Do not go at any cost! Absolutely shocking how we was treated you are better off paying the extra and going to better place. 98% of staff rude and can not speak English so hard to communicate with basic. Asked for room service at 10pm for warm milk for my kids and didn’t arrive until 1am after calling them several times. Pools are small and slides are a joke. build 15/20 years ago and has and has not been upgraded and you can tell. During dinner food was ordered and you won’t receive it until you keep asking for it Evan thought restaurant was half empty. The dogs in the hotel were more friendly then staff. I hope hotel management can take this seriously and improve the service and give more attention to the paying visitors. I am very disappointed and can not recommend to anyone in its current position.

This hotel was a very big dissapointment. We came hoping for nice vacation and enjoying yhe all inclusive offer. At the end we left totally dissappointed. We were actually happy that we did not have to stay longer in this hotel, because the food was extremely bad. The beach of the hotel is very small and you will see a lot of stray dogs running around the beach. You may even get attacked by a stray dog if you are lucky. During the summer the hotel employes students as vaitors and these vaitors are probably the only really good thing about the hotel. These young people are so happy that they have a job, so they work hard and are very friendly. They mostly dont speak any english, some speak little german, but majority speak mediocre russian, since whole Antalya is positioned to the Russian market. But even though it is hard to communicate with the vaitors they were still allways friendly and not harrasing customers for extra tip, like for example vaitors in Egypt. Club Hotel Sera markets itself as a 5 star hotel, but this is not a 5 star hotel. NO WAY! This is a 3 star hotel, that offers some night time entertainment and try to use that as a selling point, while they did not do the basics - tourists need good food, without that everything else is useless - I dont care if they offer go go dancing strippers every other night at 21:30, when the brakfast, lunch and dinner was horrible every single day - the food tastes like chewing a car tire. The photos of the food you will see on other reviews maybe look good to you, but all those foods taste horrible. I am someone that eats everything and I am easy to please regarding food, but the food was just very bad. 90% of the footld is 3/10, and sometimes you find something that is 4/10. PS they are deleting honest reviews, you will find only fake reviews for this hotel. I will leave my reviews on other sites too, so they cant delete the TRUTH. PPS The other thing I noticed is that this hotel has a lot of customers from Russia and these people are leaving even 5 star reviews for this hotel. Maybe these customers eat horrible food back home in Russia, so they think this food is actually good. If you are from Western Europe you will be dissappointed.

Staff A+ Hotel A+ Food A+ (if you like Russian buffet style) Location A+ Pros: I had a great time at Club Sera. The staff was amazing. The food was ok and beach views are breathtaking. Everything you want and need is at this hotel . Cons: Only stay here is you are Russian!!! This is a Russian hotel. Again the only bad experiences were with the guest. I have no complaints about the hotel at all. But as an black American I would recommend another location.

that was one of the worst hotel i ever been. But to be fair, it’s dependent what you looking for from your hotel and what is your budget. If you looking for a quiet relaxing holiday then this hotel DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU! Every night there is a blasting music until 1or 2 am! So there’s no way you can go sleep before they finish playing .Most funny thing is almost no one attending those parties because music is so loud.Especially if you stay in club building. We stayed 8 nights and every night we had to stay in lobby until they finish playing ,we couldn’t go to our room because of this loud music.Secondly, hotel need proper refurbishment.Everything is too old.If you stay in family room then there’s is no air conditioning in where kids are stay. Now,coming to positive side of this hotel, staffs are very helpful and polite.Food is unbelievably good.Only down side , they serving dinner at outside restaurant where is too hot to eat and flies are all over the foods.

I recently spent a weekend at this resort, and while my experience was satisfactory in general, it left much to be desired. Although the resort had its strengths, there were a few notable areas that fell short of expectations. The staff in general were friendly, but to be more accurate some of them are not qualified and made us feel un-welcomed at the beginning, we had a reservation issue and instead of being understanding she blamed us, another person came and fixed the issue. The resort's location was also noteworthy, close to airport. Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, it offered picturesque views and a sense of tranquility. But resort doesn’t have enough green areas to serve the number of guests, for who prefer green spaces they shouldn’t consider it. In terms of accommodation, the rooms were clean and adequately sized, However, some aspects of the rooms seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The swimming pools, although clean, they were smaller than expected, making it feel overcrowded during peak hours. Additionally, the on-site dining options lacked variety, with limited selections on the menu, quality wasn’t that good. In summary, resort offers decent accommodations in a beautiful natural setting, and the staff's warm hospitality is commendable. While it was an acceptable stay, there is room for improvement to make a more desirable destination for future guests.

