Nice dinner. Grilled seafood plate for one person is 33 euros but it’s a large portion of protein. Cold seafood plate for one is 28. Food is definitely worth it. Service is also good. Been here many times. Floor managers need to pay more attention to interns or new starters as they can easily forget something or confuse orders but it’s understandable process of every training.

However, be prepared for a lingering smell of oil that may stick to your clothes. Despite this minor drawback, the overall vibe of the place is fantastic, complete with friendly staff and delectable food.

I recently went to The Seafood Bar and it was amazing! Sofia, our waitress, was super helpful and really knew her stuff. The seafood dishes were incredibly tasty and fresh. The place itself had a great vibe, cozy but fancy at the same time. If you're into seafood, you've got to check this place out. It's a great spot for a nice meal

Seafood was very good, we had the mixed platter. Would come here again, but primarily for the food. Not 5/5 experience because the service was quite slow and we had to remind them a couple of times of what we ordered. Seemed like there were either too few servers or inexperienced servers. There was one server that helped us well in the end.

If you want to try great seafood in Amsterdam you should go to this Seafood place in the center. I love mix plate and tomato soup. Good service and interesting interior.

I went here yesterday and had an amazing experience. Probably the best seafood I've had in The Netherlands. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and it feels like there's no added (artificial) flavours, it's a very pure taste. The decor is stylish and has a 50's/60's expression to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the busy moments they were swift and asked a few times if we needed anything else. I will definitely come back here and I recommend this place highly for seafood lovers!

Sunday 9:30pm for a table of 4. Very disappointing experience. Food was ok, but defo not worth the price. More staff than customers but service is non-existence. Waiters seem reluctant to serve. Reached out to them twice for order and but got ignored. Welcome bread and cutlery not served and main courses came 45 minutes after we had finished the starter. Ready dishes are left on the bar table not being delivered. Inappropriate dropping of dishes with consistence strong noise from the bar area which significantly disturbed the dining atmosphere. Overall, very disappointed. If you wanna try out, book for a earlier supper time instead of going late.

It was amazing!! I am so glad for this experience. I loved all of the things we ate. Dessert was amazing as well. However, it is not a classy place. Songs are very irrevelant and it is very crowded and noisy place. At the table next to us there was a noisy boy crawling on the floors for example. I thought this place is quiet and classy but vibe is not like that.

I really like the place, not my first visit. Our waitress Joana was so nice, chill and relaxed what makes the atmosphere were welcoming. The food is good as always, fresh and tasty. Will come back!

Best place to eat a sea food! Here always everything is fresh, open kitchen and you have a possibility to see all process of cut things and serve a big plates with sea food. My recomendations to visit 👍

A seafood lovers paradise. From a beginner to a aficionado this restaurant caters for everyone. The measures set up for social distancing work perfectly with each table set up in its own boothe. Spotlessly clean and well deserving of five stars. The staff are knowledgeable about the dish of the day and their recommendations will suit the diners personal taste. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful seafood with wonderful ambience. Our server Jeroen, was very attentive and welcoming. He can speak Chinese, which helped us a lot because it’s faster than google translating the menu. Had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again. We had the grilled seafood platter and it was a good array of different kinds of fish, shellfish, mussels, and shrimps. The place is very lively and very relaxing, definitely a good place to hang and have some good food

Very delicious and very fresh. The oysters were a bit small, maybe because the type we ordered was small, but they were very fresh. It is a seafood restaurant worth visiting.

We dined in for dinner on a weekday evening with no reservation. The restaurant was absolutely packed, but the receptionist quickly managed to find us our seats looking into the kitchen, which was quite enjoyable. Our server, Amira, did a fabulous job; she had many tables to serve, but she always checked on us and emptied our seafood shell bucket often. We ordered a seafood platter, razor clam in white wine sauce(Amira’s recommendation, and it was delicious), and seafood soup. Everything was what we would expect from a fine seafood restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Heard of this place from social media so thought to give it a try. They have multiple locations in Amsterdam. The food presentation is very good, but taste just okay!

I’ve heard of this restaurant from multiple people and was eager to try it. However, as someone who grew up and still lives in the Mediterranean coast I have to say that this place was a huge let down. The ingredients were fresh, yet everything was tasteless. The fish especially didn’t have basic seasoning. The platter looks great, but that’s it, it only looks good. Truly, this is a place for tourists I believe. It is expensive yet in no way you get the value for it. If you don’t fall trap to the pictures, I recommend you try somewhere else for seafood. Absolutely not worth it.

The Mix Grill is excellent, generously portioned and well priced. Love the grilled octopus. The fried fish prices (cod) are also very good and a cheap a DN delicious way to fill up the stomach. Our server Jeroen was friendly and efficient. The guy who took our reservation request was excellent and very accommodating.

This place was incredible! Atmosphere, food, and service! Jeroen served us and he was so nice and had the best recommendations! If you’re looking for their best dish, it’s the Asian style mussels hands down! Perfect place for our first dinner and drinks in AMS!

Incredible seafood! Fresh, beautifully served and delicious! We started with oysters (French, Dutch and Irish), French were my personal favorite. We also ordered cold platter and hot platter, it was definitely enough food for 5 of us! Service is always incredible here. Highly recommended!

The service and food were both fantastic! Showed up about 45 minutes early and still got seated right away. Did he combination dinner for 2, everything was fresh and delicious! Starters were the lobster soup and grilled octopus, both were so full of flavor! So glad we decided to give it a try, go, you won't be disappointed!!

The food is amazing, the quality of the seafood is very very good. The potions are big. The food is fresh. We just loved it. The only bad thing is the lighting it didn’t allow us to take good pictures of the food 😃

The seafood was fresh and delicious. My partner and I shared the mixed grill for two and it was more than enough. I would’ve liked it more if there was more shrimps and calamari, but that’s my own preference. The service was okay, but nothing spectacular. We received freshly baked bread and butter as a welcome which was a great touch. Overall, it’s a nice restaurant.

A little bit pricey (90 EUR for 2 adults and 1 toddler, for food and 2 drinks). The quality of food is remarkable (fresh seafood). My favorite dish was the Irish oysters, and the wine selection is really good. Nice place to have lunch if you're walking around De Pijp.

Food, service and ambience were very nice.

The mussels were absolutely fantastic and the wait while they were cooking was not frustrating at all, thanks to the baguette bread (it was great, trust me, I'm french) and the wine we were served. It says on Maps "Price:€€€", I would beg to differ. Bread, a plate of mussels and a glass of wine were more than enough to sate me and the price (26€) was more than affordable! Great staff, chill ambiance, great food, great bread... Would definitely recommend!

The Seafood bar is always a great idea if you are craving fish and sea food. The restaurant itself is sober and nice, the food has a good quality-price ratio. Service could be better, some waiters are super friendly and professionals some others a bit less.

If you want to spend evening with outside dining then the Seafood Bar is right choice. They always have the most fresh and delicious sea food stuff with affordable price

Our server panos was very nice and attentive. My mother had birthday and he made beautiful surprise. Very enjoyed our time here with his help.
