I
am
going
to
Equal
yoga
for
around
1
year
now.
Here
are
some
pros
and
cons:
Pros:
+
You
can
call
this
place
"Uber
for
Yoga".
No
complications,
you
just
arrange
a
class
using
their
app,
take
your
class,
take
a
shower
and
come
back
home.
They
have
classes
per
hour
between
7:00
am
and
8:30
so
easy
to
find
a
time
slot
that
fits
you.
+
They
have
their
own
sequences
targeting
different
body
parts
and
breathing
style.
Whether
you
want
to
work
on
your
flow/flexibility
or
core,
there
is
a
big
spectrum
of
yoga
classes
available.
+
As
of
now
they
have
some
brilliant
instructors.
My
experience
especially
with
Marte
(she
is
very
innovate
of
her
Barre
course),
Maddy
(he
is
a
body
engineer,
his
movements
are
very
intuitive,
he
never
repeats
the
same
course,
always
adds
his
playful
flavor
to
it)
and
Djlani
(a
relaxing
spirit
and
approach
to
Yoga)
have
been
awesome.
Cons:
-
The
classes
are
so
crowded,
over
40
students.
This
is
a
popular
studio.
This
reduces
the
chance
for
the
instructor
to
provide
personalized
suggestions
to
students.
There
is
also
a
high
circulation
of
students,
generally
20%
of
all
class
is
new.
-
It
can
be
too
noisy.
Especially
newcomers
can
be
too
chatty
inside
the
studio.
I
really
don't
understand
the
motivation
behind
coming
to
a
studio
and
chatting
inside,
while
others
try
to
focus,
calm
down
and
get
ready
for
the
upcoming
course.
In
extreme
cases
they
keep
their
chat
during
the
class
too!
-
There
can
be
a
circulation
of
teachers.
Sometimes
you
get
used
to
an
instructor
and
all
of
a
sudden
he/she
may
dissapear.
