For almost 200 euro for the night, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was small and poky and didn’t look like the photos. There were no mini toiletries ie vanity kit / toothbrush, or slippers / gown, as well as nothing in the mini bar aside from water. The kettle didn’t work. No restaurant or bar in the hotel either. For the price I would have expected way more attention to detail and a bigger room as well. I moved down town the night after to a hotel that was less expensive and much nicer. Would not recommend this place at all.

Pretty decent hotel, sort of impersonal but the room was big, clean and we had a super comfortable queen sized bed. The breakfast was also nice with jamon, tortilla, fresh croissants and yummy donuts. It’s also a good jumping off point in terms of where it’s located. Would stay again

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Great for shopping and eating out. The hotel itself is nothing special really. The reception are quite uninterested, especially the night shift guy. There is no bar or room service, no tea/coffee set in the room. Cleaners are very loud in the morning starting at 08:00. They have no consideration for guests that are sleeping. Breakfast runs for only 2 hours (7:30 to 9:30), but is cheap (10€). Streets are very noisy day and night! There is only one slow elevator... There was really nothing 4* about this hotel. This was my second time at this hotel, but unfortunately I won't be going back.

This hotel is in the perfect location!! Close to everything, and has a taxi lane leading right up to it! The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable after a tiring day of exploring the city & the shower had fantastic water pressure. The view was beautiful too but our balcony was under repair at the time so we didn’t get to enjoy it to the full extent

A very nice little hotel approx 30 mins walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. If you wish to have a bathtub, ask at your reservation, since the hotel has only 2 regular rooms with bathtub. Room 507 is one of them , but also has a small balcony facing the small street at the back of the hotel. The breakfast is very nice and has daily fruits, freshly baked bread and sweet bread, as well as ham, cheese and salmón. You will granola, as well as jam and Nutella. You have an assortment of tea, freshly brewed coffee, orange juice, milk and mineral water. Certainly a great start into your day. The rooms are funcional and WiFi has good recepción and is pretty fast. Overall I will certainly come back.

We have stayed here numerous times when visiting from California. Nice rooms, plenty of hot water, very clean in a safe upscale neighborhood, walkable to many shops, stores, etc. On a beautiful tree lined boulevard. We usually take the airport bus to plaza Catalonia then cab to the hotel. Without bags we walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet is excellent with coffee, tea, salmon, rolls, croissants, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, etc. A real delight. The staff are super attentive.

There was really nothing 4* about this hotel. There was a malfunction in the entrance door lock to the room that was not repaired until leaving the hotel (door did not close) Lacks minimal furniture in the room (chair for luggage, chair) something to lay objects. Inadequate lighting in the room, the bathroom was stinking Breakfast is cheap. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Great for shopping and eating out. I won't be going back

The hotel is very well furbished and in a nice and safe area in the centre of Barcelona. There is a pharmacy across the road and a corner store 4 minutes away. The restaurants around are also very good so you never have to travel far for food. The room contains all the necessities and the bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. There is also a lot of hot water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view on the terrace is also magnificent, I would definitely recommend going up there. The only cons are: - I would have given the hotel a 5 star if it wasn't for the sewage smell that enters the room whenever someone in another room flushes the toilet. If you do not mind smells then you will be fine but if you are sensitive to them, good luck. - The Wifi connection is a bit weak depending on where your room is. - Lift wait time is a while but it isn't that big of an issue.

You ever think...that ... flowers 🌺 yet alone a full garden 🌸🌸🌸 ... could bloom as Fall flows into the river of a colder, more, dry, and perhaps...just perhaps... Ghastly and Pale winter .. 🍁🍁🍁🍁 When I first saw this boutique hotel, I thought... " I want. I must. I need." see you 🤗🌺 Winter seems to just... disappear as I walk by this boutique hotel! Such a simple romanticism...yet so bold and Pure. Full of the mystery of that oh so special romantic and baby pink, soft and light "spirit" which naturally comes through that beautifully sweet Mediterranean light... already so abundant in Barcelona, Spain. So... Who could have thought that these flowers...so dry and artificial in origin... Absolute man-made machinations... Could bring back pure.. Spring...every single day of the year...as you simply...walk by. You simply must come. This boutique hotel has got ALL the unique magic ✨ of ...an Eternal Spring!!! I'd say, it's definitely a hotel with that special magic ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Simple..simple... magic of Life 🌄 Makes me smile every single time 🙂 And always, always reminds me Magic ✨ Always.Closer. Than you think. 💗 Just look around... No need, to be a poet. 😉

We had a pleasant 2-nights experience here. I can definitely recommend it for a short stay! Pros: -excellent location & stylish building - Room on the 5th floor had a lovely balcony with a stunning view - balcony's door is super good against street noise -helpful stuff -clean! Cons: - mattress and pillow are not really comfortable - the green Exit light above the Room door was very bright for those who prefer absolute darkness -fridge was quite noisy

In a less busy more residential area, 25 minutes to la rambla. Loads of nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Clean.

