Honestly feel kind of catfished by the way this hotel promotes themselves and by the reviews. 1. Location is quite far from Sagrada familia and Gothic Quarter 35-45min walk. 2. The room we stayed at was moist and there was a musty smell to it. The bathroom had black mold in the corners of the ceiling. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the bed provided was two singles pushed in together to make one giant bed. It was uncomfortable. 3. The staff was actually really nice and I can’t complain about their services. They are quite attentive and honestly was the only redeeming quality of the hotel. The lobby is quite nice, but I gotta say there was painters tape all over the main floor hallway and it was peeling off the walls. Just looked like an unfinished project. Also there was snacks in the refrigerator in the room but there was no way of knowing how long they were there for, plus we wanted space to put our own snacks that we had bought. Overall I wouldn’t come here again, the value we got for the amount we paid doesn’t seem proportionate. I would recommend looking into Airbnb’s for Barcelona.

The staff was the best part- super friendly and helpful! Not a 4-star hotel per se, but it is something to note if that's what you're looking for. Had some issues with the door cards, elevators, and the coffee machine. However, they are servicing and fixing it all :) There was no air conditioning because it was still winter season, so the room was hot, and no fans were provided. The option was to open the window, but the hotel is on a busy street, and the traffic noise is loud, making it hard to sleep.

Do not stay here, the walls are PAPER thin. Heard one couple (think it's actually 5 people) throughout the night, completely inappropriate building for s hotel. People left their dogs here to bark for the whole day as well. This is 100% an avoid never coming back. Shame as the staff are nice and the open spaces have a professional image.

Not recommended! I was only going to rank this hotel one star, but the staff on duty earned one more star for this hotel by offering two bottles of water for free at the last minute. Had no choice but to sign a waiver, when checking in, that if lost of valuables, the hotel has no reliability. I am still confused, is Barcelona not safe enough for tourists, in particular in a hotel? Having booked four nights, only the first day had free bottled water, which seems to suggest that you should book one day at a time rather than four days at once. Imagine coming back to your hotel after a long day of sightseeing and having no water to drink. Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? The staff explained that it was their hotel's policy and he was sorry about my feeling while it didn't change anything, even if it was about a bottle of water which costs 20 cents.

Comfortable bed, large room with fridge. No tea or coffee making facilities onsite however (no kettle in the rooms or elsewhere) as the coffee machine was broken. Also quite expensive.

Staff and public spaces were great. Room had little to no noise isolation, was very loud from traffic, and the air conditioning was "turned off for the season" even though it was still +20°C outside. Beds were ok but not great. Not super clean.

I had the worst experience I've witnessed in my life. Booked and paid the room through the official hotel website. 8 days before our stay, I received an email indicating my reservation was canceled. I called the hotel and was told I needed to follow a link provided by email that would take me to enter my credit card information again. I checked my inbox and noticed the email went to my spam folder. Very frustrating experience. The person I spoke to in reception didn't apologize, and neither offered an option to resolve the issue. Her only answer was that the government made us do it that way. I asked her to please pass the feedback along to the manager, but just for her reply, I doubt it will go any way further than her.

This hotel was very run down. If you go on the website, you will see they dont have clear pictures of the rooms, only weird angles and zoomed in pictures. We thought this was a modern hotel, based on the website, but it is actually a very old hotel, that has been lazily and cheaply transformed into a more modern one. However, you can tell by the cheap, broken furniture, scratched walls, and the black mold all over the bathroom and bedroom walls, this renovation was made very badly. I would not recommend at all. The breakfast is also expensive, and the coffee machine was broken the whole time we were there. Location is also not that good. You can find way better hotels in BCN for less price as well.

Definitely moldy. The rooms strongly smell of humidity and mold - the ceilings in the room appeared to have water damage. Everything in the bathroom is falling apart, the shower head will gladly fall on your head if you even try to touch it. The hallways are very outdated and poorly maintained. Blue painters tape all over the walls is considered an aesthetic. On the pro side, the staff are very friendly and speak very good English and are willing to accommodate you. Great location for walking to sights. Good size of bed and decently clean rooms.

The receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is clean neat, big and quiet rooms, sound proof! There is a good coffee machine downstairs free for guests use (also tea:-). Our flights were cancelled, and we had to stay a few nights, We got exceptional treatment. And loved the hotel! It is in the very nice less touristic Gracia neibourhood.

Misleading 4 star hotel, in my stay the staff was very nice and and the room was spacious and confortable. However a 4 star hotel without room service, gym, spa, pool, garden, bar make you feel a little bit rare.

