The girl who serves here is so infectiously nice! The food was delicious, the coffee was great and the girl serving us was one of the nicest servers ever. I did have quite a serious incident where I found a piece of plastic in my tuna bagel, the staff apologized and took the bagel off the bill. Was a little shocked though

This was the best coffee I had in Amsterdam, possibly the best of my life. I got an iced caramel latte with whipped cream and it was heavenly. I got a second one because it was so delicious. The regular caramel latte and the bagels were very yummy too. The owner, or whom I assume was the owner, was exceptionally kind and attentive. We struck up a conversation and he even gave us recommendations of things to do today before our late night flight. Couldn’t recommend more! Must go!

I ate breakfast here before visiting ARTIS — the food was great and the staff was extremely accommodating of my severe food allergies! Bagels&Beans went above and beyond to ensure that everything was okay, including providing a compressive allergen menu, translating all of the ingredients from the cream cheese tub, and preparing my food in a separate space. The food was excellent! I would highly recommend for anyone, but especially those with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Absolutely delicious! Wonderful atmosphere and hospitality! The owner is so friendly and gave wonderful recommendations! We are visiting from Canada, and we will definitely be coming back before we leave!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The food was so fresh and amazing, the atmosphere was very cozy, and the service was extraordinary! The owner was so kind and very accommodating with our gluten free/vegan dietary needs. He even gave recommendations for places to see and things to do while on our trip. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend coming here!

What a great place! The owner was very welcoming and made sure my large party was accommodated for. I got the tuna melt and it was FANTASTIC. Crispy fresh bagel and hot cheese and tuna right out of the oven. The music was also very calming and made me feel at home! Totally recommend to anyone looking for a good bagel, me and everyone I was with give it a 10/10!!

Great bagels and coffee!! We came here for breakfast and tried many different bagels, all very good. The pesto cream cheese is fantastic! I personally recommend the smoked chicken in a wholemeal bagel.

Highly recommend! Ashir, the owner, is such a warm, welcoming guy and his café reflects that vibe. It is light and airy with a lovely view of the canal. Tables inside and outside. The food and coffee are delicious. And the service is prompt and friendly. The customers are a mix of (international) students and staff from the university across the street, local residents of the Plantage neighborhood and tourists from other neighborhoods in Amsterdam or from across the world. All get the same 5 star treatment here!

The location is outstanding, even though it is right next to a road you don't notice it. The food was simply good and fresh and the service was perfect. Would definitely eat there more often.

I had great things about the Roetersstraat branch of Bagels and Beans so I had to go there during my trip to Amsterdam. It didn't disappoint at all. They had lovely food and even lovelier staff. I particularly enjoyed their chai latte and paddoburger bagel and loved the homey atmosphere of the place. The terrace is wonderful to sit in on a sunny day in Amsterdam. Highly recommend!
