The room is so dark. Even I open the window there is almost no natural light. I felt really bad in this room to be honest. The fan is pretty noisy. I couldn't sleep well because of too hot and I couldn't use fan. I really couldn't enjoy this travel because of this hotel. I never visit this hotel again.

A very friendly old style hostel with a distinct "home" feel. The best one I have stayed in so far, especially the bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. They don't have AC though, which might be an issue in summer, but haven't been in summer. No curfew, but kitchen closes at 23:00. Bed have a firm style mattress. Location is excellent.

Stayed there for 4 nights in November. Lovely lil hostel with comfy bed and good sized private room. Lil balcony facing the street. Kitchen is well stocked, chill zone is chill. Nice furnishings. Friendly staff and no loud parties. Great location close to metro. Would stay there again 100%

Stayed here for 3 nights in a private room. Had a wonderful stay, the staff are friendly and professional, the decor is cute and a lot of thought has gone into it, the kitchen is one of the nicest I've seen in a hostel and the bathrooms were very clean. I would recommend this place and already looking to come back in 2023! Edit: I paid €150 for 3 nights in Nov 2022, I can see they've shot up the prices - it's now up to €100/night!

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very friendly guests & staff. The equipment in the double room was sufficient. If necessary, there could be a few more hangers. Otherwise, we have lacked nothing. The price is certainly a bit more expensive than other hostels, but definitely worth it. Gladly again!

4.5 stars! We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting BCN. Our long flight arrived at 7am, and the room wasn't ready until 2pm. Luckily Laura was able to swap our rooms out when we arrived so we could take a quick morning nap. The facilities are very pretty and the character of the building is wonderful - I loved the brick ceiling and the old elevator. Having a balcony was great. Close location to a subway stop (Verdaguer) that we frequented. Note, the elevator is quite small, but it is better than none at all - which I usually find is the case when staying in European hostels. All of the front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were all happy to answer any questions or give some advice on the city. I give 4.5 stars because the room was very small, which was expected, but we struggled to find space to lay out our luggage given the size. I had to keep mine on the floor next to where I slept. Of course this is an old building in the city so there isn't much they can do about that.

Super cozy place! You really feel at home. The facilities in the kitchen are great, you can cook all your food there if you want. The location is centric, you can walk to many main sights. And the staff is always ready to help!

I absolutely loved this charming place! The hostel provided everything you needed amenities-wise, and if there was a problem the lovely reception staff were available 24/7 to help you out. Bathrooms were clean and modern, the common areas were furnished in a cozy and homely way, the kitchen was well supplied and the curtains for each bed in the dorms provided some much-appreciated additional privacy when sleeping. The general atmosphere was also very nice, and breakfast provided a great opportunity to get to know other travellers.

Loved this place! I have never been in a hostel so welcoming and charming. The staff was super helpful, Laura and Pedro, gave me lots of recommendations on what to do in the city. The location is perfect - close to Gracia & Eixample neighbourhoods and it’s right by the metro. Takes about 15 minutes to go to the old city (slightly more to the beach). The room was big enough for 1 person and had a cute French balcony. Highly recommend the Tuesday tapas night! I will definitely be booking a return visit soon.

The hostel was so clean! The bed was very comfortable! The staff were extremely pleasant and supportive! One block to the metro, surrounded by lovely cafes and bars, walking distance from major landmarks and tourist attractions - I could go on and on! The entire experience at the hostel was perfect! I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere excellent to stay in Barcelona!

Very clean private rooms. I definitely recommend them however the parking is a little bit of an issue. It’s about 20 minute walk from the parking lot. They do have five parking spots so you might get lucky with those. I recommend this hostel 100%.

Room was pretty average, not bad for one night. There's no A/C (which I didn't realize until getting there), but there are plenty of fans in the room. These helped, but it was still quite warm when we were there + the fans were pretty loud at night. The service was really nice. The lady who checked us in was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations for things to do in the area, which was much appreciated. Location was great -- so close to Sagrada Familia! Was a little surprised to see families staying at this hostel, but didn't really impact our stay. Thankfully we had respectful roommates, so no issues there.

This is what I would call a modern but old school hostel, which is sadly a disappearing form of art. The common area is very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is big and really very well equipped. Having been on the road for couple of weeks, it was an absolute joy to cook there. The decor is great, allowing the old building to present some of its unique features. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom did have a smell of mildew. This is the downside of having a modern hostel, everybody (including me) wants an ensuite, and sometimes bathroom installations are done with less than perfect quality. But no matter. The staff were really nice and gave some top tips on where to go, and really made everybody feel at home. Great place, will go again when in Barcelona.

The hostel is at a great location in the city, almost all the hot spots are at a walking distance. It is a hostel so if you don't like sharing your bathroom make sure to get a room with a private one.

Such a gorgeous hostel in a perfect location! The rooms were beautiful, we had our own balcony and the kitchen was so homey and well stocked. Bathrooms were really clean and nicely kept. Staff were friendly and helpful, with loads of tips about the city. Perfect hostel if you’re looking for a peaceful, warm atmosphere! We’ll be back x

My second stay here and for a reason! This is the nicest hostel you will find in Barcelona! The incredibly friendly team really care for their guests and the place. The whole Hostel is treated like someone's home. With care and attention for detail. It sure doesn't cater to real party tourism, it's more of a very family-friendly place where you get easily in touch with people from all over the world. Pedro, I got a discount code for my next stay from your collegue, sure will use it ;-) Greetings, Falk

Stayed for 3 nights in February. Location is close to a metro, close to the Sagrada familia and the goth district is within walking distance. Central bus station is about 20 minute walk away. Stayed in a 4 person mixed room. All beds had privacy curtains and a locker (must bring own lock) under the beds. There are small lockers in the room as well for storage that can't be locked. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Kitchen has all needed equipment. Small relaxing areas are cozy. Atmosphere, I went in the off season but this is not a party hostel (which I was happy with!). Only social activity is on Tuesdays. Otherwise is a homey place to stay and have some small conversations. Would definitely recommend for families, couples, or singles that are not looking for a party or very social atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

If I could give Primavera Hostel place ten stars, I would. What a lovely and homey hostel. The staff are amazing, always ready to help. Washrooms are very clean. And my laundry has never smelled better. My 5 days 4 nights in Barcelona was amazing and the hostel is a big part of that experience! Thank you so much to the hostel staff for providing such an exceptional experience!

Great hostel. The first impression when you come in is a feeling of home. The private room was spacious and very clean. It also had a cute little balcony with two chairs provided. The location is close to some sightseeing attractions and to some good vegan Restaurants.

Nice little hostel. The atmosphere was wonderful and the Staff was excellent. Great co-ed shower and bath facilities. And if you aren't staying here, you can also just store your belongings here for just 5 euro per bag.

Pleasant hostel in a beautiful heritage building. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! I accidentally left some clothes behind when I left and they helped me set up a courier to deliver them to me. I stayed in a dorm but peeked into the private rooms and they looked lovely.

For a good night rest is good if you have ear plugs, lots of nice but is really nice!!!! People are nice. A dorm vibe but hotel...... Good ambiance, the lack of air conditioner makes it complicated, still I would recommend get there one night and decide. Verdaguer metro is really close like two blocks.

Incredible hostel ideally located in the center of Barcelona, only 300 meters from the sagrada familia and less than 2km from the beach. Definitely one of the best hostel in the city, I recommend it 100%!! 😉
