From the point of check-in, it was very clear that the staff were very uptight and unwelcoming. Nobody helped us with our luggage into our room, despite them helping other people. Moreover, the Wi-Fi did not working at all during our 6 day stay. What rubbish service is this? I have never been to a hotel whose Wi-Fi didn’t work! When I went to reception to ask about this, the extremely rude lady with the scary looking makeup kept serving others and ignoring me, when she finally had the time to serve me she was so so rude! I honestly can’t believe how rude, uptight and unprofessional she was. Did not care at all, didn’t even say hi and just said “Wi-Fi problem”, not even an apology or a timeframe to when it will be fixed. I can see that reception rudeness is a common complaint amongst other reviewers too. Staff didn’t even say bye when we checked out. Perhaps this hotel needs to teach their uncivilised staff how to have basic manners. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in The receptionist named Asuman was very very rude and did not help us at all, they did not even bring a kettle to our room until we fought with the receptionist. The breakfast was not good, especially the cheese and fruits were very stale and all low quality things. Awful room walls the sound of guests from other rooms did not allow sleep. The location of the hotel was not close to any touristic place. My family and I were there for 9 nights and we had a very bad time in the hotel. I had never seen the hotel reception as rude as Ms. Asuman, the worst part of the hotel was the reception.This woman was very rude and two-faced

Stayed here recently, first of all the first impression of a place can be lasting. Our first impression was excellent because the receptionist (Asumen..sorry if spelt incorrectly) was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were more than adequate and clean. The main issue with the rooms was there was no sound proofing and you could hear everything from adjoining rooms. We expected privacy in our room as we were a couple travelling together but you could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. It seems like this building was an office block that has been retro fitted as a hotel but they forgot to add sound proofing. The breakfast was adequate with traditional turkish offerings. I love coffee and the coffee from the machine was quite reasonable. Lastly the location was a little far from the Old Town (Kaleici) and sea front. Fortunately we had a hire car but would struggle having to walk the 4.5km round trip to the main attractions whilst it was raining during our stay.

Very bad hotel. Not to be recommended. Breakfast is from the day before and not appetising. The coffee machine is very old and not enjoyable. There is a lot of cheese that looks dry and old. The fruits are not fresh. The woman at the reception is unfriendly and incompetent and does not speak good English. The toilet in the room was ok.

After cleaning the room, there is no towel. The towel has a sigarette smell. They offered a drink when we came, but they charge for it. In the breakfast there were disposable cups. The entrance to the spa smell very bad. No option to avoid sunrise.

Small and stinky elevator. Bad personel who woke me up to move my car even though there was no need for it. Oh, the parking is terrible, you can park 5 cars and the rest will have to find a spot on the street.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Antalya,the hotel is new one, everything is perfect, clean every where,nice and kind people. If you need something you just ask in the reception,they are so kind and friendly, will do everything to make you feel good and happy Also the woman who is cleaning room

It was a beautiful hotel and the room was so very spacious and the shower as well. The receptionists seem to like their job, although I can't tell. I literally felt more at home in the room than at home itself. As someone who has visited several hotels, I have never seen a room like this. The cleaning team cleaned the room every day I think. So after I got back to the room everything was replenished and cleaned. The pool was also nice, but no one was there so there was enough space to practice your art. However, the worst happened at the end. I left the room and the cleaning staff said "Leave the door open" in a command form. I was in the elevator and had to do something so occupied the elevator for a while without closing the door, and the staff shouted "Sifira bassana lan" ( Press zero dude)again commanding me in a rude way. Maybe they thought I couldn't speak Turkish or something. But strange to have the guts to talk to a guest like that.

The rooms are cosy, the service is wonderful despite the fact that it is the off season. I recommend the SPA, pool Turkish hamam, steamroom, sauna are fabulous. Worth for value.

