Went here twice. Each time for a date night. I travel here from the North of Netherlands. And let me tell you, sitting on the train for 3h is worth it to try this delicious, homely, vegan food. I can say that the kap salon and the mac and cheese have not disappointed so far. The staff is also super kind and understanding in regard to reservations. Very comfortable seating options and also cool vibes. I can highly recommend this place.

Tasty food! Perfect if you are craving for a full meal. We got share platters, the no- chicken strips with BBQ were delicious. We also got dessert- brownies and a duct cake which was amazing. Prices are good overall for 3 platters, dessert and drinks was €54.50 for two! A good value for money

Went here today for the first time and it won't be my last! The staff is really friendly, however some are a little inexperienced. I trust that will get better over time though. We had a tropical combo platter for a starter and after that we had the buffalo soldier and the no chicken and waffles and it was so amazing! The combo platter has amazing stuff on there, with really nice dips with flavours I haven't had anywhere else before. And OMG... the blue cheese dip was insanely good!! The ambiance at Mooshka is very cozy and stylish. I see the staff helps each other as well, a thing I noticed that was very sweet was that the cook came after the waitress to help serve the guests because the waitress couldn't hold all the plates. It's the little things I see, but also the great effort in the preparation of the meals that make this place great. I told my girlfriend it's like eating at your friends place that really likes to cook nice meals for their people. However I do think it's a little more expensive than other places, but when you see what you get for it, and realize how much is probably made from scratch you'll understand it's worth the price. The no chicken waffles were on point, and the Injera my partner had was a really special dish we never tried before. Fab Margaritas too! My non-vegan friend who came along loved it as well, while this is a vegan restaurant it's definitely a hit for meat-eaters too. We made a reservation which is probably advisable as it does get busy (unsurprisingly).

Had the Injera and a Chocolate Milkshake. I am happy. Nice and polite people. Places like this make me wish to move here. If there were such beautiful locations in my hometown, that would be really great. The Interieur is Bob Marley themed in a modest way, the music is smoothly playing in the background, occassionally a tram drives by silently.

We called two times and neither calls were picked up, and we were never called back. We made a reservation online at 8pm (because it said 8pm was an available time slot) and got an email that that our reservation was "waiting to be confirmed" but we received absolutely nothing, not by 8pm, hours after we tried calling and making the reservation. The chicken burger was delicious, loved the house made coleslaw First time I've had a vegan chicken burger and not at all disappointed & the loaded fries was seriously good. The lemon cheesecake was awesome, probably the best we've had yet in Amsterdam. We will definitely be adding stamps to our new 'love card'.

“BB with Q” was really boring in both look and taste. For 13 euros I would have expected a bit more than some beans and vegetables to garnish. The burger had way too much barbecue sauce but good consistency. Was not really impressed by this place. Something that I liked though was they they offer a new payment method through a QR code that is printed on the bill.

Not quite as good as expected, burger and fries like every other place in Amsterdam, service was slow and average and we waited a long time for dishes we can cook quicker at home! Nice, but not worth a second visit! We are suspicious that the reviews here are fake! Shame!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was super delicious, spicy and full of flavour. I especially loved the injera (savoury Ethiopian pancake), the best one I have found in the Netherlands until now. We also enjoyed the relaxed and cosy atmosphere and the lovely staff. 10/10, thank you so much!

Was very disappointed in the food. It all sounds so good but once you take the first bite it’s definitely disappointing. Just because something is vegan doesn’t mean it has to be flavourless. It’s also quite expensive and this is sad as vegan meats are cheaper than real meats, and clearly most of their stuff is frozen. I would give this place another try if they actually tasted the food themselves before they serve it. I mistakenly ordered the injera and I could have honestly taken offence to it. The person who made the menu clearly has never had real authentic Ethiopian food before

Ate here tonight and overall good experience and amazing food. Only downside was that when we arrived we were told we would only have the table for 1.5 hour, which came as a surprise because I didn't see this mentioned anywhere when I reserved. As the food came a bit later than expected we kind of felt we had to rush to get some dessert, would've been a better experience if we felt we had more time. 2 hours to 2.5 hours would be so much better!

Second time eating here and it was fabulous both times. Really good food, nice atmosphere, prices that don't break the bank and a menu I can order ANYTHING from (instead of the usual 2-3 options at most restaurants). We love this place.

I went there today for lunch and it was my first time. Unfortunately it was not a good day for service. I was told before I was seated that the credit card payment was down so you had to pay in cash or a bank transfer with a Dutch account. So I went to an ATM to get cash since I am a foreign tourist. After ordering, it took almost 45 minutes for me to get my burger and fries. The host said they were having issues in the kitchen. Two strikes, not a good first impression. I heard the host offer drinks on the house to a table that I saw seated right before mine, for the delayed wait for their food. I was not offered the same courtesy for my 45 minute wait. I would like to think it’s not because I am a person of colour and the host and other guests were European, but in this crazy world of ours you never really know if it’s a deciding factor for some people. Anyway, I digress, the fries were good and the burger was less than average. Also they were out of several things on the menu.

It’s so sad to see how Mooshka went. As a regular customer, I was always able to recommend as a “go to” restaurant. Service was always very good & they had a really welcoming atmosphere. This changed a couple years ago and since then each time visiting I’ve just seen a decline in the standard of service and our dishes that come out. Something always went wrong each time we visited, it just felt unprofessional & not about the customer or experience but about a low standard of service, take your money and have you leave as soon as possible so it just made us not want to visit anymore. This restaurant used to have people waiting outside for a place and to see it go from that to what it became is such a shame for the vegan community.

First time visit and decided to go on a Tuesday for the injera special. It was super tasty! Friendly service and nice decor. I look forward to visiting again.