It's just ok. Free wifi only in Lobby. Extremely hot in hotel and room. Sweating when eating, sweating in bed. Room was very hot and no fan provided. Apparently they turn off after 5pm and say it's because of government regulations, which is nonsense. Because of this it can definitely not be a 5 star rated hotel. Won't be back anytime soon.

We didn't end up staying. I got a different room to the one I booked specifically for photography. They said it was an upgrade, but really that wing I booked was not open. Much like the rest of the hotel. 2 out of 15 restaurants were open. There was no aircon in the room and it was 27c. They couldn't turn it on. The buffet food was old and dreary. I couldn't even break my cucumber in half that's how not fresh it was. The staff were so friendly, but ultimately couldn't do anything about an all inclusive hotel with nothing open. Very disappointed and we didn't stay, getting a refund. We found a much better all inclusive with all restaurants open and aircon on. I'm sure it would be quite a nice hotel if they actually have it open for guests.

I am very angry, furious, the situation has arisen, my whole body is bitten by bedbugs after staying at your hotel. It is me who is suffering now through your neglect. The cleaning manager, your job is reprehensible. This is an Unacceptable 5 Star Hotel. The rooms are not well cleaned. On the floors there are crumbs and dust everywhere, the wardrobes are not cleaned. The toilet smells of cesspool. There are also pluses Mongolia restaurant, sushi, olimpus very good. service in bars and restaurants very helpful, hardworking, friendly. I have been to many hotels and I have never seen anything like this .. Unfortunately, I will not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Definitely not 5 stars and not recommend for family with young children. The place is visible aging with broken things everywhere. Stray dogs and cats are roaming the resort and the surrounding. Planes are frequently flying over the hotel Most of the stuff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Everything had a specific time to be open. For example Icecream was available between 14:30 and 16:00 when is the normal time for a child to sleep. You are not allowed to take anything in the room or for later as they offer room service. The food was really bland and dry in general and so good that it gave us food poisoning being the worse for the kid who vomited for 2 days and required an ER trip. The place is not child friendly. The child places are in dire need of renovation as they quite fall apart. The only good thing were the 2 employees from the kids club. Taking in consideration stray animal roaming the resort, the places for kids falling apart and the food this place can not be considered child friendly.

I’ve been to this hotel twice and there experiences were very different. The first time (Oct 2022), we loved the room and the atmosphere as well as the entertainment (shout out to Murat Alpsu, consider us fans now!). The cocktails were also great and didn’t feel watered down, which I know happens at some all inclusive resorts. We were a little bit disappointed with the buffet food, even though there was a lot of choice. However, the great on-site restaurants more than made up for it. The second time (Oct 2023) was a little different. Our pink and green room was stunning and I loved having a balcony but it did feel very small after a week. This time around, the food was so much better but we were disappointed with the drinks. This time they felt watered down and sone of the milk cocktails had curdled. Things like a margarita didn’t taste as they should and it was very difficult to get drunk (I tried). In the end I switched to beer (Tuborg), which was more enjoyable. Coffee at the Cup Bar was 10/10 both times and the staff in there were great. The iced coffee mocha was a real highlight of the recent trip. One thing to note is that my friend did get food poisoning. This definitely put a damper on the trip and something you have to look out for on any all-inclusive resort, especially where food is served outside. My choice would be to go to restaurants or the indoor buffets as the outdoor ones (the desserts and fruit at least) are covered in wasps and flies. The hotel did a good job accommodating the illness and gave us a room with two beds when I explained what was going on. Thank you to the reception staff for that (even though I had to gently push for it!). In terms of decor, I really love the vibe of this hotel. A lot of reviews say it’s dated but I don’t see that. It’s over the top and quite glam with lots of variety in the aesthetic depending on where you are. You also get gorgeous sunsets and sunrises out to sea. Another aspect I love is the animals. There are friendly cats all over the resort. I sought out the cuddles and this was a real highlight of both trips but, be aware, they do have fleas. There are also dogs on the beach that come into parts of the resort. Again, this is a highlight for me. Most of them will leave you alone but all the ones I met were very friendly if you showed you were also a friend. Early morning walks to make new dog friends were another big perk! (But I’m aware this isn’t for everyone!) There are also tortoises roaming around, which was a delightful discovery the first time. In terms of the people there, it’s mostly Russians and Germans with a handful of Brits. This is nice because it means you can keep to yourself of you want to. All the staff speak decent to great English (as well as German and Russian) so there was never a problem asking for things or ordering food/drinks. Entertainment wise, there’s always something going on with some big shows. A big criticism for this year over lady is that you can only visit each restaurant once during your stay, which wasn’t ideal considering no one had told us this so we missed out on one restaurant because it was closed, and because we were wary of the outdoor dinner buffet. All in all, this is a good place for the price but do your research and perhaps approach with caution as you would other budget Turkish resorts.

