I am not sure what to say this was a horrible hotel. The property looks nothing like the pictures online. Nothing is elegant about Elegance East hotel. Absolutely terrible. The rooms where dirty, everything smell bad, the tv was broken, broken furniture it was extremely unpleasant and disgusting so we needed to leave and find an other hotel. Hotel like this should not have 4* should have 1*

I don’t know where to start or what to say. The room is extremely small and the property looks nothing like the pictures online. Nothing is elegant about Elegance East hotel. Absolutely terrible. We slept the the sounds of shouting and screaming and woke up to the sound of construction twice, even after notifying the front desk about the noise. I asked to change the room because of the noise and was told that no rooms are available, and that they are not using half of the hotel at this time. In Addition, I asked for the simplest thing, toothpaste, and was told they have none. I have been in many hotels in Turkey and several other countries, this is the first time a hotel doesn’t have toothpaste. Finally, the hotel had a very bad smell in the hallways near the front desk. It was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. Overall, our stay was a huge disappointment. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Very poor. Had a very bad experience at the Elegence East Hotel, Antalya. We arrived on 14th July, 2022 around 8pm after a long day of touring and travel. Antalya region is very hot during that time, around 34 degrees and extreme humidity. They gave us a room where the AC was not working, they said wait for it to cool. We left for dinner and came back and the AC in that room was still not working. It was very suffocating to stay in there. We called the receptionist and asked to change the room. They were fully booked so they just decided to hand us over a fan without even coming and checking the room. We went to reception, the manager was so rude to us, he firstly denied to come and even check the room. Here’s what he said - I know my rooms, AC is perfectly fine take the fan and sleep. We said we paid the price for the double room with a working AC. To which he replied DONT TALK ABOUT MONEY YOU PAID, your money is not good here, you don’t own the hotel. Basically the entire hotel has very poorly trained staff, the hotel has a really fake facade : big chandeliers and furniture, but the rooms are not operational when it comes to Cooling or hot water supply. After our complaint, next day one lady at the reception accepted that the ac was not working and shifted us to another room, DO YOU PAY 3000 lira FOR A NIGHT TO SLEEP UNDER A FAN?? The surprising part was, their reception is extremely cold and has great ventilation, when the staff cannot sit without proper cooling how do they expect us to sleep without any air for a night

The goal was to give a star for each pro and I really really wanted to give this hotel more stars but only pros were location and the one lady at the front desk who was really good/helpful. On the negative side, bed was hard as hell, could hardly sleep, TV did not work (someone was coming to fix each day) and the front desk guy charged me almost double to pay for a taxi (cost was 300, he charged me 500). Definitely not the experience I expected.

Very very bad hotel... Definitely not a 4 star. Small rooms , bad smell, broken furniture. Highly not recommended. Also wasn't cheap. Would rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

The room did not carry basic facilities like hot water. When we asked for help, we were told to manage with what’s available. Later, they fixed the water pipe to get hot water supply. Location is great, food is average.

Nice little hotel located right on Atatürk Cd., in the middle of Kaleiçi's center. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a renovation (also: all around glass doors!) but overall very comfortable. The pool is a treat during the hot summer days, breakfast is fresh and abundant and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A free valet service is also provided, as no parking in the hotel proximity is available.

Don’t book at this hotel! Staying at this hotel ruined my vacation! The rooms have no sound proof and you can hear everyone in the other rooms talking and walking! I woke up so many times from my sleep because of the sounds from other guests. I spoke to the reception and they kept saying the room above you will check out today don’t worry and then someone else checks in at that room and the problem continues. The problem is with rooms not the guests being noisy. Be careful!

The hotel is very centrally located and the facilities are great. The breakfast was really satisfying. All the staff were very polite and friendly. We were really happy for the time we spent here. I think it is one of the rare places that is really worth the price I paid for the vacation. The hotel manager was kind enough to deal with our questions one-on-one. If I come to Antalya again, I would definitely choose this place to stay.

The rooms were small and felt a little cluttered. We booked 4 months in advance and were expecting to get a better room, but we were offered a room right in the reception area. After some request, we were offered another room, which was ok. The breakfast spread was limited. The location is great and the staff is very pleasant.

VERY BAD !!! They gave us a very bad room, it's humid, small and smell bad, but the worst is the noise !!! You won't be able to sleep until everyone came back from their activities in town as you hear EVERYTHING.... and of course you'll be awake first thing in the morning for the same reasons. On top of that, it smelled cigarettes everywhere, room wasn't ready at check in time, but one hour late, and coffee at breakfast it everything but coffee !!! There is plenty of other hotel around, go somewhere else !!!

The room was tribal. Noisy refrigerator. There wasn't a hand towel in the bathroom. Far from a hospitalable. Det only good thing was the location. It was near the old town and center.

