F. 1 year ago on Google
They say its a 3 star hotel but it barely has the amenities and facilities to even be a 2 star hotel. Staff are arrogant and don't want to answer questions about the city, restaurants, or even inquiries about the hotel itself. Very expensive for a room with a bed and nothing else.. Did not feel at home, will not come back and definitely do not recommend if you want to feel welcomed

Slept well. Fine beds. No great view, but to be expected in a business park. Breakfast is fine, but a bit plain. All in all a good hotel if you are here for business or don't plan to spend too much time in the hotel during your stay.

Great hotel just outside city center. 2 min walk from room to train station and 15-20 min ride to downtown Amsterdam. Rooms were decent size, breakfast was good, drinks and pizza as midnight snacks was an added bonus. Also several shops and restaurants right outside

  • 5/5 Piotr . 1 year ago on Google
The stay was nice, twin room spacious and comfortable. 3 elevators. Hairdryer in the room. Kettle, coffee, no water. Affordable prices compared to city Centre. The M54 metro line which is a 1m walk away from the hotel takes you to the Centre in 20-25min. A little bit of disappointment because if you check in in the evening then it can mean that you have breakfast either 7:00 or 10:00 because breakfast needs pre-booking. The next day you have to book your next day’s breakfast hour and declare:/ Found no plug in the bathroom, had to use the dryer in the room, but maybe I missed sth.

We were greeted at the front desk by a sick employee coughing frequently and loudly, how is that even possible? In a world where the covid pandemic has not passed and there is just a huge number of different SARS, you are met by a sick employee, seriously, he cannot be on sick leave? Maybe the employee's performance is more important for the hotel than my health? The bathroom in the room was dirty, we had additionally asked for it to be cleaned. Room entry cards that work as hotel entrances after 11 pm and all fire escapes do not work, they are demagnetized every day. I expect a little bit more from the hotel, where I have paid 200$ for the night.

Our second visit this year. It is so convenient for train and metro. Also it is comfortable, clean and very friendly. The staff are excellent and serve a lovely breakfast.

No mini fridge in the room, no crib even when asked they said they would deliver it to the room but it never came. The bed is rock hard. We could hear the people bumping around in the other room all night. No bottles of water in the room. The shower in the bathroom doesn't drain so it can flood the bathroom. Breakfast was sub par. Location was right at the subway station. Parking was hard to get in and out of when walking because our parking card along with other guests wouldn't scan and allow access to the garage.

A popular and busy hotel! Warm and friendly welcome. Attentive staff, particularly Daniel (manager), Sandra (kitchen staff) and Selina (desk staff). The Night Duty Manager (Daniel) was extremely nice and engaging. Unfortunately the bedroom heating was faulty and the room was very cold, outside the hotel was 1° and the room felt much the same. The desk staff listened to our concerns and provided us with extra duvets and a new room as soon as one became available. The stay was so good that we extended our stay the next night . The hotel is in the perfect location for getting around!!

Great hotel if you’re going to a concert nearby. Right off the metro and plenty of places in the area for food. The breakfast buffet is basic, but comes with the cost of the room so no complaints. Super friendly staff and the rooms are a good size.

[stayed here several times between Aug and Dec 2022, single business traveler] The hotel is literally next to the train/metro/bus station, very close to the Amsterdam Arena and the very many office buildings in the area. Very personable staff, decent gym room, decent selection at the breakfast buffet, clean rooms, each room has an iron and board, decent Wi-Fi (and free of charge). All in all, very good value for money for the Amsterdam market. Recommended if you have business in the area.

    - Went there, was told that I haven't paid "city tax". They charged Me 75 euros extra at the end of my trip. - Not much in terms of l hot water in the showers - The cleaners have a tendency of just barging into the rooms after knocking very briefly - The breakfast and the location (of the hotel) are the only decent things about this hotel.

From the first day of the lodging to the third day, i had reported the room not generating hot water but a manager that I spoke to did not initiate anything until I went to the front desk to request a different room. The manager that I spoke to came into my room on the first day and checked the water for 5 minutes and told me that he will call somebody also compensate me due to their management issue. However, nothing happened. Cold showers for 3 nights were brutal during winter. I had hung no room service to get extra points added to my account as well for the entire stay but nothing seem to be put in. Despite unregulated and under managed issues, front desk members are extremely well mannered and amazing.
