Absolutely loved this place! Everything you want for a family under one resort. My son is 4 he was satisfied with every part of the hotel,which made our stay even more peaceful. Restaurant good! Rooms good! Venue good! Staff very goof! It's perfect for any family.

Very nice environment and friendly people ... everybody that is working around the swimming pool areas are very joyfull and try to make the right vibes. Service and rooms are good as well only detail of improvement can be more diversity in food. The menu is diverse however everyday is almost the same in choice.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. Cleanliness levels are 10/10. Amazing breakfast and dinner with a worldwide cuisines. Perfect location by the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. No need for adding photos because the hotel is same as in the photos already posted. Only negative thing is that the prices in the supermarket are about 5 times more expensive than in a supermarket outside of the hotel but it’s understandable like in every other hotel.

Excellent place to go for a family holiday. It is just 15 min away from Antalya International Airport. A local taxi charges about £20 one way. Nice big rooms with big bathrooms. Great lobby with awesome facilities like Swimming Pools, Gym, Tennis Courts ( £10 per hour charged extra ). Loads of good food. Very nice and professional staff. A grand grand place to stay and enjoy. They have private entry to the beach on Mediterranean sea. Water slides and swimming pools for all age groups !! Best thing were the shows in the amphitheatre every evening about 9:30. Just extraordinary performances. Spa is expensive and is not supported by expert staff. Turkish bath is free to use but paid if you want to book it with a specialist.

A very low level compared to the other hotels in Antalya. Poor service. There is no kettle with water in the room. If you come with babies, stay away from this hotel because it will take hours before they bring you water. I was in Amatalia for a week, I was at ic hotel green palace for 5 nights, I missed the flight and closed this hotel for two more nights at the last minute, I just made a mistake, I have never suffered like this even in a 3-star hotel, I wanted to cancel the last night, not even ready to hear the food is not tasty, the service It's bad in my opinion, if you are going on vacation in Antalya, this hotel is very low level, look for another hotel - this is just advice for, you won't get what happened to me

So I was reading through the reviews and was shocked about some of the comments… I was there in April 2022 and had a great experience☺️ The staff was great, friendly and always very helpful. They could also Handel the guests very well ( even though there were a lot ). The Food that I tried was tasteful as well and I personally would recommend pretty much everything they have. The Room was always clean and had a nice smell. I kept checking but there was no dirt under the bed, bedsheets, bathroom etc. Everything worked. The Housekeeping Staff was also so nice and respectful to us and also the staff that filled up the mini Bar. The Hotel offered a lot of entertainment opportunities, although it was not summer season. We always had something to do and weren’t bored ever. The Spa was nice and relaxing as well and the massage was great too. The only thing that I personally didn’t really like was the Music at the disco, but that’s just my preference. I would definitely recommend the Hotel. And I’m looking forward to spend my Birthday in April again in this Nice Hotel

We booked this last minute - it did not disappoint! All staff were lovely, amazing facilities, everything was clean, lots of things to do, lots of night/evening shows, different food cuisines everyday. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in from all my holiday destinations in Turkey 👌🏻

Great resort with many activities for children. We came with our four year old and there where always things to do. The sea area is nice with sandy beaches. There are several pools which many are designed for children with slides and water cannons. The food is plentyfull and there is something for everyone. What could be improved is serving more fruits outside. There is a fruit bar which is only open for two hours and it would be better to have access to fruits rather than burgers, pizza and ice cream which is almost always available. Another good thing is the kid club which has activities also inside and mini disco every evening.

We loved every day of our stay. The location, nature, food, entertainment... Everything was spot on! The people really tried to make the holiday unforgettable and they succeeded big time! Special prase goes to Game Center and the very polite owner Can! Our son loved all the modern games and enjoyed them every night. We are definitely coming back next year again!

Definitely five stars because it really is a five-star hotel. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily. Very large swimming pool with aquapark and numerous facilities for children. Excellent and varied food. Not only did I not get bored for a week, I even leave with a feeling of insufficiency because I didn't manage to try everything. Nice and helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone and especially to families with children.

We had 10 days all inclusive, family with children. Rooms are specious, clean, comfortable beds. Food is diverse and tasty. Plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits. The beach is close and no additional charges. We will go there again. However be aware. When booking trips to go outside of the Hotel, the guide will take you to some shops like leather+fur, jewelry which are sold at ridiculous high overestimated prices. Be cautious.

The overall experience was great! The pools were amazing and the food was tasty. We would've liked a guide about what the resort has to offer and where to find everything.

This was the hotel we have searched for with our 4children! All our suspects and wishes came here true. The Personal were super friendly, all of them and also before coming to the hotel the Managers Sefek & Michaela organized everything for us. We have had here the best time and the children enjoyed it also to the fullest! It is very family friendly, they have even in the restaurant around 100 baby-chairs (in every corner). The buffet covers every taste and cuisine. It‘s a really big and very clean hotel and they are all so helpfull! Thank you again for the best experience. We recommend our friends this hotel too and they’ve experienced their stay the same way like we did. We will come definitely next year again!