The staff (tall old man on the night shift of 8/25) was incompetent. I asked for a taxi pick up to airport. I emphasized twice if there are other charges beside the meter fare which he confirmed however taxi fare was plus additional 9€ for booking fees. Apparently, taxis were present in abundance and i was not informed it is a paid service. Beside that stay was fine other staff were professional.

Great place to stay when visiting Barcelona. Localization is spot on, on the Avegunida Diagonal, within walking time of 25-30 min to Sagrada Familla, Barcelona train station, around 10-15 min to La Rambla and a little more to the port. Rooms are medium sized, yet bathroom are quite spacious. Staff is always helpfull, everything is clean, gym at the top floor available.

My review is a compound of factors. Service - it was nice and correct. I made several changes in short time notice and were always addressed quickly. Location - is central and close to the uper side life of Barcelona; yet also to other places downtown. Room - they have a vintage decoration, so somehow dark colors. Furniture maybe needs some renovation but all in all was good. The views were nice over Barcelona. Room has kettle to make your own coffee/tea if you want. They also have a mini fridge and they welcome you with a drink. The hotel is close to a central street, but not much noisy than other places in a city. They have air conditioning and I opened the window at night and I could sleep well, even being a person noise-sensible in general. All in all is a good option if you plan a solo or partner visit. Area offers fine dinning restos, classical ones, coffee shops, bars and many more.

Stayed here for three days on my recent trip to Barcelona. The staff was very friendly, and our room was spotless. The breakfast is wonderful, consisting in various fruits, meats, breads, and pastries. We had a wonderful stay here, and we hope to return!

The hotel is in the perfect location close to everywhere also rooms are good but bathroom is really small and the lack of kettle and coffee in the rooms is a big minus for me also the man at the reception could be a little more polite.

The place isn’t worth the 4 stars at all. VERY bad receptionist who was extremely rude. Rooms are awfully old and depressing, and they didn’t even bother listening to my requests about a bath tub. I DONT recommend!!!

The hotel is located close to the down town. However, there were many obstacles which disappointed us. Firstly, water was dripping from the ceiling in the room that they provided us. They changed it after our complaint but the second room was not better. The floor was smelling weed all the time and the bathroom was stinking due to the dirty pipes. In addition, there is some electricity issues that led to sparks in the night. We wouldn’t come back here!

Had to cancel because of covid 2020 - asked nicely for a discount for my next stay. You never replied - because of that I‘ll now give my money to another place. Well bye bye.

Great hotel, lovely staff!! Great location too! Only drawback id say was the room facilities (water not updated everyday, no iron) otherwise amazing and comfortable stay

Definitely worth the price, very affordable and good quality rooms. The soundproofing is not great but not terrible either and the modern weird “bathrooms” are not always in great shape. Other then that would recommend this place

The Wilson (Boutique) Hotel is a very clean and it a super location on Avenida Diagonal, Barcelona. I rate this hotel 4 star. The hotel appears to be run with minimal staff. Nevertheless, it ticks all the boxes whether you are in Barcelona on a business trip or on a short getaway in this wonderful city.

Firs of all i have paid a little more for this room for an extra facilities like daily breakfast & Mini Bar etc.. 1. Its not a 4 stars hotel not even a 1 star 2. No mini bar in room only a fridge with 2 bottles of water in. 3. No coffee maker and when ask for they claim they dont have. 4. Poor selection of breakfast daily the same: - boiling egg - egg potato cake it not omlet with egg bad smell - ham - plain and chocolate croissant - cheese slices - fruits - coffee - toast bread The maximum thing they can provide is cleaning which i can give 5 stars

Stayed here for a few days and I have to say it was a unexpected awesome stay. We booked via Priceline and we weren't really expecting much but the staff was really super nice. Our room was AWESOME (I think they might have upgraded us - which was nice because we didn't ask) and the rooftop was awesome. Also, the internet was fast enough to work of in addition to the roof being AWESOME. Its about a 15/20 minute walk to the touristy area's that's super easy to walk and also hail a cab. If you are thinking about staying here and are OK with being a few minutes off the path, I'd highly recommend this hotel!
