Not sure what motivated the owners to remove the classes/studio! I mainly strength train but I still found it odd that they would remove it. It was a great space for 1. Stretching and yoga (the stretching space is now in an awkward corner in the gym) and 2. What’s wrong with classes? A lot of women like the classes because of the social aspect; fitness shouldn’t merely be limited to strength training and traditional cardio… 3. There isn’t even a smith machine /: so not much was done with the extra space… .the removal of the sauna. If the goal of removing the studio was to encourage strength training; any gym that takes itself seriously would also have a sauna. Why remove something that was perfect as-is? Esp considering the membership fees. The staff are generally nice & I like the stock in the vending machines.

It’s a safe space for women and the staff is lovely. However, equipment gets stolen and is not replaced (the booty belts for example), the dressing room and the toilets are not maintained clean well and there is always, always something broken (cardio equipment) or malfunctioning (the water station). Considering that the sauna’s were removed and that TrainMore throws the prices up whenever possible, but doesn’t do anything with customer feedback to improve the experience, is a shame.

STILL CHARGING ME AFTER I CANCELLED 3 MONTHS AGO. Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my contract in February 2021 with one month notice period as stated in their own policies online, they proceeded to tell me I had to pay for an additional 8 MONTHS!! I paid the additional 8 months and had confirmation my contract was cancelled in October 2021 and they are STILL TAKING MY MONEY VIA DIRECT DEBIT EVERY MONTH FOR EXTRA 3 MONTHS ON NOW. I call and email and no response yet they still are happy taking my money via direct debit every month!!

Good female gym. Everything is new and regularly cleaned. When a man needs to be inside for repairing they let you know beforehand unlike basic fit female only gym where they can just enter without informing, important especially for women normally cover up. No group lessons in this gym.

    Way too busy!

The gym is alright but the use of space is quite poor considering the size. There are way too many machines that don’t seem to be used and everyone wants to use the free standing weights. There should be more of these plus kettlebells / barbell racks and some space for stretching etc.

I like this gym! and yes it's a budget gym.. so I will not compare them to other fancy crossit gyms, etc. The equipments are good for the price you're paying and the personnels are nice and helpful. I have never joined their classes, so my rating is not based on this. Also, I have my own program.. So for me, I rate this gym 5 stars (fit its value, price & service)

I really have nothing but good things to say about this gym. It's a good size and is never really super busy. Equipment is all new - 3 squat racks, ample benches and dumbbells and clean changing rooms. There's also a sauna. Only suggestion I have is to add heavier kettlebells. Cardio machines fill up fast. There are also frequent classes. Overall, great feeling, friendly staff and I recommend it to all my female friends.

Super nice staff, good equipment, nice size and nice location. A bit warm in the summer, all year long is also quite overcrowded. Benches/other machines are often occupied to serve exclusively as cellphone/towel support and nobody says anything. If you can work out in alternative times it’s still a really nice option. On the night it gets quite dark inside. Water fountain is amazing, changing rooms, lockers and restroom are in good condition

Subscription suddenly increases by €12?! While the saunas have disappeared unceremoniously, the equipment is constantly broken, the water fountain is defective every time, the showers are filthy and unhygienic, the toilets are dramatically rancid and leak on all sides, at the mixed gym it smells like piss when you enter the hall, trash cans constantly full, sinks dirty. I could go on and on. As soon as I find a better gym I'll be gone.

It’s a great space but it’s not being utilised well. No more classes, no more sauna. A water machine that’s broken most of the time. An app that doesn’t work properly. Friendly staff and the machines are mostly well maintained. But it’s not getting any better as time goes by.

Cons: shower is not great, pretty basic. Also it’ll be great if they have a bit more more treadmills. If you go during the peak time it can be full. Pros: Decent budget friendly gym. Staff are all very friendly and nice, I have everything I need for my training. It’s also nice that it was spacious studio with mirror where you can enjoy classes or stretch by yourself. It seems that they also changed the whole equipment recently when they rebranded the name from Fitness4Me to TrainMore, so it’s all new and in good condition. Sauna & water fountain with flavors is nice additions. (edited: 27th July 2023) I went there after a while, I'm surprised that the studio for class & sauna is now removed :( It's a shame I really liked both features, especially sauna was nice for the muscle recovery and relaxt after the work out... But some machines looks new which is nice.

Good gym but disappointed that they changed the closing times from 2300 back to 2200.

There are hardly equipments or the equipments are broken. This is not a good gym however if you have your own program then it's fine. It looks like the staff don't really know how some equipments work and don't have of knowledge about sport. So if you want advice look it up.

That's from all the gyms I've ever been to the nicest one. Staff super friendly and helpful, gym itself super clean and love the equipment. Can get a little bit full, but there's always free spots you can find.

I do powerlifting and I found this place because I had a feeling it would have all the right equipment, and boy I was right. They have a dedicated deadlift platform with colored Olympic weights, which is not easy to find in gyms around the city. Another nice thing is that the music is not super loud in the gym, so you can enjoy your own weird music on your headphones while working out. Another thing I really appreciated is the bench, it has just the right space for your shoulder blades so you can keep a good balance while bench pressing. They also have a dedicated squat rack area, with three squats racks with colored Eleiko Olympic plates.

I love this gym. It’s big, with very high ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious. The equipment is new, it’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. I think they could add some small equipment, but otherwise it’s a really good gym. I go on off peak hours and it’s half empty - amazing!

Good gym great addition to the TrainMore chain. West needed a branch desperatedly. I absolutely love the classes and even though I can barely fit them in my schedule, when I can go they are amazing, they are the reason why I will stay on this gym for a long time. Lots of classes and new machines. I had never been on a ladies only gym before but it has been a lovely surprise, the calm ambient perceived. 5⭐️

Rude staff, not customer oriented. Maybe in a good pice, but not worth it.

It’s an ok gym with an ok price. The equipments are not a lot. If you avoid the peak time to there then you can still enjoy your work out.

Sadly this gym has gotten significantly worse since I joined last year - first they removed classes, then the sauna. They used the new space gained by getting rid of the classes area to space out the weights section despite the literal lines that form for the five treadmills (though one is usually out of commission). There is also no designated area for stretching / warming up so you have to awkwardly find a spot in between machines. There is also constantly male staff in for construction (there is signs up when this is the case, but it happens frequently), which isn’t a massive issue for me personally but can be for others, eg hijabis that then have to cover up. It’s really unfortunate, I love going to a women’s only gym, the staff is LOVELY and it’s convenient for me to get to but at this rate they are charging premium prices for a product that doesn’t reflect them anymore and I don’t think I’ll extend my membership when my year is up.

Used the gym whilst on holiday, was welcomed very nicely and informed that I could use the gym for free, as every first timer gets a free trial! The gym itself has everything that you need, quite small but not particularly busy (was there 10am-12:30 on a Monday) so it was perfect for me! Great amount of weight plates, 3 squat racks and 1 smith. Very good range of equipment, clean and tidy, good quality water fountain and vending machine. Overall really liked my experience!

This gym will not cancel membership under any circumstances, even if this is against the law. Even if you apply with documents, they will find an excuse. This gym is committing a crime. I definitely don't recommend it. Don't waste your money. It is also always overcrowded, the machines are always out of use, the water tank is always out of use, the changing room is always dirty, the showers are always dirty. The floor in the locker room is constantly wet. There are much better gyms.

I really enjoy doing workout in the West Ladies one but my main problem is that, this branch is too far. It would be very nice to have more branches just for ladies or maybe dedicating specific times in the other branches for ladies.