This place is out of this world. It truly is a Miracle and gives you an outstanding customer experience. They treat like you are the only guest staying there. Quality of food, service and entertainment is of the highest caliber. Locations is also of course amazing and the facilities with their superb service makes it incredibly amazing. We are repeating customers and we will go there again. We highly recommend it without any reservations.

We've had an overall great experience. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff (cleaning ladies, waiters, lifeguards) was 99% friendly, especially with kids, there were plenty of options at the restaurant, the internet connection was really good (we even had signal on the beach). I definitely recommend the hotel.

the hotel is impeccable, the services and staff are superlative, the bed instead is not for 2 adults, it is very small, unfortunately the room receives 4 stars, otherwise I have nothing to complain about!

Honestly it’s the best experience ever! Not just saying this but not only the staff are so lovely and do cater your needs they also go the extra effort to make sure everything is okay. Food is amazing with so many variety with every kind of drinks included with my package so everything is all inclusive and with the price you can’t go wrong. First time booking an all inclusive holiday via jet2 couldn't fault anything from the hotel. We arrived very late on the first day to be pleasantly surprised with the restaurant opened for midnight food which offered a great selection of foods. The rooms were exceptional, facilties such as the pool were amazing. Lara beach is a 5 minute walk making it very convenient all whilst offering unlimited ice creams/ drinks/food around the pool area. The staff were friendly in particular a waiter aged 25 called Huseyen ( didn't get his last name) always greeted us with a smile and would go above and beyond for us everytime. Lovely selection of markets and shops just outside of the hotel within a 10-15 min walk Really happy with the holiday/ resort and would happily return here again 😊

Fabulous hotel and holiday in Antalya! The hotel had excellent amenities for adults and kids, with plenty of splash pools and seperate adult areas. All inclusive food was superb with a wide range of halal options avaliable throughout the day. Special shout out to Fariha (The lady who books taxi’s) as she went above and beyond to help us. Miracle hotel was brilliant!

We recently had an amazing stay at miracle resort, our rooms where spacious, comfortable and clean, nice balcony too. The buffet offered a nice variety of food and the food was tasty. The swimming pools, water slides and beach area are great. The staff where friendly and helpful. The resort is very child friendly. We will definitely go back!!

Hotel is very clean and staff is very nice. Housekeeping is excellent. The beds are very hard for me. The quality and variety of the food is very good. You have to fight for the tables at dinner a bit but the food makes up for it. The reason I only give 4 stars is the location. The neighbouring hotel's extemely loud music every single night makes the evenings totally unbearable. You can't have a relaxing sleep and if you are travelling with small children, it is especially a problem because it makes them cranky and they can't sleep. Another negative is that although the pools are clean, it is a shame that they are only open until 7pm and open quite late in the morning too. A map of the hotel and a complete pricelist of the extra services would also be nice, it is quite difficult to get around for the first few days. Many people say that after 10am it is impossible to find a sunbed, but we were always able to find some. The beach is also very nice and clean.

Fantastic venue, great outdoor pools, sauna, spa and unlimited cocktails made for a great holiday. The buffet style good service was really good but we also opted for an a La carte evening which was really delicious with a 4 course meal and good wine list to compliment it. Perfect place to go for a chilled holiday in the sun. Definitely will be going back.

The resort is nice, all inclusive experience and offers you all you need: good food, entertainment, water slides and pools, activities for kids, etc… we enjoyed very nice staff and good services overall. Room is nice and clean. Advice: the hotel needs to work on how to enforce rules. At 3 in the morning a small group of loud people kept yelling. Staff just told them from time to time to be more quiet (just kick them out, no?). Unfortunately where you have many people, there is big chance of finding a few that are stupid. Also, stay away from the “sea view” rooms if you are going with kids and you need to send them to sleep soon. Sea view also includes disco view and bar view. Two of the biggest noise sources.

Beautifully manicured gardens with pools and water slides suitable for young children. Older teens may not find the slides as exciting. Almost every family we saw had children with them so definitely a family friendly resort. Kids club and playground on site. Easy access to the beach with regular activities throughout the day organised by the entertainment team. Water polo, beach volleyball, archery, football and more. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a wide selection of foods too cover most tastes. Most nights had an evening show which tended to be more for and adult audience with racy dance routines and crude jokes and this would be my only criticism for a great family holiday at this resort.

Nice concept. Higher floor category rooms Are excellent. All rooms have balconies and Spacious and great views. Corner rooms are exceptional with two side balconies . Lovely views

I stayed at the hotel twice in 2018, I think it was in April and in November. I have only EXCELLENT impressions from the hotel, the food, the atmosphere, everything. I cannot think of even one negative thing connected with my two stays there. I remember the staff were always very helpful and they spoke a lot of languages, which is really good. I would gladly choose the hotel again for other holidays in Turkey. I have been in other places in Turkey as well, for example Didim, Bodrum, Izmir, but Miracle Hotel is definitely the number one experience for me.

