Overall
it
was
a
bad
experience.
I’m
mad
at
Michellin
for
recommending
this.
There
were
6
good
dishes
out
of
17
we
tried.
The
dishes
were
often
under
or
over
seasoned,
not
cohesive,
and
generally
poorly
executed.
1st
course
-
2/4
good
dishes
-
Duck
was
dry
and
not
flavorful
-
Tempeh
was
good
-
Salmon
was
excellent
-
Seaweed
salad
was
uninteresting
2nd
-
3/4
good
dishes
-
Scallops
were
cooked
well,
but
the
panko
got
soggy
and
the
gravy
was
way
too
overpowering
and
aggressive
-
Bacon
was
really
yummy
-
Lemon
fish
was
good
-
Fried
mushrooms
and
artichoke
was
really
good.
It
was
our
favorite
dish
overall
In
between
-
1/4
good
dishes
-
Vegan
noodles
was
alright
but
basic
-
Iberico
pork
was
good
-
The
squid
with
the
chinese
cumin
lamb
seasoning
and
basil
was
really
weird.
That
seasoning
is
meant
for
gamey
lamb
flavors,
not
a
delicate
squid
-
The
fried
crab
was
fine,
but
kinda
doughy,
and
the
raw
bean
sprouts
didn’t
pair
well
Third
-
0/4
good
dishes
-
Black
cod
skin
was
soggy,
cucumber
sauce
was
weird
and
made
it
taste
more
fishy.
By
itself
fish
lacked
seasoning
-
The
beef
was
good
but
the
sauce
was
way
too
salty.
Had
to
scrape
the
sauce
and
eat
with
rice
-
The
curry
prawns
was
horrible.
The
prawns
were
like
small
shrimp
and
tasted
cheap,
and
there
was
barely
any
curry
flavor.
The
prawns
were
blanched
or
something.
Why
weren’t
they
seared?
-
The
portobello
mushrooms
were
fine,
but
the
chili
oil/basil
oil
pairing
didn’t
seem
to
fit
The
fig
dessert
thing
was
meh.
The
fig
was
not
ripe
and
didn’t
taste
like
anything.
Brulee
on
it
made
it
better.
The
caramel(?)
dollop
overpowered
the
berries.
The
sesame
brittle
is
good
on
its
own
but
doesn’t
pair
that
well
with
everything
else
