One of the best joint to hang around for a cups! We like the atmosphere and soothing mood at the Coffee Club on High Street. The hostesses are very pleasant and deliver excellent customer service! The Coffee Club on High Street offer wide range of western cuisine and pastry. On top of that they tend to offer new creative food; which we really enjoy. They have an impeccable interior setting, spacious lounger and comfortable furniture for the diners. One thing With no pieces that this place is to always clean and spotless — Just like any other Five Star hotels standard. Again, we thank Vivian and her amok for giving us a splendid experience dining at the Coffee Club. We are deeply impressed by: - Above par customer service - Coziness of the dining arrangement - Food are tasty, served hot with great presentation - Excellent Cudtomer service, the staff are cordial and always smile If you had a rough morning at work or dealt with “people with issues”; this is THE PLACE to wind down, capture some peace of mind. My friends highly recommend Coffee Club on High Street to all Kiwi, tourist and student. Just visit and experience the great service and food there!

This is the place where my colleagues and I always cuppa coffee break and lunch time. This place is always Byron with excellent interior design, and the boat is always right for chitchatting with mate. If you’re bored during the evening, this is a wonderful place to hang out and have a cuppa! They are temples of tables and see things available, service is very fast, the staff very professional. What a great way to spend the afternoon with mates at Coffee Club on High Street, Auckland, New Zealand. They offer extremely good quality coffee and yummy food selection. On top of that the customer service is really great! The interior set up is superb and the cozy mood is just right! Guess what? We coming coming back to Coffee Club to celebrate #kevinlim’s birthday tomorrow, that will be 10th February, 2020. Well, we have to go riding our eScooter in Auckland CBD now; we highly recommend this cafe to all!

Looks small from the outsite, but its actually pretty large in the back of the shop. The coffee tastes good tho, but everything is a little expensive (compared to other locations in that area its ok). The staff was nice and helpful and recommendet their toast with salmon/bacon, egg (low cooked) and cheese. The bathrooms are clean and only accessable via code from the desk.

Love the customer service. Sometimes when I always wonder what to do, I will have my Latte medium over at The Coffee Club High Street. Remember to get their Loyalty Card for discounts. Best deal if one comes here. It’s the professional standards that counts.

Update - Dec 31st😡 I'm reducing my rating because service has gone so bad 🤬. When I came in today and ordered my drinks and cabinet food it was really so disappointing. It took em 30 minutes to serve & they forgot part of my order. I have been a Coffee Club VIP for yrs and everywhere else it's been good service but not here. There was 3-4 staff at the counter and two of the asian ladies were just standing there and doing nothing the whole time. I had to repeat my order multiple times. Nobody was checking Vaccine pass. Only one staff was working so hard to serve and I applaud her efforts but my experience wasn't what I expect from Coffee Club. Not too mention music is too loud , started playing loud asian music after I requested to turn it down😤and all of this when It wasn't even busy. Seriously if you are in a hurry or just want something during your lunch hour please don't come here🙏 This could easily be the best Coffee club Location. Nestled in the bustling high street it's very convenient to get a feed here. The entrance may look small but it has a very large seating area inside.

This coffee club is now better than before. Worth a visit. Service is great. Food is tasty the cabinet food is good. Standard prices nothing special. Nice place to be.

Was going for a walk at Albert Park and stopped here to get myself an almond milk hot chocolate. It's the worst hot chocolate I've ever had, it's overly sweet, tasted horrible. Even instant hot chocolate from countdown is better. It's overpriced too for such low quality, a waste of $8. The service was good, probably because it's a Sunday afternoon and it's not busy. I won't be back here again.

Relaxed and chilled. Literally with air con. Delicious iced coffee with cream, and chicken wrap..😍🤤🥳🤤. Quiet, extremely clean. Comfy seating. An oasis from shopping.

My flatmate and I went here and I got the karage chicken and the chicken was so soft and tender that the batter was sliding off. Now normally that's a bad thing, but this chicken was so fresh and flavourful. The quiche was also really tasty and the service was fast.

Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. I ordered a big breakfast waited 45 minutes, it came out and everything was cold, and my kranskys looked like they were barely even touched by a pan. The eggs were straight up inedible, there was a hard film atop the barely cooked egg white. Coffee was barely drinkable, but I will say the fries were pretty tasty, wonderfully seasoned and they were the one thing that we ordered that was actually hot.

do not go here! went for breakfast.. so disappointed. the bacon was barely cooked, the toast was hardly toasted at all, was like warm bread, they were not busy at all when we were there so I dont know why they rushed our breakfast meals, probably only cooked the bacon for 20 seconds and put the bread in the toaster what seemed like 10 seconds... so average.. coffee was ok not horrible but not great.

Awful place to eat that could take some lessons from other Coffee Clubs around New Zealand. Food turned up cold, missed one person and then served that cold?? Food served to other people before us when they turned up considerably later. Slow service, reached across the table and over people when there was plenty of room and when mentioned that they had missed an order, decided to go out of there way to give attitude and speak in another language. Do not recommend at all

The best coffee, steak & cheese pie I've had in the City so far. Great atmosphere. Clean and neatly presented. Service speed could use some improvement. Coffee was served 1st and by the time my pie came my coffee was just about as cold as an ice Queens heart. Still delicious though.

Partner dragged us here for a meal even though I told him The Coffee Club franchise always disappoints. After 35 minutes our meals came out cold and below average tasting. Cheap ingredients, horrible presentation, average wait staff. Absolute waste of money.

Coffee great. 3 of had scones and they had to be at least a day or 2 old. Couldn't eat them. Owner sad it was because they weren't fully reheated just warmed. Fresh scones are soft, heated or not Won't be going back there.

Was looking for a place around this area, to chill out with a cup of coffee. Found this one as the best place for my need, as I/you can sit back and relax to enjoy your coffee...specially if you are not in a rush to go out.

The Iced Mocha is too sour, maybe because the coffe is too old. The sauce for chip is not even full.

Their food is not bad, but I have to give 5 stars for their service. Paid in cash and I overpaid and walked away from the counter. Whilst we were eating the guy came back and gave me the change and said I overpaid. I like honest people!

Food is frozen, not fresh, yet prices are what you would expect to pay for fresh. Southern fried chicken coating had not been stirred properly some some over seasoned parts and some under seasoned and bland. Not worth the $26.

I got a long black which was a pretty good cup of coffee i would be back for it. The sausage roll tasted pretty good but it was a little dry and just too small for the price.

Service was horrible. When I came in today and ordered my drinks That was really bad, Other coffee club are good teast and service.

The food at coffee club (chain/ franchise wide) is way too overpriced for the quality & quantity of food you get. Also the build your own breakfast is a huge rip off so don't be fooled into getting it as an ‘allergen friendly option’. The staff are great but yah, coffee club needs to reevaluate their prices and serving sizes. Dont charge me $25-$30 for a singular pancake, thats ridiculous. Coffee club has aways been overpriced but its getting ridiculous, the build a breakfast (which ended up basically being a vegan eggs Benedict) had 2 pieces of bread, half a cup of mushrooms, half a tiny avo and a single hash brown cost almost $30???? I do wish that i had the courage to say this to the staff when i was there because the cost for what i got was a complete rip off.

Had brunch here last week. Ordered lemon cake and iced chai latte. The latte was amazing was the best I had. But the lemon cake was very dry could have done it better. But overall the service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome😃

Food is very pricey for very basic cafe fare, but the service is friendly and the coffee and smoothies are delicious. Also very clean.
