Regrettably, the beds in the room were exceptionally uncomfortable. Another notable aspect of my disappointment was the lack of cleanliness throughout my six-day visit. I literally could not sleep for 5 days because it was so warm. The lock on the toilet didn't work, and they also didn't care when I told them about it. The door to the balcony couldn't lock, and I didn't feel safe in the apartment; I also informed them about this. The beds were so uncomfortable. They don't respect and they don't care about what you tell them. That is very unprofessional. There was no toothpaste, and there were no toothbrushes. They didn't clean the room once during the six days I was there. They didn't have any trash cans; I had to go out on the street to find one. The reception is only open a few hours a day, and you don't get 24-hour physical assistance. They have a number you can call, but it's unhelpful. You cannot access the terraces after 10 o'clock. I will contact their head office and inform them that their employees are all a bunch of liars. Once again, don't come near the hotel. I'm warning you all.

Terrible experience. The room is not cleaned well, the furniture maintenance is very poor, the sofa bed is broken, it feels dirty everywhere, and the smell in the corridor is terrible. Although there is an underground parking lot, the parking space is too small to park at all. Do not recommend this place.

You never know what to expect when booking last minute online. I was very pleased to find a beautiful apartment with everything we needed. W/D was a pleasant surprise. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, living room, elevator and the location was perfect. Off the major street on a quaint corner with cafe's, market, restaurants right out the front door. Walking distance to the airport bus (5Euros) and a very wonderful staff. Loved this little home away from home. The balcony was the perfect coffee place to enjoy the local view. The rooftop balcony had an extended view and charm of the city. I will stay there again. We just got lucky. Thank you Laura for being such a giving, friendly host. See you soon.

Very spacious, knew exactly what we were expecting from the images posted by owners. Very clean and very helpful staff. Easy to commute to airport and more central parts of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a beautiful placa close by and water fountains.

Hidden gem - in relation of price and location. The staff won’t bother you and the spaces are huge and comfy. The only disadvantage is the wall because it is thinner then the usual, so if you are unlucky, you can get a loud neighbour, what can be a bit annoying. Overall, I would suggest the place for anybody. Also, there is no requirement for deposit, so it offer a much more flexible stay for your holiday.
