Oh no no no, I love delifrance, USUALLY. This particular place lets you do all the work: you have to order by yourself, take the food to your own table, clean up after yourself, go to pay by yourself. There's like 10 employees there and no one really does anything except pre make the sandwiches. The sandwiches are also very lackluster, not worthy of the price. Please skip this place and go eat at the million other places in the neighborhood.

In 01/11 we ate and the arabic pie was very good. In 02/11 i saw a mouse inside the place that have the foods!!!I suddenly went outside and left

What a scam. €20 for 2 very mediocre sandwiches. Slightly warm on the outside and cold on the inside.

Such a delightful little spot in the heart of Amsterdam! Their coffees and light bites were exquisite, not sure what the sugary pastry was but it came complimentary with our hot drinks. The staff were lovely, polite and attentive. I'd highly recommend Délifrance Amsterdam Denmark to anyone looking for a not-crazily-busy cafe.

the staffs are very rude. When we entered the shop, one of the staff literally rolled her eyes to our face when I accidentally said 'excuse me' when she was checking out bills for the others. When I realised that she was checking out the bill for the others, I kept quiet and waited for her. When it was our turn to order, my mother said '3?' and pointed at a bread. Both my mom's English and Dutch aren't so great, and I can't speak Dutch. so I told the staff 'yes 3 of these please.' Then the staff looked down and murmured 'I know what 3 is.' I was quite surprised at the unnecessary attitude but still didn't say anything. After we checked out the bill, they did not even give us the receipt. I supposed maybe it was a mistake, so I just asked for it. She rolled her eyes again and gave it to me, then walked away and said very quietly 'don't bring it in next time, it smells.' I was then officially offended and I asked her to speak up again, she said she was referring to a sausage in my hand. WE ORDERED TAKEAWAY so I really do not see the problem. If it's not allowed to have others food while inside their shop (although we were just standing by the counter to order takeaway...?) the right thing for them to do was to just told us so at the beginning. So then I told her 'we ordered takeaway', and she said 'yeap. Bye bye.' And for all the things happened above, they did not look at us for even once. We come to amsterdam every year, and honestly this was the worst experience we have ever encountered here.

Lovely staff, delicious food and chilled atmosphere. The pastry selection is mouth watering. They serve hot Chocomel too!

love delifrance but not this one. terrible service, they take away your plate the second you finished, feels like they want to force you out. Never had a bad experience at any other delifrance before

Stopped for coffee and something sweet with my daughter. I had the coffee and she had hot chocolate. I also got her a chocolate waffle. The coffee a d hit chocolate were great, the waffle wasn't that fresh.

Small cafe in damark. Has a selection of breads, croissant coffees and sandwiches. They are priced decently well. We had: Tomato soup served with baguette (dark/light/croissant) and butter. Good portion size, filling. The vanilla filled croissant which is big, well filled, flaky, and okay. The hot chocolate which is warm and nice. It's a little on the sweeter side. And isn't very thick. The atmosphere is okay. Kind servers.

Very expensive place. Two flat white coffees and two croissants for 17.50€ The food was nice. The place was very cold when we were sitting inside.

High prices. Low service. Joke of a barista. No latte is prepared the same. Food was dry and bread got hard. Employees not friendly.

Paying 18 euro's for a small Coffee and a baguette filet americain is really absurd. Idiots. The guy behind the counter was friendly bit it is really totally insane. There was barely tartare on the bread.. After paying I can imagine why There are barely customers while it so busy at other places.

Never disappoint me that location. I come to the netherlands at least once a year due to work. This is one of the best place to have a nice breakfast with fresh products. Great food and great service. Not to mention the location. Right at the heart of the center. I keep coming to that place every time I'm in town. Not once did it ever let me down. Love the place and will continue to come !!!

I have tried Nespresso and croissant with custard, was good to try. Happy to see old woman serve the people by herself. Lookslike she is the owner.

The lady seemed upset with something & I understand. With so many people not having their Corona QR code - managing the crowd was difficult. The coffee, orange juice, sandwich and croissant was nice. Will visit again.

A decent place to have croissants and pastries. Have had better but this one isn’t bad.

“Great variety of fresh sandwiches” This is a busy little sandwich shop with lots of variety, there sandwiches are very fresh and tasty, I was hungry before visiting this shop but when I left I was satisfied, the prices were reasonable and you were greeted with a nice smile and made felt welcome.

Nice food , very nice service specially the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Nice vibes.

Stale and tasteless. A few scraps of chicken, tomato, onion, and bell peppers on a stale and microwave hardened roll. Don’t waste your money.

Popped in for coffee and cake while in amsterdam for a couple of days. Lovely coffee, gorgeous cake and a good place to relax for half an hour before continuing shopping!

I took away the sandwich. And I liked this.

My friend and i been to here to have a Breakfast clean place with awesome service.. The workers there are kind and helpful If you are nearby Dam its recommend to grab some thing. Wish you all the best Cheers
