I attended a workshop about fermentation here! I really like it!

Wednesday Taste Before You Waste dinner is great! On Thursday however the food is presented as vegan, but it’s not all vegan and I found out by chance that I had been eating a big portion of dairy products!! This was not at all clear! There was no sign or explanation and the cook even said ‘the food is vegan’. But a friend found out that some of the desserts were made of dairy cream! Hopefully I don’t get diarrhea, I will never return here anyway. Take then veganism seriously please!!

Dated, messy, but a very nice functional space! Bar is mediocre, few can be ordered (no regular soft drinks).

There are quite a few veggie squat restaurants in Amsterdam, and this is very similar. Decent tasting vegan dinner for 6 euro every Thursday...great!

Expo space, stood with a work at Gymfest during corona, good acoustics.

I don't think they understand how it works here, that if 150 tickets have been sold for a concert, there must be 150 chairs and 150 people must come. That 150 people want to see and hear something. That means that you ensure that there is light and sound so that the concert can be seen and heard.