Tired hotel with unsmiling staff that has seen better days. Breakfast is good but it is for people familiar with Turkish breakfast. Sauna is old and some facilities broken or unavailable View is a scenic petrol station and a busy highway. Not conveniently located . Dirty unwashed window. Air conditioning difficult to set correctly

We recently stayed at the Elips Royal Hotel in Antalya, and I must express my candid opinion that it ranks among the least satisfactory accommodations we have encountered. The lady at the reception displayed an impressively unwelcoming demeanor, and the concept of a cleaning service seemed to elude the staff entirely; despite our requests, our room remained untouched. The spa and swimming pool facilities left much to be desired, adhering to a standard one might describe as subpar, to put it mildly. Oh, and the tour booking experience! We asked the gentleman at the reception to book a tour to Pamukkale, and even though we had the pleasure of paying the full amount, the tour operator charmingly requested additional funds. In summary, the overall experience at this establishment can only be described as profoundly underwhelming, and I would refrain from recommending it to anyone of discerning taste.

Everything was very good! A great buffet for breakfast, all people was kind and know talk in English. They have swimming pool and other services free as sauna. Thanks to ESER to help as and for always smile

Overall Elips hotel had its pros and cons. The location: is good, local supermarkets and food places near by, a shopping mall is around a 10 min walk away. Breakfast: I personally liked the breakfast, however it’s very healthy, not many dessert options. Comparing it to a typical Turkish breakfast it’s probably on the smaller side in terms of variety and options but it’s still nice. Staff: the waiters were all really nice and polite and helpful. They greeted you in the mornings for breakfast, used to refill the breakfast areas when the food was running low. Mert was really nice. The reception staff were okay, Eser was very friendly, however he kept selling us tours for Antalya. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy the tours as they are a rip off, you’ll be able to get cheaper tours outside. My dad slipped outside and needed a plaster and the reception provided this for him so they were helpful. One thing to note is the staff speak very little English so I had to use google translate to communicate with them but again this wasn’t really an issue for us. The cleaners were all polite and did a pretty decent job. The hotel building: The hotel was clean and nice, as well as the rooms which were big. We had a triple room and had 2 single beds and one double bed which was really cool as usually it’s just 3 single beds. The bathroom had a few issues on the first day, first the sink was blocked and the toilet seat didn’t open up properly, however once we told the reception, they sent a handy man who came and fixed it right away. The cleaners fixed the blocked sink. The shower pressure sometimes went low but was manageable. There’s only one lift in the hotel so it used to take ages to come which was annoying. The lights in the corridors must be energy saving as when waiting for the lift, they would switch off so you would be standing in a dark corridor but you would just need to walk in front of the sensor for them to turn back on again. The room card was giving us issues, we had to try a couple of times before the door would open. They give you 2 water bottles and 2 disposable cups with a kettle, sugar cube packet and tea sachets every day for free which was a pleasant surprise and there’s a mini fridge in the room for you to put your drinks in!

The hotel was very nice and clean the staff was very polite speak very good English The room was very clean, the spa centre swimming pool so clean good breakfast buffet the . The reception is also nice and kind and very helpful. (SERCAM) thanks

Stayed at Elipse Royal for 5-6 days and throughly enjoyed our experience there. The staff were very helpful and understanding of any problems we had. We had one issue with the shower in our room and Levent very quickly and efficiently fixed it, taking no more than five minutes. Breakfast includes a large variety and hot Turkish tea was always served. Rooms were clean and well kept. Overall the stay was easy and good and the staff (especially Levent and Eser who always have a smile on their face) were amazing!! Hope to visit again.

This hotel was very good with really kind staff Asumon she was very kind and helpful from when we checked in to when we checked out. It is very close to the old bazaar which is good and all the staff are always happy to help. I would highly recommended this hotel.

If you want to experience how worse a stay can ever be, then consider staying here. Location is bad, far frok city centre, unhygienic, room service sucks, they didn't even change our linen on request,curtains were torn, AC doesn't work properly, customer service sucks, breakfast basic, corridors dirty with litter everywhere, staff rude as they can get, sauna closed all the time. I fail to understand how did they manage to get a 4 star accreditation.

