It already smells good as we walk in the door. A long, narrow place decorated in an American style, very pleasant. Quick service, own water (€3), a detail, although expensive. It is a recommendable place to a certain extent. Definitely much better than the well known fast food chains. The place itself and the service stand out, very friendly and fast. A wide range of hamburgers, 7 plus two chef's specials. Beef options of regular, Wagyu and Black Angus beef, with different configurations. The burgers we've tried were good, but not outstanding. In general, it is a place that I recommend and that I would visit again.

They lost our reservation but got us a table anyway. Talk about good service! My surf and turf burger, pictured, was amazing. The fries were delicious 😋 and the aioli dipping sauce was equally yummy in my tummy. 5 ⭐ all around from service, to quality of ingredients, to flavors.

Food: I ordered a Mexican hamburguer. The meat was caramelized on the outside, but it was chewy and had no juice at all. The spiciness was on point. The fries were small-sized and overly done, like the last ones from large batch. They also charge for each sauce (even ketchup). Service: It requires a QR code to order and read the menu The staff was friendly, but the order took 35 minutes to get done. I think it was too much, considering we were not at lunch time. Atmosphere: The waiter arranged us one of four two-seat tables, disposed side-by-side. There was almost no space between them, so we could hear the conversation from the other tables. The music basically loud electronic music remixes.

Food, staff and quality are just amazing. Very friendly staff. Especially try Burgerfabriek Dog. It was just amazing. For next for sure they ll benoyr first spot.

Great selection of meat and burgers and pretty good actually. All the extra are charged separately, make sure you know what you order if you want something special. Staff friendly, maybe it should be a bit cleaner

Amazing Burgers! Julian who served us was really attentive and helpful! Recommend the Dutch burger it was lovely. Oh and get the truffle mayo for your chips you won't regret it!

The restaurant is good, the American Burger was very yummy, the chips and belgan beer. The music is good and there is good attention from the staff. :)

don't waste your money here. Had the saddest little veggie burger today, when I asked for sauce, it was charged extra. Family are the Wagyu burgers which were alright but overpriced. You can find this quality and better anywhere else for lower prices.

Impressed with the cleanliness of this store. As I wouldn't normally eat on that street. Burger was cooked brilliantly and tasted very very good. At under 13 euros for a burger, the price also impressed me. I had a Dutch burger and the ingredients were all fresh and salad, crisp and crunchy. I'll definitely be returning to this chain when I'm next in Amsterdam. Very very good.

We tried the most expensive burgers in the menu and the experience was nothing special. The burgers were overcooked destroying what you are paying for (better meat quality). The basic burger without toppings was too basic. I recommend the Burger Bar in the same street. Better burgers and lower prices. The staff was very friendly and the order system worked perfectly.

Very nice place and service… but the meat of the hamburger it’s just meh!! Nothing special.

The people are very friendly and attentive. We ordered Coca-Cola but was not asked if Pepsi was okay, and were served pepsi, which was not a huge deal! Very clean. Central area. The burger was decent, but my order was not the wildest one! The fries were very tasty and crunchy!

This is an overall great burgershop, located in the prime spot of Amsterdam. The quality of the meet is definitely better than most of the burger shops in the city. Added bonus is the awesome music set that they had, due to the soon to be DJ managing this restaurant.

We were in Amsterdam for holiday, we went in this place for dinner, at random, and ate hot dogs and drank beer. The place is really nice and lovable, the food taste amazing, and the staff is highly kind and willing. We liked it so much that we came back for another dinner, we tried burgers that taste also very good.

Beertap at the table is fun. We ordered 7 burgers (while the restaurant was very busy) and they were all done in about 5 min. Fast service, but the meat didn't taste anything. None of our burgers were seasoned. If they didn't use frozen burgers, they would probably be a lot slower but it would taste better

Very friendly staff, nice place to seat, but overpriced for the quality of food, we had to pay for fries, sauce and burger toppings extra and fries was not even fresh made, really bad quality of fries, the vegi burger also totally tasted like just soy and even vegan burgers from store taste way better than here, in general burger portions are not big and in my opinion we overpaid for the food.

Amazing I didn’t have a burger but 🌭was well trimmed and a great taste also if you’re a lover of a burger or more a hot dog! This place has totally got you with not many attractive places to eat in centrum this is one for sure, get some food and visit 🇳🇱❤️🙏🏾

I had a chicken burger with avocado, though it has little 1/8 of avocado. The fries don't taste nice and the burger was small

Tuna salad was ok, just canned but fine. But the burger buns were unfortunately pretty dry...and the meat wasn't seasoned at all. Fries where also fine. But the burger were not so in point for a burger restaurant with that prices. Pretty disappointing.

Great fries, OK burger. Up beat throwback music, not expensive. The staff was friendly. We happened to go here because it was quite late, and couldn't find another place. Over all a OK experience.

Pretty much the best burger I’ve had in my life. Started with take away then went back the following day to eat in. Great choice and ability to customise. Not a long wait either. Beef was juicy. Service was friendly. And at 12pm it was also nice and quiet so I could relax and chat with the kids who also gave it a 5 star.

I went with my friends and we all got disappointed by the quality of the food. The meat was unseasoned, overcooked and the bread was pale. The salads were all right but honestly not worth the price. The drinks were awful, the mojito was literally just sugar and lime juice. The margarita was simply some kind of flavored syrup. Wouldn’t recommend it.
