Used to get vape equipment and hair dye from here. Though they’ve sadly stopped selling hair dye and i quit vaping months back (with the support from the workers here, even!) i still return as all the staff are so chill to talk with.

Every time I visit the Cosmic store Auckland City the stuff acknowledges me straight away with a welcome back Especially Nat. Nat has great knowledge on all products and goes the extra mile to find a Product that’s right for you. For me it’s about the experience you have while you’re in the store and that’s why I keep going back. So thanks Team Cosmic for looking after me.

Best customer service you could ever get. The guy that's usually there is super helpful and friendly. The shop is so tiny but it's filled with cool stuff and free stickers 🙂 also amazing hair colours too. One of my top favorite shops.

Absolutely fantastic! Called them to see if they had something that I needed and was met with exceptional customer service (and the part I needed that other shops didn’t have)! I came in and he changed the parts on my vape tank and did it all with a smile and great banter! Highly recommend coming here, I will certainly be back!

Cosmic High Street is absolutely fantastic, and I would like to commend them on their service and range of products. I would like specifically like to single out Nat, for his exceptional product knowledge, his ability to think outside the square, and his upselling ability, not to mention his million dollar smile. There have been umpteen days that I have been in for a routine purchase, and found myself purchasing a new gadget or flavour, and had my day uplifted by his contagious good vibes.

Great little shop for all your smoking and vaping needs..also sells piercings, makeup and some sunnies.

Just stumbled into this space store and was served by the epic Josh and Mat who have shown me legendary customer service and knowledge to buy a new vape. So if your in need of any professional advices, you can't go wrong by picking this shop.

Good, affordable and a great range of products! Customer service at its best. People there always so friendly, patient and full of positive vibes! Especially the guy in Long hair, he seems dedicated to his job. Definitely a place to recommend whenever u pass by High Street!