I was very lucky with room. And even we arrived very early we got early check in. Thanks for it. Not far from the city center, room cleaning was ok.

we will never recommend this hotel to anyone. really poor conditions and service. the staff is very rude and has never learned what service is. there is only female employee who can speak ok english which is called asmaa. she is incredibly rude, is angry and disrespectful. when we arrived at the hotel she stated that our room was not ready yet when it first had to be cleaned. we waited for up to an hour. after we got the keys we went up to the room and discovered that the light was not working. when we called the front desk the lady would not talk and hung up. later we were told by an employee that an electrician would come and fix the light. no one came and we got the room changed after my husband got furious. the next day we came back to the room and saw that room service had taken everything from the bed and had left the bed uncovered, blanket and bed lined. there was tis on the mattress and it took up to an hour before we could get help and vik never got an explanation or apology from the hotel. room service was also incredibly poor and the older women who did clean always forgot to put towels and toilet paper. they could not speak English either. it is a very junk hotel which does not deserve its stars. the breakfast was also clammy and the bread was very dry and the cheese was recycled from day to day. it is clear that no supervision is coming to visit for a long time. In relation to the pool area, we could not use it either, as it was closed, even though we booked the netoo stay in this hotel due to the fact that there should also be a pool. there was nowhere to say that the pool was closed. we were very insecure during our stay and will never come here again. we would also not recommend this hotel to anyone.!!!!!!!!

I was in this hotel on June 7th with my family but not the hamam jacuzzi, swimming pool were open and the room we got was tiny and not having a good view so I would say you can get better places in Antalya with your money, I would say try Byond hotel way cheaper and walking distance to the beach 😉

This was may 2nd stay in this hotel. I can say that it was similar to the old stay 2 years earlier. This time I booked a room for 4 persons. But on check in they informed me that they only have rooms for 3. So they added another bed mattress on the earth. the breakfast wasn't that great but it is fine. The location is not within any touristic activities. There is a parking lot within the hotel. the staff is nice & friendly but their poor English speaking made things harder. Hotels are so expensive in Antalya, so, for such a price it seems ok to select this hotel.

Lovely stay at this hotel for a week. Cain was very pleasant and very welcoming. The female wasn't friendly at all. Cain's English is good and he managed to offer us tours and helped with all our queries. The hotel is rather noisy as it is next to a very busy road. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

We I and my girlfriend's loved and enjoyed our stay hier. The rooms were well kept. the workers were friendly (not much English is spoken !)but we'll enough ☺️ I recommend the massage also offered in the Hotel .. The Hotel is not that close to the beach but if you a walking type 30 to 45 min is enough to get to the nearest Beach.

The hospitality and level of service was superb. Eser, Can and the team were very friendly always willing to help. Daily housekeeping was a nice surprise. Located close to all amenities, town centre. Great experience for those who appreciate the local, homely, kids friendly atmosphere. The hotel offers tours at discounted prices and taxi service.

First time we visited Antalya , than we found Elips Royal Hotel on last minute. Firstly when you come to hotel you can see warm welcome and helpful people there. Rooms is very clean , breakfast is yummy (you can find anything you like) we stayed there 18 nights. Thanks for nice service ,clean room ,tasty breakfast and also big thanks to Sercan in reception he always smile and welcoming.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very rude staff. Definitely something wrong with them. I don’t see anything royal about this hotel. I only booked one night to see what it was like and happily I did . Would have stayed longer if was more pleasant . Took a good 30-45 min just to check in very slow staff. Food below average and barely anything available even arriving at breakfast only 45 min after opening

Stayed there for almost a month so far, the room was good and clean. Everyday there were tasty breakfasts with my favourite snacks and meals. The staff(especially Eser) were doing very good. Eser helped us so much, he provided some medicine when we were in need and all pharmacies were closed. He brought us water, tea and other stuff whenever we wanted. He perfectly speaks Russian, understands everything and tries to help even if it's not his duty.
