This place has potential but it is so ruined by the outrageous behavior of their bouncers and security people, drunk with power, I've witness them being violent for absolutely no reason, they make this place feel so oppressive. exemple : a girl went in the toilet to fill her cup with water as she was thirsty, the security person tells her she can't??? grabs her wrist, call the other bouncers and altogether surround her to scream at her and push her out the place. Another one : A security guard suspected a guy and a girl going in the same toilet (which they did not) waited til he got out of the toilets, confronted him, pushed him down on the floor holding his hand on his back and violently kicked him and the girl outside and were told they are banned and on top of that they then had to be confronted with police+ on a cold night the girl was left without her jacket or bag for a long time until a woman escorted her in to get her jacket and escorted her back again. In that same night many of these interactions with security happened They invited great dj, great people were there but the way it is managed is so ridiculous and unnecessarily violent which ruins the night for many. Please consider hiring descent security guards. I will think twice before going back to club atelier.

The security found it necessary to attack me and one of my friends for no justified reason. We accidentally knocked over a piece of wood and tried to place this back on it's original position since I got raised with manners. The security guard found it necessary to attack my friend because of this reason. As I was trying to pull these two away from eachother trying to be diplomatic about what just happened, another guard found it necessary to choke me from behind without even asking what was going on. My friend ended up being ganged by multiple guards and I was left with a bleeding headwound and trouble breathing for a few days. One of the worst clubbing experiences and bouncers ever. They should be there for safety, but proved the complete opposite. Every club I'll enter from now on I will be looking at bouncers more as enemies than friends. Thanks.

The guards are incredibly unprofessional, rude and aggressive, bad air conditioning and expensive mediocre drinks. No.

It's my second time at this club, for IsBurning. Broken lockers, stages with no freshair feeling like a sauna, bars that take forever to serve you, and toilet filth running to the stages all over... shoes are to be trashed after the party. This club has won the award of the most frustrating club I've ever been.

Bouncers are the most horrible people I’ve ever came across. Do not go to this venue. Scum of the earth. Don’t even deserve 1 star. They should all be fired !!

Got a reservation online - through their up to date reservation tool. I showed up and was denied entry. Ok well, I feel bad for the others that same night that also did the same.

They have three (3) working bathroom stalls for the entire place and they charge to use them. You pay and you end up always queuing to use the toilet during the events. No juice available at the bar, all they got is alcohol or sparkling beverages, just strange.

Attended a club night here. Solid Funktion-One sound system, with plenty of room to dance in front of the subs if you are a bass head like myself. They do need to double or triple the number of bartenders though. I ended up skipping a few rounds of drinks simply because of the wait. Its funny to me...you'd think a bar would want to sell as many overpriced drinks as possible, but what do I know?

I was here for a Indian festival. It was the worst festival I've ever experienced. You pay approx 15eur to enter. Before entering you need to wait 40 min in a queue. Once entered I waited another 45 min to get my food. Almost 0 indian decorations. Inside there was some entertainment. I couldn't see much because it was too crowded. India has much more to offer. This festival was a joke! Terrible!

The service was terrible. I order a glass of wine and they served it with a wet glass, the drops of water were falling on top of me while drinking it.When I tell it to the waitress he didn’t bring me a new one or apologize. The prices are too high. I don’t recommend these place

Nice outdoor area. Indoor is so so. The sound was not so good. To loud and the tops to high. Had to leave the dance floor.

Terrible place for parties. They really wanna suck as much money from you as they can. Small lockers that you can’t reopen: 4 euro. Wanna grab something for your locker? Pay 4 euro again. Wanna go to the toilet? 2,50 euro!! Wanna breath some oxygen? Forget it, the ventilation is nonexistent. Wanna not get a heat stroke? Too bad, zero airconditioning. Party organisers, i know venues are sparse in Amsterdam but please don’t do your parties here.

Yesterday we’ve been pushed out for no reason from a security guy, he pretended to have warned us more than once to do things we haven't done and we lost almost most of the event we wanted to attend and we obviously paid for. First of all, check the security. We tried to discuss diplomatically with the bouncer but kicking us out became even more his personal mission for the night. We were not drunk and we didn't bother anybody. Also other friends of our group tried to explain our point and deal with him (in Dutch), nevertheless, he didn't want to listen but only push us out. Secondly, since we couldn't enjoy the ADE event we paid for, we'd like to ask for a refund of the tickets. Last point, but not because it's less important, I believe it's quite unfair make somebody pay for an entrance/event ticket + locker and then ask also 2,50 € to use the toilette (in awful conditions by the way...). I'll be waiting for a kind feedback. Best Regards, LB

Good sound system and good vibes. Friendly staff and programm is well developed for diverse genres and tastes. I went often randomly and was surprised by random good DJs. The gem in Amsterdam and still developing.

Went to the Terug naar Toen party here, super crowded place, reminded me of a school canteen, not a club at all. You were really stuck in the crowd, no room to dance. The drinks here were expensive but bad. The toilets were old, one of the doors couldn’t even close properly. Would not go here again for a party, definitely not when paying €30 entrance fee.

