The beautiful Historical Bazaar is located at the heart of the city. It’s usually crowded and alive with many merchants and craftspeople. I love wandering through the passageways and starring at the magnificent architecture. The Kashani passage is my favorite with its intricately decorated ceiling.

One of the oldest and most beautiful places in this city. The architecture is so incredible and the air conditioning system used there is like nothing you've seen. Some shops are too old and have a nice vibe and you can buy almost everything there.

The Bazaar of Arak is one of the first constructed buildings in the city of Arak (central Iran). The bazaar complex, containing a public bath, a mosque, water reservoirs, passages and caravansary, was built at the time of Fath-Ali Shah Qajar and by Yusef Khan-e Gorji, in the middle of Sultan Abad (Arak's former name). This bazaar is centered at Chahr soogh, which is the junction of two north–south and east–west paths that end to four ancient city gates. Bazaar of Arak like all other bazaars in Iran is a main center for storing goods and for economic exchanges. The baazar in Arak is now finding its way in internal and global trades. Export of commodities produced in Iran such as dried fruit, handicrafts and handmade carpets, are also done in bazaars.

Arak bazaar is one of the first buildings of Arak city. The large complex of Arak bazaar includes baths, mosques, schools, reservoirs, passageways and caravanserais during the time of Feth Ali Shah Qajar and by Yusuf Khan Gurji in 1228 AH in the central context of Sultan Abad (old name Arak) was founded. This bazaar, centered on Chaharsouk, has two routes, north, south, east, and west, which are connected to the old gates of the city from 4 directions, and in a way, it was the most strategic point of the city in the past.
