Great, friendly service and up market store, good free parking. Big variety suit hire to choose from. Good quality, clean clothing. Unfortunitely quite a drive if you end up in Auckland peak time traffic. Delivery service available.

Big kudos to the Frank Casey staff. I came in on a busy Saturday morning and slammed into a very busy shop. I waited a few minutes and the staff were so helpful, apologetic. Had a very nice, bright and bubbly lady reccommend me a suit for a black tie event I was attending. I have never had a suit fit well and so was skeptical if Frank Casey would be able to fit me, boy was I wrong. The suit the staff brought out fitted so well and i was just amazed, never have i ever had formal wear fit so perfectly and i have had colleague ask me where I got my suit from and of course i had to say "Go to Frank Casey, they will fit you, the staff know what they are doing!" Now I will have to buy fitted formal wear from Frank Casey! Also don't worry about parking, at first I thought, greeeaaat smack in Parnel where parking is at a premium, good luck with this. Nothing to worry about, ample parking out front and back, everytime I had visited I always had a place to park. A+ service and product.

I was fitted for my wedding suit and it was an incredibly straightforward process. Friendly, professional and very accommodating with picking up and dropping the suits off. Highly recommended.

My brother and I went in today last minute just before they were closing, they graciously accepted us and gave us the full works, Hugo's attention to detail and professionalism was unparalleled compared to the 4 other establishments we went to prior. Excellent selection also, highly recommend and if possible ask for Hugo, you won't be disappointed.

Omg...they were so professional!! Personally , I am so uncomfortable when it comes to shopping for clothes in general, and was super anxious to be measured up for a suit - which I had also left to the last minute for a very special wedding, but their level of care and attention to detail was amazing!!

Was asked to come in on the weekend for a fitting for plus sizes for two of our bridal party. Waited 45 minutes & halfway through fitting was told there was nothing there and to come back during the week although we traveled from the otherside of Auckland to do so...

Eric was awesome. My black tie suit and shoes fitted perfectly and looked great! All the staff were wonderful and professional. Will definitely hire from them again. Parking at rear so you don't have to feed the meter. So easy.

Good service, good for rentals but not worth it for purchasing a suit. You can find poly-viscose suits at better prices elsewhere, or find wool suits for not much more than what they charge.

Rachel and the team at Frank Casey are fantastic. I emailed her from the UK several months before our wedding here in Auckland and she was super helpful throughout the whole process. Even when I messed up the order and didn't arrange white shirts, or the right ties, Rachel and the team were more than obliging and helped make everything perfect. If you're after wedding suits, this is THE place to hire from!

Even with last minute request Frank Casey Suit hire was very accommodating.

I just walked out the store and am feeling awful about the service they offered. I went there to try a suit my boss hired for an event and they acted like they were doing me a huge favour. Other than this one attendant who helped me and was very sweet, nobody else even acknowledged I was there. This lady, which I assume is the owner, said when she heard my sizing was wrong "it will have to be what is left over". So basically they're just ignoring that the suit hired is not my size, and they told they're sending it anyway. I'm shocked with the awful level of service, not only that but the treatment to a human being. If I can, I'll never walk there again. I'm very disgusted.

Rachel and the team offer an exceptional service! I found the process to be incredibly easy and smooth running. I sent a measurement form through two weeks beforehand and had everything sized and ready to go on the day. Simply arrive, try on, adjust and your out of the door in ten minutes. Even with a last minute swap out required, they were incredibly accommodating and quick to act at the drop of a hat. 10/10 highly recommended.