Everything was super ok but the most important thing, the cleaning, was impeccable and for that I applaud you. The staff very nice, the food very good and diverse, the rooms very big. It's a place where you can really enjoy a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 😊

A lot of entertainent posibilities for children (train, house as playground, Water tubes two sections) The swedish buffet services: 1. Food was not so different from one day to another but this doesn't matter since there were a lot of food types itself, so room for improvement. 2. The personnel was very kind and hard working and i especially Zeynep was very kind with us when she served the drinks in table, very fast on cleaning the tables, smiling every time etc. Thank you Zeynep. Entertainment: 1. Each night they offered different shows: live music, magician, acrobatics etc. 2. Darts, Water polo, ping pong, football etc. Cleaning: Very clean rooms, they were cleaned daily

The worst baddest hotel the I ever had in my whole life ! Theft in te room by the cleaning staff. Unfriendly staff. Same food every day and not even fresh , shame !! It’s not worth 5 stars ! Food is very limited despite you also paid ! We are 3 in the room, get towels for 2 people and mini bar for 2 people not even despite you want to pay, scandalous! Rooms are not really cleaned either, it’s not that bad ! Are you going on an activity? Then you will not get any more food if you come back late or leave early. If you want to pay for your food despite you have all inclusive, then it takes 45minutes for simple toast. People I really advise against it, unless you want bad service and bad food then you should be here at this hotel!

Emre from the animation team is a very energetic person, he loves his job and love to entertain people. He has such a great energy! I had so much fun and enjoyed during my vacation. The food was also different and there is nice staff.

There is a lot of different foods and drinks for free, the animation team is very nice, especially Emre! There are a lot of different activities during day and night. Unfortunately theres is no hookah. The pools are very clean and the beach is nice and clean.

Worst experience ever. Waiting in line for each meal. Same food 10 days 3 times a day. Last 30 minutes no food. The waiters don't speak english. When they don't understand they serve wrong. It takes 5 minutes explaining for simple thing. Waiting doctor with sick baby for hours. They said there was doctor, but it was nurse, who didn't speak english. Inside pool was open, water cold. When I asked why it was cold, they said it should be closed. I don't want to waste any more time, I need to forget this bad experience. Feel happy to get home. "Vacation" in this hotel was wasted time and money.

I'm here at the moment and can't understand any of the bad reviews. Hotel is spotless, great housekeeping every day as well as a refill of the mini bar (which is included in the price) Food - yes it's the same most days, but the variety is huge so there's loads to try different types of food. The beach and pool areas are so clean and tidy. I unfortunately had to visit the doctors room but received nothing but the best treatment and care. The staff are by far the highlight though - they work so hard - there's so many staff from all areas of the hotel, they work non stop and are so friendly 🥰 I only hope the staff stay on next year as I can't wait to come back 😊👍

Amazing experience for the overall all inclusive resort. Families and couples can enjoy their own way. The food displays are amazing for each meal. However, if you don’t want to pay for your ironing-Bring your own iron and electrical adapters for phones. Staff were amazing! Respectfully, smiling and always speaking with a positive attitude.

I truly had the most wonderful stay at Miracle, the daily entertainment and activities kept us all very busy and active. The resident cats are charming. The facilities are well looked after and there is always a staff member by to offer help or a drink. I recommend going for the all inclusive board as there aren't many restaurants in the area. A staff member that truly went out of her way for me has to be Michaela, the client relations manager, she is helpful and very knowledgeable.

Big hotel, good food quality at the main restaurant ,especially breakfast was excellent with a lot of tasty choices.the pools were clean and beautiful. The hotel has a private beach that was beautiful too. The room was clean and with adequate space and children could stay free of charge when using existing bed ,and there was plenty of beds at rooms. There was no attractive entertainment, actually there was no animation team like we saw in other All inclusive hotels before. The night show was the same every night and was boring. In the evening after the closing time of the pool and beach there is nothing to do in the hotel There

This all inclusive hotel was 5 star all the way. Stayed week in Nov 2022 - pool and beach area all open and fully serviced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day and free mini bar topped up every day. Restaurant food was amazing plenty of choice and very popular with everyone. The separate kiosks beside pool area of ice cream parlour, pizza and baked potatoes and bar area were great for a wee break out zone from pool and main building. The free coffee and water were great for a coffee like myself. Tried Turkish tea but best for locals I think 😁 Highly recommend this family orientated hotel although as a retired couple we felt right at home.

The hotel was very clean, my room was cleaned and I got fresh towels every day. The choice and quality of the food was excellent. There was a heated indoor pool which was never busy. There were a selection of bars by the pool and in the hotel serving branded drinks. The beer could have been cooler but the spirits were good and there was a selection of cocktails. The grounds were kept immaculate and I enjoyed walking within the hotel complex. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would certainly return here in the future. Miracle by name and miracle by nature.
