I have not come to bijlmer arena area for a while and just realized they renovated the kfc. It looks a lot nicer than before. Before it was kind of sketchy and gloomy. After renovated it looks so modern and bright. Happy to see bijlmer arena area is becoming better and better. One thing I don’t like about this kfc is that they do not have enough staff!!! Apparently, this place is so packed during lunch and dinner time. You can always see tons of people waiting to get their meals. I do not think it would happened in Mc Donald’s as they are both cheap fast food chain. The key part about it is that you should be FAST okay?! Really hope they can improve.

I am not a person that gets very easily frustrated. Especially with jobs when I know things can be hectic. However, the customer service is very poor. This is a consistent problem. I've been here multiple times and each time the customer service was poor. When I ordered I waited 20 minutes to receive the food only to find out that nobody was making it. The worst part is that it was quiet in the restaurant with less than 7 people. The workers do not look interested. I usually get a very rude reply if I ask when my order is done after 30 minutes. What's even more remarkable was I saw 4 other customers having the same complaint. I've come back to this restaurant because I did not want to let 1 negative interaction form my opinion. But this was the red line for me and I will avoid this restaurant in the future. To the employers, you may want to reconsider the people you hire. Your competitor next door understands the value of customer care and professionalism.

KFC is classic. I often visit this restaurant, quality is standard (good), but the service is a bit slow in this location. You always have to wait longer than normal, regardless of the amount of customers.

Never been to such a dirty place in all my life, I think they must clean tables once a day if that! Drink and food all over the tables and chairs.

The reason is simple. I don’t know what it is, and I don’t care, I made an order and they waited for OVER AN HOUR before they canceled with an ‘oops’. Please never order from this place as they have 0 respect for your time. 0 stars

So we ordered, waited around 25 minutes and later we found out they forgot our order. Not a big deal though it happens, but this is happening all over in material in all kfc’s. There must be something wrong with management or service.

Dirty restaurant with sticky floors and tables, soda and milkshake on the floor. The burger was bland, the fries soggy, the chicken tenders tasted like cardboard. We received the wrong items in the order as well, the toilet is €0.50 even for customers. One of the worst places I've been to to eat and not on par with the usual KFC quality.

Poor quality with a high price. The toilets on the ground floor were locked for customers.

Very bad KFC. It was good for a while after renovation but now it's down again. Soggy fries with taste of old oil. Burgers often come with stale buns because they are under the heat lamp too long. Corn cob is a mushy mess because they steam for too long. It seems they cook as much as possible in advance so they literally just put your food in the bag as you order it. Nothing is fresh or tasting good. Everything old and stale or soggy. I go to Tafelbergweg from now on...it is much better quality there.

KFC always tastes better than the rest!!! And you can clearly see this 9 out of 10 it is busy here, but it's worth the wait!!! Will be seeing me back soon!

I came twice to this restaurant, but I never got to make an order. Staff looks at you while preparing other orders, but nobody dares to approach to get yours. Soooo awkward. I left after 5 minutes waiting 1st on the line. I will not be back.

Very very poor experience. Had a vegetarian chicken burger and some (real) chicken pieces from my friend's bucket. 3 hours later I start getting extreme stomach pains. And when I say extreme, I mean to the point of crying. Spent an hour vomiting and then passed out asleep from exertion, only to wake in time for a wave of diarrhea. My friend with the bucket also got the same pain and diarrhea so we know this was the source. We've been to this KFC before and we have often looked past how incredibly crowded it was and the poor service but this was truly unacceptable. I will never so much as look at a KFC again.

Food was ok. But employee behavoir was very rude. Toilet was too dirty, there was written 50 cent to unlock, i insert 1 EUR coin still not working. Try to get assistance from employee. But he was not in good mode i guess.

Normal food, typical KFC but pigeons inside are unacceptable... The sight of their droppings is disgusting and discouraging

This is literally the 10-12th time u guys mess my order up, I'm a humble guy but u guys are stealing from me now and I feel like it's on purpose cuz u d ok it every time I order and if I have to come there in person and make a scene, I'll be the bad guy, I try calling u guys to talk, nobody answers the phone but it's cool tho, u guys keep stealing, one day I'll just show up and make ur day exciting. Terrible service. I rate you guys a 0 if it was possible. That's not cool and I never get my money back, but that's my fault, I should come down there, and I will.

The staff is so dense they can't even turn off the Uber Eats machine, allowing it to call delivery drivers to pick up at a place that's long closed. I'm not coming there again to these clowns, not even to eat 🤡

Food is incredibly stale, and some of the chicken was tough, like it had been sat out there for days. Staff were rude, and the place was very dirty.

Do not even glance inside . PATHETIC SERVICE. 1hour+ wait time. Prioritising deliveries that came after your order. Done come if you don't intend to wait 1hour+ to eat Also rude staff, cleaner can't speak, just taps the table as if you are his dog so you leave coz he wants to clean .

Can someone please explain to the staff the clothes for cleaning the tables needs to be clean also. Staff cleaned the table and left a dirty, sour, rank smell behind... come on KFC, how hard is it to buy new cloths.

Ordered on the venue, they simply forgot about my order. When I politely asked where is it, they started swearing at me.

• Food was decent, glad they offer vegan. But I didn't try it. • Ordering is through the machines but most of them don't offer a proof of purchase. • Bathroom didn't have paper and is mix gender.

[take out only, couple of times end of Nov 2022] Food was up to KFC standards, not worse, not better. But the waiting times are too high (in excess of 30mins for a meal). There are a lot of take away orders and food delivery pick ups and the venue seems understaffed - in the evening at least. Overall cleanliness of the venue at the lower end of decent.

The worst of all service . Made me wait for 20 min. And handed me a bag when I wanted to eat in. Useless staff.

I have been there several times. Many employees are working inside but it is the slowest fast food. Incredible inefficiency.

Paid toilet, 50 cents to go in. I don't have any coins at all, how should I do my business after a meal here? You make thousands of profit per second, and you can't afford to make the toilet free? Or at least put a terminal there so I can pay by card?

Ordered medium fries,pretty sure I got small. Chicken wasn't crispy and tasted like cardboard. Fries were ok. I ordered dine in but they made it to go. Also very unhygienic and not clean with chicken bones on the ground. Wouldn't visit again.
