Fried chicken spot run out of a permanent shipping container. There are always people but the wait is never long, staff is nice and cheerful, prices are accessible for most. XL style fried chicken was great, had an almost cinnamon flavor, super juicy with good exterior crunch. The pork and chicken bao were also really good. Didn't try any of the teas but many people were getting them. Highly recommended, near many of the universities, fast and easy, not expensive.

A good place for some lunch takeaway/ afternoon snacks with heaps of options. The Chicken Bites were flavoursome and super crispy. The Kumara fries were yummmm, well fried and coated with sugar. Pork prawn and chive dumplings were juicy and tasty. Overall happy with everything ordered. The wait wasn’t too bad and staff was alright.

The quality of food was terrible and it was horribly overpriced. The prices were also misleading as I was informed that the signage was "out of date", and the actual prices were ~$5 more than the already high prices. I paid $26 for an XL Fried Chicken and Kumera Fries. I did not expect the quality to be so atrocious, not at all what I would expect from paying $20+ for. Furthermore, while eating, I noticed the remains of a stainless steel scrubber, which I almost ingested. I have currently got a stomachache and mild food poisoning. Would not recommend.

Awesome drink and food, authentic Taiwanese style, especially deep fried chicken fillet. Amazing.. Similar ones you buy in Sydney Asian eateries. Try it out. The only down side of this pop up Eatery is that there is a bit of wait during peak hours but nothing undercover, so cen be windy and cold if its not a sunny day.

These people are scammers. We ordered taro and they gave us something else. Would not recommend, they also seemed racist and knowing we were tourists they tried to take advantage of us.

I came by and got some takeaway. I had a bubble tea as well as the bento meal. I quite like their fried chicken. Nice flavours and really crispy. I wasn't a big fan of the pork belly since it was a bit dry. The food did have to travel a bit so that might have affected the quality. It is a nice place to grab some food and/or drinks.

For some reason held back from going here despite walking past it almost every day which I regret. The wait took awhile despite it being at off peak hours but it’s definitely worth the wait. I had a go at tasting the chicken bites deluxe and the 101 Bao bun. Both were incredibly tasty and well-priced. For the chicken bites I highly suggest pairing it with Peri peri as it added a small hit of spice at the end which made it extra savoury 😋. The bao bun was okay and the pork belly itself that was put inside was pretty dry from my experience. I would still suggest giving Kai eatery a try at least once or twice if you happen to walk past! I’m keen on returning again on the walk back to uni 👍

The chicken bites were juicy, and right heat. That’s the fried chicken which I love. The traditional Taiwanese fried chicken is my favorite.

A Thai staff taking orders seems not happy ,attitude is bad, fried chicken is not fresh at all, I ordered chicken on rice the staff even doesn’t know how to cut chicken properly, the kitchen looks quite dirty, two staffs working there both not happy has attitude towards customers. And they don’t take cash, it’s a weird place! If you thought street trolly food is cheaper, you will be wrong here, the price here is even more expensive than a quality restaurant. You won’t be happy after you eat here. Never go back again!

To be honest, the flavour and taste were good. I inquired with the staff about the freshness and temperature of the food, and the lady assured me it was hot. Trusting her, I left and, upon opening the food in 5 mins, discovered it was completely cold, I left the place already and didn't bother to go back. checked order history, which shows the food was ready at around 5:25 p.m., despite my scheduled pickup time of 6:20 pm. I'm truly disappointed. I'm not sure if it is the app ( door dash) or restaurant that decided to keep the food ready 1 hour before pickup

Very bad experience. Oder XL chicken, received very small pieces. Not worth it!!! Compared to commercial bay store, almost half size down. Disappointed it

Service was quick and straightforward. The XL Chicken flavours were tasty and perfectly spicy for me. I give it a 4 because the chicken was crispy on top but bit soggy on the other side due to oil not being dripped off the chicken completely.

Had the Korean sweet chilli flavoured wings, they are CRISPY and super saucy. The guy was super generous with the portions. Amazing! Would highly recommend.

😐 Lovely atmosphere and great location for bottomless frose! We had a good time however left hungry… we are disappointed with the amount of food you get especially because in the past it was only $50 for bottomless froze AND a foot long pizza per person.