An excellent location. Overall the hotel itself occupies around 4km Square space. Lovely interiors , excellent service from staff, all glitz and glamour. The hotel has few spots that are excellent for people who prefer to spend time in solidarity and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Overall a good stay.

We loved this luxurious hotel! The staff was great. The service was superb. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and going to the kids club. The hotel has its own beach which is a great bonus. We highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Antalya. We'll definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic hotel rooms are really good with massive beds. The food was excellent and plenty to choose from. This hotel has so much out side space with swimming pools and restaurants bars it's really amazing. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The only downside is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful all round. There was plenty of activities and the entertainment team, especially Mario went out of his way to include guests and make them feel welcome. The food was tasty and also offered a great variety, from buffet to ala carte restaurants.

Overall the experience was good. Best about the hotel - it's personal. We're helpful and friendly. Especially Cennet from the dinner terrace. Thank you Cennet!!! Facilities are good. Cleaning is Ok. The location is great. Especially if you love airplanes. It is remote and quiet.

While they advertise the hotel as a 5 star All Inclusive, I can say this is a 3 star hotel at best. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were better than this. Poolside bars only open for a few hours at noon, icecream only 2 hours a day. There are 3 outdoor restaurants that are still closed, although I was told they would be open on the 1st of May. They briefly opened the gozleme for a few hours. The availability of service and selection of food/drinks is very poor. The buffet restaurant that is in the main building has plenty of food but it's very repetitive. The staff are nice but that is not enough to overcome the overall expectations for a 5 star hotel. Deffinitely can't recommend it.

Fabulously large place with good food. Positives: the restaurant staff were incredibly helpful; the rooms are huge and clean, the whole place is enormous and well maintained, and because it was underbooked I often had the whole gym to myself and pick of the outdoor pools to myself, food was really good, great location close to the airport (which I liked though the sound of the planes was quite loud) Negatives: the reception staff were mixed (mostly helpful but sometimes a bit rude like talking across me to another customer in Turkish when I was asking a question first), there wasn't much entertainment beyond some background music in the dining room/lobby. It would have been good to have group activities for people who weren't drinking. The air con didn't blow cold (in fact when I tried to get it to go cold it just blew out got air) and I was told bluntly that if I wanted the room cooler I should just turn off the air con and that would be the room temperature I got! It wasn't too bad because the outside temperature was ok at night so I could leave the window open, but I think in summer it would be unbearable.

