While we were looking for a place for our Ayvalık holiday this year, we made a reservation again, ignoring the owners, as it was the only hotel that suited us with everything. We did it well that the hotel management had changed and the new owners really made us very happy with their interest and smiling faces. The hotel has been converted from an old Greek house. You can drink tea and coffee on the terrace and watch the sea. There is an open kitchen area in the garden, and I can say that our favorite activity was to chat and drink something. The breakfast is really elaborate. We started the day well with cheeses, daily changing temperatures and fresh products. rooms are of course a bit small but that didn't pose a problem for us. There is a general parking problem in Ayvalık, however, the hotel management definitely asked about the status of our vehicle. they also prepared a guide; What to do, what to eat, etc. in Ayvalık-Cunda. a clean, tidy and really warm hotel! This place was a dream! Starting from the price that was cheaper than most places. The breakfast was included and the service was so kind. The room are beautiful! The location is also excellent as it is a few minutes away from the main attractions. I would absolutely go back here if I had to come back to Ayvalik.

My wife and I spent 2 days here and we loved our stay, the staff here are supper friendly and helpful, the breakfast is just perfect and amazing location. we highly recommend this guest house to anyone wants to explore Ayvalik. Thank you Lunaria family!

Excellent breakfast, but our room was not quiet. The hotel was better than I exepected, confy beds and good shower. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The design of the rooms and the hotel overall was super nice. The hotel is located on a very narrow and sloping road. If you have havy/big luggages it is very difficult to park/manuver the car in front of the hotel. On top of our room it was a terrace which could be used by everyone anytime. There was a few people which over the night they use it and we woke up in the middle of the night a few times, I hope this will be a valuable feedback for the owner and do something about it.

It's a good place but our biggest problem was the lack of money that we discovered once we left the place. My wife and I kept 300 euros in cash separate in case of emergency, which we placed in a small wallet on the nightstand along with our documents. Once we left the place we discovered the missing 100 Euros. We communicated via WhatsApp with what we believe was the person in charge of the place who responded very kindly and understanding our concern, but the reality is that we had no way to verify the lack of money and in the end it is our word against theirs. Despite the unpleasant experience we can say that the place is very nice, clean and the staff who serve breakfast are very friendly.

The hotel is super clean and well appointed. An old Greek house beautifully restored. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ayvalik.

The cleanest hotel in Ayvalık. Good breakfast, polite personel. Everything was smelling new and fresh in the rooms. The neighbor though quite a mess. Excellent position in the middle of the direction from Gumruk to Centre.

We truly liked our experience there. Location is good, hotel is so beautiful and cute. The staff is always helpful and kind. Breakfast is truly enjoyable, they have local things and so many varieties in the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to come to Ayvalık.

It was one of the best guest rooms I've ever been to. We've been in different hotels but here was way better than those ones. 1.Highly hygienic and organized 2. Breakfast was wonderful . They serve different breakfast every single day. It was tasty fresh and enough for us. 3. They cleaned our room every day and even emptied the bins and tidy up our clothes. 4. Breakfast included and cats!! Great hospitality, great rooms, fantastic food and the way we were treated was BEAUTIFUL. Incredibly close to the ferry, close to the centre, Lunaria was just epic. I recommend it 100% 🔥

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very close to town centre. Room's were comfortable and clean. Even though it's a boutique hotel, rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast were held on very cute little garden. It was really tasty and there was always something new on the breakfast menu. Overall hotel exceeded our expectations.

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful and generous, and the staff helped us figure out the local bus connections. Close to the city centre and the ferry port, which was perfect for us -- a variety of restaurants and shops are close. Thank you!

The experience was amazing, I loved the place, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great but for someone who has fear from cats like me, I would say it was a bit challenging to sit and enjoy the breakfast while the cats keep jumping on the table

We stayed at the Lunaria Guesthouse in Ayvalik, it was perfect. A gorgeously restored Greek style stone mansion complete with a beautiful garden where they serve delicious Turkish breakfast and a cute little terrace with a lovely view. Excellent central location, great price and the nicest people. Seriously can’t recommend this amazing little boutique hotel enough. 😻

We stayed at Lunaria Guest House for 5 days and had an amazing time in this charming restored Greek house. The overall service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond helping us with bus tickets/taxi requests. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. I would highly recommend the guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Ayvalık.

Beautiful and very new boutique hotel with amazing breakfast in a cozy backyard garden! It’s not directly in the city center but you can walk there in 5 minutes through car-free streets. The host Ahmed is super helpful. The only small downside could be that - at least our - room is not very big and you might here your neighbors. The hotel doesn’t offer its own parking but you will easily find parking slots somewhere around the corner.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, I especially loved the breakfast. They have a lovely, and well-kept garden where you can enjoy the breakfast.
