Best Falafel sandwich ive had. Such crispy falafel. Soft bread, fresh additions. What i have found very nice is that you can put the veggies and sauces by yourself, like a little buffet. Will come again.

Best falafel and best everything! Omg so neat and clean! The owners really know how to make good and healthy food. Their neatness is immaculate and I can’t stress enough. They are very warm and let you refill your pitas. The sauces are to die for and fries are an added bonus.

Highly recommend this place. I got a falafel wrap and it was very tasty and had lots of flavour. You get a wrap with falafel and I choose some hummus and then they have little self service boxes with all different types of toppings that you can put on your wrap, such as yoghurt, a spicy sauce, salad, vegetables etc and it makes it into a rather substantial and delicious meal, as well as being good for you nutritionally and is very clean tasting. I also got a side order of fries and these were fairly tasty too and the truffle mayonnaise was lovely.

My friend and I got a portion of the medium fries and the falafel pita with aubergines. (With the pita, you also have the option of adding a selection salad, which is made fresh every day.. so delicious!) First of all, the potatoes are cut fresh every day and, of course, cooked on the spot. They were so crispy and soft on the inside that it tickled all of your senses 🤤 Then, the falafel! It was simply to die for! You just have to try them for yourself! The owners are so lovely as well, honestly overall such a pleasant experience!

I've now been here twice, for falafel and for fries. The falafel experience was magical and the fries were the best in town. Go Bombay Mix on the sauce - you will not regret it

This was so good, my friend and I agree that we could eat the food we had here every day. Good luck we decided to leave a nearby fast food restaurant wich was crowded, with loud music and a service team that didn't seem much interested to serving us. To go to Sonny - best decision ever! The lady behind the desk was very nice and so was the food. We had pita with Falafel - one with humus, one with aubergine and shared fries. You can choose between various toppings and everything I tried was mouthwatering. We will definitely come back.

The best falafel place in town, served with amazing variety of salads beside. Everything is fresh and tasty; the tastiest falafel I have ever had for sure. The prices are also very reasonable. Great food, great service. Give it a try!

We loved it! I ordered a falafel salad which is just the falafel balls in a bowl and then you add all the toppings from their fresh and satisfying salad bar. Great experience.

The food tasted fine until we got to one section and it tasted weird. Also, as we were eating out we noticed that the owner was just topping up the salad bar at the end of the day from the back with the stuff out of these buckets and we also asked him to buy he had not washed his hands. Last night my partner had gotten sick and was on the toilet all night. It’s a real shame the chips are beautiful but I would say that the risk of food poisoning here very very high. Expensive as well. Shame there aren’t better vegetarian representations around Amsterdam than this which is one of the highest rated.

Best falafel and fries in town! You make your own pita with toppings of your choice. Great value, awesome friendly staff, very nice neighborhood. The place is quite popular with locals, but well worth going out of your way for a delicious vegetarian meal even if you are just visiting. This is easily my favorite place to eat falafel in the world!

They have the best falafel we ever had. It's delicious , stomach filling with so many different flavours in it. The hosts are very friendly and humble. Loved the experience.

A must-visit. I have been going for years and keep coming back. The falafel is crisp and fragrant. The pita bread fresh. The toppings are self-made salads with couscous, lentils and fresh vegetables. A flavor bomb. The price is fair compared to the generous portion and amazing flavors. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the location is conveniently close to take a stroll through the market or nearby park.

Legendary worlds best Falafel, you have to try it otherwise you are missing something.

I was just in Germany with curry and fries/frites. That stuff was stellar, yet, this place's curry has something that just goes a little tangier without losing the great curry flavor and texture. Also, the falafel was deeper in bites than I imagined. The fried balls and eggplant/aubergine were delicious. Ordering was great . You can pay card with even just a 15 € amount but I think a lot of places prefer cash which made the server a bit happier. A must stop as a friend of mine recommended me this place.