The kids and I stayed at this hotel this past week. It's a 4.5 / 5. Location was excellent with the L7 metro two minutes walk away and the L3 some 10 minutes offering excellent links to the wider venues of the city. I picked this venue as it was far enough outside the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona, but also had excellent transport links. The room was minimal and to our liking. The wetroom shower with rainforest head was fantastic. We didn't have the breakfast, which was purely down to us wanting to try the local offering. Reception stay are very attentive. Thanks for making our stay in Barca a delight.

I’ll start with the positive - the surrounding area has everything you need, cafes, pharmacy, bank, public transport. Now for the negative - the rooms are certainly not soundproof! Neither is this a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tired and shabby, shower head falls off constantly while in use, large beds are just two joined together that squeak a lot! No mirror other than in the bathroom, hard to actually get into the shower/bath as the bidet has been put right in the way. Standard of cleanliness was ok but not as you would expect for a 4 star with no amenities like room service etc. I booked this stay as wanted a quiet room to recover from eye surgery and unfortunately this was not the best place for that.

I had a wonderful stay at Pol & Grace Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, very clean and quiet. Great location for getting into the city centre with public transportation bus and underground at your doorstep. Takes about 20 mins by bus and 10 by tube into centre. Lovely tapas , bakeries and other useful facilities close by. Lovely breakfast at the hotel. The hotel's decor was modern and artistic. We felt very happy & comfortable at this hotel and would love to return. Highly recommended! 😊 😊🤩

I recently stayed at Pol & Grace Hotel in Barcelona and I must say that I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. The artistic concept of the hotel was very interesting and engaging, and I found the lobby display to be quite interesting. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

My friend and I recently stayed at the Pol & Grace Hotel in Barcelona and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel was really conveniently located near a metro station, so it was really easy to get around the city. We felt safe and the room was nice and clean, we really enjoyed the rooftop as well! Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again. 5/5 stars.

This hotel I can surely recommend! There is always professional staff at the entrance, also thank you Andrea! They provide excellent service and recommendations for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, although the walls are not that good isolated so I would recommend you to bring your ear plugs.

The place was great except for one important detail, the sound insulation is awful, you can hear everything, from the street noise to the passage in the hallway to your neighbors coming back late at night. It ruined the all experience that was otherwise really pleasant. I work in the construction industry, it's not that hard to soundproof windows, walls and doors, you just need to know what you're doing. Too bad

Good location near the centre of Gracia however let down by poor rooms. We were offered an upgrade however the room smelt / felt very damp (humid air), decor poorly maintained and the bathroom fan hadn't been cleaned in months. Breakfast was average with limited selection. Additionally, the reception is sold as 'arty' but feels more like a shared office space and not particuarly welcoming. Would not recommend for the price.

The hotel beds were comfy and always well cleaned. Receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly too which made my stay great. All though my stay was great there were few elements in the bathroom which may need a bit of revamp such as the shower and shower screen. The shower Screen did not prevent water going over the side of the bath which made the fall wet at times.

A lovely and warm welcome at the hotel - even resulting in chocolate consumption! Nicely laid out and comfortable. Price/value was good and served my needs very well.

This place is fantastic. It’s affordable, the rooms are very nice and modern, the staff are kind and helpful, and it’s close to both Gracia and many different forms of public transportation. Can’t wait to stay with them again.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! This hotel I can surely recommend! There is always professional staff at the entrance, also thank you Andrea! They provide excellent service and recommendations for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, although the walls are not that good isolated so I would recommend you to bring your ear plugs.

Big rooms and very clean with a quiet neighborhood. Close to the metro station or if you enjoy walking it is not to far from the Gothic neighborhood. The breakfast has a lot of options.

A great hotel with great staff. The hotel is right next to the metro and busses as well as being right next to many shops, bars, restaurants, salons literally everything you need. The staff are so lovely even when you're unorthodox like me extending everyday! They're pet friendly also! can't fault them! Thank you again guys see you next time!!

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly. What I can recommend is checking out the roof terrace. It’s really special and beautiful

The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Miriam who left us a hand written note!! So thoughtful), the room was clean and the AC worked great, the terrace was a pleasant break from the streets and the breakfast was delicious!! I'm reading some of the other reviews about the walls being thin and will note that I didn't hear another guest for my entire four night stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great value for the price! Great location! The staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful! They received our luggages before check-in without problems. They got us taxis anytime we needed them! They have complimentary water and coffee in the lobby along with a few other food items and drinks for purchase. The rooms are really nice and comfortable! The bathtub is a little bit dangerous when getting out but besides that I loved my stay here!
