I
had
a
reservation
though
Booking.
When
I
arrived
I
noticed
something
was
off.
People
living
more
like
squatters
than
a
hotel
type
of
environment.
I
was
informed
that
the
hotel
was
not
working
as
such
and
that
I
should
go
to
a
hotel
nearby.
This
hotel
was
Regent
Montmartre,
which
was
a
5
min
walk.
There
they
took
care
of
my
reservation
as
if
nothing
had
happened,
never
apologized
for
my
inconvenience.
In
fact
they
acted
as
if
I
should
have
been
aware
of
the
change
on
my
reservation,
whi
I
wasn't.
They
sent
me
an
email
at
the
moment
of
my
booking
that
said
that
any
stay
before
March
31st
will
be
redirected
to
this
other
hotel,
but
my
booking
was
for
the
first
week
of
may,
so
I
ignored
it.
Please
be
aware
of
this.
And
don't
book
with
them
or
Regent
Montmartre,
which
I
reviewed
and
they
gave
me
a
standard
PR
response,
they
just
don't
care.