Went there twice. Although it is supposed to be easy to order with the QR codes on each table, the waiters get every other order wrong or missed an item. They seemed very annoyed when pointing this out politely. At some point they also just stopped serving the table all together. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went once more, but received the same treatment again. When ordering food we were literally one minute too late when finishing the order, but they were extremely rigid about it. Although Amsterdam is not known for friendly service, this was the absolute worst I have seen living here for a number of years. The waiters are clearly overwhelmed with their job, while also being extremely arrogant about it. The place is poorly managed and organized and service immensely bad. Save your money, time and nerves and visit literally any other place.

Good vibe, friendly people, went here when pride was happening and is burning hosted the party. Lots of space, lockers for can be rented for 6 or 8 bucks and drinks were pricey. But the drinks were not cheaply made and mix drinks were high in alcohol. Staff and security was also friendly and understandable. You do need a taxi to get away cause it is very remote.

Beer was warm, service bad, kitchen closed before the time it was supposed to close so couldn't order food. When highlighting this in a constructive way, the feedback wasn't received adequately unfortunately.

The door staff and everyone at Club Atelier are amazing. During the night, i needed help and the team was there for me, providing 100 times more kindness and support than I deserved. I'm in debt to the amazing people at this club and feel lucky to have been treated so well. Thanks everyone

Definitely has a nice venue, a bit far away from most of the other action. As a yougin, I personally was not a fan of the slightly older crowd (mid twenties/thirties?) Super nice staff. Not as packed as it should be on a Friday night.

Chill place for having afternoon drinks on their terrace. The indoor space becomes a proper night club in the late evenings. Keep in mind that you need to order and pay using the QR menu (still blows my mind how they can sometimes forget some drinks).

For a danceparty, not to good. Bad ventilation and little room for dancing. This gives a proper sauna experience. Drinks are indeed very pricy. About 3,50 for a soda or a beer.

It was my first time at atelier and i was positively surprised! Staff was genuinely helpful, especially the security guards! They helped us out while we were trying to get some food after 3 am.. only problem with this place is that it tends to get too hot around the dj booth.. ventilation could be improved. Other than that, I will definitely come go to atelier more often!

Very dark space. Only been for after-hours events thus far. Although they attract great artists the venue itself is lacking for a proper dance club.

Went on a Friday night and enjoyed the tasty food, large patio and DJ. The burrata salad was creamy yet fresh. The steak with foie gras was decadent. Fries were crispy but a bit too thick for my liking. This would be a great after work drinks spot. And a fun party venue - but a bit far.

Old car wash makes a great alternative location. Friendly staff and a nice terrace. Can't wait for the weather to get better and try that out.

Cool spot in an unexpected location. A bit hidden actually. We stopped here only for coffee but the server did his to best to prepare them well. Food menu looks nice as well.

I never write reviews. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. We ordered a bottle of rose and a tuna pizza and waited for 25 minutes. We got the pizza but never the rose. We had to ask multiple times if it was coming. They were standing with 4 people behind the bar. Finally we got a bottle and it was the wrong one. We then had to go back inside again and it turned out that the rose wasn’t cold and they were waiting for it to cool down. Nothing was communicated to any of us. There was a kids party and us. Two tables.. and with the 4 of them they couldn’t even get it right. Worst experience ever.

Last night I attended Berlin rave. It was the first time for me and friends. I would like to start off with the positive note that the Funktion one soundsystem was great, at the main stage that is. We entered and did not get checked/searched by security, to our surprise. This is a big deal to me, but I can brush that off as a minor inconsistency. Overall I think Atelier just has a messy looking decor. The same can be said about the lights which at around 0300 just stayed at the same dim light for hours. Very boring and a little immersion breaking. Which was a shame since the music finally started improving. Not even going to mention the toilet price. What annoyed me was up bar staff behaving childish. Giving away shots and drinking them with guests. Initially not that much wrong with that but I had to wait. At an otherwise empty bar. Then when I got served I simply asked for a cola, he misunderstood me three times and tried to give me bacardi cola. Then mischarged me for the cola. I have worked at a very busy bar for 7 years and I would be pretty embarrassed about that. I think the sense of responsibility towards your guests should be a standard among all staff. Especially at a club it is important not to overpour as I am sure you know this. From a certain point the toilet entrance was no longer manned by the lovely and polite lady, bless her. But by a kid, clearly high on x by the look of his pupils, checking your stamp in an impolite way and shouting.. I have never seen anything like that in my 15 years of clubbing. This comes across as very unproffessional in my opinion. I never feel the need to write reviews but the whole event was simply said lacking quality. And you really need to have some supervision on the floor and over your bar staff because it was a bit of a mess. Is anyone working there over 20? That could help. For the time being I will certainly not be coming back. Thanks for your time to read this! Quick one to the owner, reviews are there for new/potential guests to make their judgement. Don't expect not to get publically shamed when you don't have your business in order. No one is going to whatsapp you your feedback.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
