We loved our stay! The location was perfect. It is Hotel with lost of charm. The staff was friendly and helpful but our biggest thank to lovely Mrs. Hadis for all the help. We also loved the spa and the massage downstairs. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suites which is the most expensive room. The hotel is ok but don’t expect too much. The hotel staff are polite and the hotel is new. But there are many reasons so won’t be staying here again. First of all the spa facilities must be paid for and it’s is open to public so it’s overpopulated. The room service is very poor. The room doesn’t get cleaned. We asked for bedsheet so we could change it ourselves. Breakfast is served in the room due to COVID. It’s very basic and it serves very late. So if you are traveling with kids it’s very inconvenient. Another issue to ramp/lift for stroller or wheelchair. So don’t expect too much of you decide to stay here.

This is one of the best hotels of Iran! Royal Park Hotel & Hydrotherapy is a 4-star complex located in Sareyn, Ardabil that you can experience memorable moments in it. The accessibility is fair enough to go for a walk around the city without any trouble. The Staff are well-trained, hospitable and friendly. The hotel rooms are decorated well and have necessary facilities inside. The Hydrotherapy and SPA section are very relaxing and refreshing. I decided to list some of the positive and negative points of this hotel down here. The Advantages: 1. There are various and interesting facilities in Hydrotherapy such as Relaxation Artificial Cave, Sauna, Steam Sauna, Hot Stone Sauna, Cold Steam Sauna, a Well-equipped Gym, Cold Water Pool, Shock Bucket, Salt Room, Expert Massage Therapy, and so on. 2. There are 2 private Jacuzzi rooms that can be reserved hourly. 3. They call some rooms VIP, that have built-in Jacuzzi inside that can be used any time you desire. 4. There is a good exclusive restaurant in hotel (Akbar Jooje) that can serve food any time you want. The Disadvantages: 1. Royal Park has only 22 rooms in there, therefore you have to make a reservation before you go there. 2. Some of Royal Park Sareyn rooms do not have a window to outside, they get light from ceiling. Therefore, before reservation consult with the reception of the hotel.

Best place for holiday! I was there 1 week ago. The place is the best in whole Sarein. They have all facilities that you need during your sojourn. SPA has mineral water that is good for your body. You can also use Turkish hammam,massage,gym and ... VIP rooms have the same mineral water inside Breakfast was great with honey and top milk. Coffeshop and resturant with delicious foods are availible.

was a good hotel, If you just book royal room with Jacuzzi. I booked it with 80$ and enjoy the mineral warm water for 24 hours in a clean and privet pool. there is some problems such as Jacuzzi button, but it's so good in Sarein.

Last year we're being a guest in Royal park complex in sarein city ; it is wonderful place which contain restaurant with delicious iranian foods,hotel, mineral water pool with sports and recreational equipment. The unique feature is rooms that are equiped with individual pool and sauna with nice outlook, we rest and enjoy greatly

We had a good time when we stayed there. The hotel is newly built, and the room was neat. However, you might have a limitation on the breakfast menu. We had a problem with our car parking slot, and it caused a delay in leaving the hotel in that our experience. But it wasn't a severe issue in our journey! In our next chance, we might try staying in Laleh Hotel.

All around it is good place to stay. Extremely polite and positive staff.

My stay was awesome! it was easy to communicate with staff and they were so nice and friendly. I really enjoyed all the facilities specially Turkish hammam, massage, relaxation cave and saunas. Also, the food was great and coffee shop served delicious coffee. Every room has free Wi-Fi, and access to 24-hour room service.I stayed there for a few nights and for sure will consider visiting there again.

Extremely disadvise. Poor hygiene in every part of room! We did not have a warm shower as expected in this hotel! Never wil I ever come back to this place.