In general the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional! Food is great, many many options. Rooms are big and clean. One of the main things if you're traveling with kids.... They have Kids club, the kids club is working from 10:00 am, they many activities for the kids, kids club staff is too friendly and so professional! Area is safe for kids 100% Highly recommended!!! Big thanks to: Emel, Tuana, Türkan, Musa and Berfu! Bravo and keep up the great work!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Hotel Sera in Turkey, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location, right on the beach, provided breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The food at Club Hotel Sera was very good, with a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine and international dishes available at the buffet. Each meal was a delight to the taste buds, and the quality and taste of the food were exceptional. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained and spotless rooms and common areas. The entire staff at Club Hotel Sera was extremely professional and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I must mention the exceptional pianist who played during lunches, creating a delightful atmosphere with his talented performances. It added a special touch to the dining experience and made our meals even more enjoyable. One staff member, in particular, Taner Gelik, managed our dinner experience with extraordinary kindness and attentiveness. He went out of his way to ensure that my elderly mother felt special and well cared for, making her holiday even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Club Hotel Sera. The stunning location, delicious food, immaculate cleanliness, exceptional staff, and delightful pianist made for an extraordinary stay. I am already looking forward to returning to this fantastic hotel.

I stayed in hotel Sera for a week and it was fantastic, the rooms were clean and had all the necessities. Along that even the other places like the lobby or terraces were very clean and nice. The food was incredible and the staff there were very hardworking and respectful. I was very thankful to meet most of the staff especially Begum and her sister always being welcoming, laughing and smiling with me. Alongside with Hasan that gave us the best improvised cocktails and of course the rest of the people there were doing their jobs amazingly good, smiled all the time and been respectful. Even the cats there were really nice and it was inspiring to see how the hotel took care of them by feeding them and making sure they were ok. My family and I were very impressed by the hotel and very happy about it. Looking forward to come back one day.

Henkilökunta kohteen paras osa.😍 Ruoka hyvää ja monipuolista. Ranta-alueen sulkeminen pikku myrskyn jälkeen iso miinus. Meillä kotona on tapana korjata paikat. Rakennusalan ammattilaisena huomaan paikkojen jo rapistuneen. Viisitähteä on ehkä 4,5

Lovely hotel soecially the outdoor garden areas. Food is quite good, not amazing, but i dont think many all inclusives are. Most of the staff are excellent. It's very clean and a good price in comparison to others in lara beach. There are mainly Russians and Germans in the hotel. So although there are many sun beds. Towels are on beds very early. The entertainment is good but again all the seats are taken very early. So you have to put the effort in if you want a stage view. Love the Champagne bar so good.

Some tip regarding money and the airport below this review. So mixed feelings about this place. ++The best experience at the kids club. Emel was really nice, happy and invested lots of time in the kids. +Food at the main restaurant pretty good +The staff overall is very friendly +Rooms are clean as I most of the hotel +Outside area very big +Responded quickly regarding the lights not functioning at the playground ~ lots of the same food ~ off season so a lot is closed. ~ not much choice in snack (cookies or bread with cheese or meat) - most restaurants are closed - they make it feel like off-season at the ice shop(just two ice buckets on top of the closed station) - - playground doesn't get cleaned properly (there are a lot of cats and cat puke would be there for days). - - toy shop in the hotel crazy expensive - - - beach area is like a giant cat/dog litter area. Easy to step or find feces (and flies). Really unpleasant. Overall we had good weather, enjoyed ourselves, food was nice and because of the kids club a 4 star. Looks like a real party hotel in the summer. If they clean up the beach area (maybe pallets or what ever so the dogs and cats don't leave feces there) I would go there again off-season. Tips: *Don't exchange money at the airport. They rip you off. close by the hotel (Mitros, 4 min walk) there is an ATM (fee is not even close to the top off at the airport *Old town is nice and close by (20 min by taxi, €30 for a 2way) Football shirts at the old Bazar *At your department make sure you buy some food before going to the airport. Very expensive (*4 store price)

The gym was great, the rooms were looking good, the food was okay, the lack of entertainment was the biggest issue, but that was because of Covid-19 regulations since Antalya was in the red zone.

Nice territory, green views, romantic places and very friendly stuff. BUT! Smoking is everywhere(((((. During the dinner, on the beach just near the children and pregnant lady .... Why do I have to be a passive smoker at my vacation?? It’s really very very sad( Big hotel 5 stars can’t make a special place for smokers?