I'm honest the reviews scared us but our stay was really great. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had only booked with breakfast, which was really delicious... you had a large selection and always something different. Our room was a little bit dark because the bed was right in front of the window - you can hear literally everything in the hallway and it can be a bit annoying in the night time.... The pool was small but still very cute. Very good location!! Definitely recommend this Hotel! :)

Such a great hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed at, the staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. The room we stayed in was so spacious and comfortable, probably one of the best rooms at the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from everything you will need while you stay so it is in a perfect location. We could not have asked for any more during our stay it was just perfect! We have decided this is the place to stay again when we return to Antalya.

My stay at Elegance East was excellent! Upon arrival the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous, and housekeeping always made sure my room was clean :) The cafe had delicious Turkish coffee, and the in-room dining was DELICIOUS!! This hotel is so charming and I felt so much love from the employees! The location is literally PERFECT. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Elegance East!!!

I stayed at the Elegance East Hotel for a week in June, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the host / Manager Seda. She made me feel very welcome and assisted in all the arrangements required for my trips. The Hotel is very centrally located, clean and run professionally. Can highly recommend this venue to anyone!

The hotel is cozy and near the main Street and Hadrian's gate, easy to go shopping. Changes were made outside, also they are very attentive and make you feel welcome.

Be careful , you don't see all rooms in the photos.some are without tiny bit of sunshine, there is no window. And very heavy unpleasant smell of damp. Towels are like have been using for ages. This is obviously not a room worth 750 Turkish lira.I am really disappointed.

One of the best experiences in my entire travelling history! The staff was so friendly, it felt like a family. We stayed for 6 days and the staff did everything we wanted, we brought takeaway and ate in the dining room, they sent us tea at 1 in the morning. Anything you ask! Very accommodating and followed covid procedure. They upgraded us for no reason. Breakfast, rooms, the entire hotel felt like home. Prime Location with everything very nearby, shopping mall, restaurant, tram station. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were very fortunate to have received a free update to the suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and was designed very well in a Victorian style. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. The location was convenient for walks to the Old Harbour and Hadirans gate. There were many options for food and live music. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing hotel and lovely staff. Great location situated in old town part of Kaleici area in Antalya. A lot of restaurants and bars close to the hotel so you can walk to a lot of places. Hotel breakfast is great with typical Turkish foods and the pool area is the hotels best feature. Our hotel room was converted into a suite and we were giving fresh towels and had cleaning done everyday.

Wonderful week. Lovely helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms except for the bed that was hard as a rock. Great breakfasts. Lovely pool area. Relaxed and chilled break.

Everything was very nice in the hotel…. Staff is friendly and understanding FiKRİ, who is on duty at the reception, was especially helpful and made us feel at home with his understanding and speaking style. I would like to thank FiKRİ and his colleagues, see you again…

Aggressively mediocre hotel. The rooms are small and you’re physically unable to open more than two carry-on suitcases at a time. Forget having a checked in bag. The AC didn’t work well AT ALL. The bathroom was so small, there wasn’t even a little dish to keep the bar of soap in by the sink. Very uncomfortable, but they had a nice breakfast.

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, constantly asking if they could do something more for us. Stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great breakfast, clean and perfect location. Couldn't have been happier.

We had an absolutely great stay at this little, centrally situated, boutique hotel. Situated a few meters from Hadrian Gate and the bustling old town of Antalya, I would gladly suggest this hotel based on great service and excellent location.

Probably not the best time to go in March... since the washrooms are located in the basement in the suites... felt like a freezer. The suites are nice overall, we had the one closest to the pool and was very private. Locations is right in the hub of Antalya city so you're very close to Harrison Gate and all the malls, food joints etc. I traveled during COVID-19 so that was painful

Poor maintenance in the rooms. The air condition units are over the beds and condensation falls wetting the bed. We got moved to another room that was like a closet, the bed almost did not fit in the room. The night staff is not very good and not helpful. Recommend you stay at a different hotel than this one.

We arrived in Antalya to stay at another hotel, Double Tree by Hilton City Centre. They were not friendly, not helpful and we didn’t feel welcome there. So we decided to leave. We checked on Google Maps and we saw this Hotel. So we drove to this hotel without any reservation or something and we just walked in (a bit stressed out because of our trip from istanbul) and asked if they had a room available for 3 nights, they did. The staff is very helpfull, but in particular the host Gökhan is a very helpful and friendly person and made sure that everything was allright for our stay. He handled everything and any problem or any inconvenience very proffessional with a straight hands on mentality. He also made sure our rental car was parked at their parkinglot elsewhere, we had just to drop off our keys and they handle it. If you need it again, within 10 minutes the car is in front of the hotel. Amazing service. The swimming pool is nice, there is a beautifull ambiance in the evening at the poolside. The rooms were big, spacious and cool during the hot weather. The host Seda was a very nice and helpfull lady. We didn’t see her much, as she was one of the day staff, and we were during the day outside/on the beach. Thanks again for your hospitality!!

We stayed there for 14 days. Best experience ever. No, you will not get 5 star resort. But, you will get a Family like, friendly, environment. Very clean and cute hotel, right in the meddle of historic old town Antalya near everything. Very friendly staff. Lovely Manager. They made every hour of staying there very pleasant and memorable. We will go there every time. Very affordable as well. Loved it.
