Grey Lynn medical center is a wonderful doctors practice. They are very family and community orientated and it's always nice to ring and chat to cheerful Aggie. I think the doctors here genuinely do care and many a time the staff have gone above and beyond their duties to help me. Once you register it also very affordable.

Front desk always super friendly, nurses always efficient in responding to any emails, generally see Dr Susan Zussman, always very approachable and thorough.

Been registered with Dr Kavitesh for a few years now. He is one of the most caring GPs I’ve been to. He listens to my concerns and actually tries to understand what the underlying problem is. A lot of other doctors just tells you to “drink more water and have vitamins” or just prescribe antibiotics for EVERYTHING. Dr Kavitesh treats you like family rather than just a random patient at the clinic. Thank you for looking after my health! Very happy with the service provided :)

Dr Dewan at Grey Lynn Medical Centre is an amazing GP! So understanding, empathetic & really takes the time to make me feel safe & comfortable. Had a bit of trouble trying to book an appointment for the past few months unfortunately (left multiple voice messages, tried getting in touch with the nurse & sent emails) Finally got through this afternoon though & spoke to the lovely Pawan. In the early 2000’s when I was a young girl and I wanted to become a doctor because of Dr N Hefford. I can’t believe he is still here! We had to change GP’s when we moved to West Auckland a long time ago but knowing he is still practicing here makes me happy. Thank you for all you have done for my family and I. Best medical centre in Auckland. The staff are very friendly and kind on reception and every doctor and nurse that I have dealt with have been thorough and compassionate.

I’ve been registered here for around 2 years and have only had excellent experiences. I’ve only seen Dr Kavi and 1 of the nurses so can’t speak for others but both of these medical professionals as well as the reception and admin team have been very professional and approachable. Dealing with the team has felt like you’re talking with friends whilst they remain professional. They have been very proactive at making progress with issues. Generally I’ve found appointments run late but I see that as due to them taking care extra care with patients and I don’t mind allowing more time for such excellent and comfortable care. It is also very reasonable cost wise. I don’t see me changing practice unless it was due to moving too far away. Keep up the great work(I’m sure you all will..). Dr Adrienne is incredible. She is extremely hard working and you can tell she genuinely wants to help people. She’s super calming and I always leave feeling super supported. Best doctor I’ve had! The receptionists are also lovely. Always laughing and smiling.

The start was great but I'm in emergency mode my whole spine is tingling and I have electric shocks and pain down my legs and something bad after my operation and I'm trying to get an MRI but the doctor told me they can't even help with an MRI and then for some reason Gynaecology is denying me of my rights . I've paid so much and have not gotten what I need . My head is so sore and my spine is getting worse and no one will help me get what I need because of liars . I walk to class with snapping feelings and nerve damage down my back which is neurological and also the labs have lied . Auckland city hospital does not even have an app it's such an outdated abusive country ! I've booked all of my appointments in an hour for Bali ! New Zealand's Health system is a horrible nightmare . I also wanted to change to a girl doctor but am not allowed for some reason so that's it for me thanks . I'm not coming back . If U can't get the MRI that I need to save my life then what's the point .

We've been with Dr N Hefford since 81/82 and followed him to Grey Lynn. Awesome, Professional and friendly - goes above & beyond.. top it off Aggie! God send! Love how she just knows before you say anything. Thanks guys for looking after us! 3 generations I guess

Dr.Kavi, and the entire team at Grey Lynn Family Medical are honestly the greatest medical practitioners I've ever come across. Everyone from the Administration team to the Psychologists, and General Parctitioners are incredibly people focused, and very transparent about how they can help patients. They were the only people who were able to help, in the time of need. They have helped me help myself. Thank you so much.