Excellent hotel! Very well organized and managed! Huge and green area with well-designed places for rest and relaxation. Big and cozy rooms furnished with everything you need for a high-class hotel like Sera! The entertainment team - energetic and smiling young people, especially Shirin! There is a live concert every night with guest singers and bands. The staff is friendly, and smiling. Fast and professional service. The food is varied with a very wide selection. Excellent chefs! The dining area is large and there is no crowd anywhere. The hotel is very close to the center with an excellent location! The lobby bar has a real espresso, cappuccino and very good cocktails. Excellent service! Thanks to Begum! The beach is sandy, clean and wide with enough sunbeds for everyone. Exceptional and well thought out, organized and serviced complex! Great job, guys! Hope to see you next year! Highly recommend!

Hello everyone it is Pınar. I stayed at this hotel one month ago with my friend and I loved it. The food, the music, the people, the staff are great. You can eat your meal and you can drink a smoothie, tea or any drink. You can swim in the pool, in the sea or the pool with the sea water. You can listen Murat Alpsu and the orchestra if you are lucky. You can enjoy activities with your kids or with your friends and loved ones. I personally loved everything and came back with my family they loved it too and I will also show it to my boyfriend. I thank Mrs Zehra for beautiful friendship🌸❤️

Ottoman styled hotel with a very friendly staff. Great garden, nice beach and great atmosphere. My goto place on my next visit to Antalya. Lost count of the number of restaurants the hotel has 🙉

  • 5/5 Izaan I. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing. Truly amazing. The staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Everything is all inclusive, so that means that you can order a coffee anywhere in the hotel, and not pay for it (as it is all inclusive, like i said) There are four pools, and one of those is a pool with fresh seawater. The beach is very cool too. It is mostly a rock beach. There are dogs and cats all around the hotel, which makes it a lot more lively and fun. It's also funny how you can find little fish in the seawater pool. The staff know basic English, and are very friendly. This place is so amazing that you won't even want to leave the hotel/resort! One complain, though, is that the shop right next to the 89 restaurant thing is a little too overpriced. If you're a tourist, don't pay in Euro. You should rather opt for Turkish Lira, and try to bargain. Make sure all electric products are working before you buy them. There is a cool boat tour in the hotel that takes you around the sea (close to the coast) and they show you waterfalls and caves. Our boat captain was extremely, extremely friendly and fun to be with. Would totally recommend this place of you're visiting Antalya.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Club Hotel Sera late August 2022. We went there from long way (Melbourne Australia). Thanks for hotel’s management for their understanding about guests situation and all of the kindness they gave to their guests. The staff were friendly and helpful with smiling face. Hotel always have some programs that you can join and enjoy.

Upon arrival was told I wasn’t booked in although paid with on the beach, rude front of house at night (except for 1/2 people in morning shift, who were nice) Overall hotel is very tacky definitely not 5*, no info on check out time besides a call at 1pm telling me to get out. Food was hit and miss, pool smelt - worst part was the beginning, people staring at me like they’ve never seen a brown person speak English but then again wasn’t too bad - probably wouldn’t recommend but the decor looks like a horror movie hotel so wasn’t too bad with my friends had a good laugh. Overall, hotels good in certain areas and bad in certain areas, they need more staff in middle management to better organise themselves

The staff for the most part are very friendly and they are good at there jobs, always buzzing around keeping the places spotless, the food is tasty there where plenty of options and they had a few restaurants with amazing quality food all included in the price. There are plenty of outdoor bars and areas to relax. My only issues with this place is that, it's polished marble everywhere so the floor is slippery, I broke my elbow on the floor from a fall, even outside in the pool areas its very smooth and there are not any grips on the stairs to prevent falls so wear shoes with sticky tape on

Our stay was wonderful, we liked the service in the hotel, the style in which the hotel is decorated. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly. There are a lot of entertaining possibilities for children especially mini club and a beach for children. The food is excellent too.

Me and my husband went to Club Sera Hotel in May for 9 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. The resort is so big and beautiful. It has many restaurants and there is so much to do there. Most of the people were Russian and Arab but that did not stop us from having a great time. The staff were great although there was slight language barrier issue.

Stayed in June 2022, we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we have booked ahead for next year. The people food and place are all great. We had no issues. The only thing to be aware of is not all staff speak English, WiFi is not great and there is laundry service but no irons for the room. The prices are increasing because of the popularity.
