Really bad in all aspects: 1) Bad location, the area was originally for auto/car repair machine shop and body shop. The bad smell is outside and inside of every corner in this hotel, literally; 2) Bad check-in experience: they ask you to fill in your home address. They said it’s for receipt or send you back if you forget anything. Do you believe it? Why only them collect thus piece of information? 3) Small, old and noisy elevator: all the floor numbers disappears when the door closes; 4) Detergent smells terrible: both the kitchen dish soap and the laundry one they give you - limited one per room per day. 5) Rude: Especially the cleaning lady. They clean the room once every 3days. But they don’t do deep cleaning as I find the room so dirty, the cleaning lady left the cleaning caddy on the bathroom counter top instead of on the floor. I had to pint out to her every dirty point for her to clean them and she did it with such bad willingness; 6) Smell: mold and dust. I complained and they ignored 7) Ventilator broken in bathroom (no windows) 8) Vacuum: they don’t even vacuum the carpets. 9) Terribly old, everything: furniture, bedding, towels, etc. Including consumption product such as kitchen sponge, they gave you an old one to use. I paid 225 euro plus city tax per seeding per night for an one bedroom suit, #213, during end of September of 2023. I stayed in Capri by Fraser in London and Berlin before, they were good. This one is a disgrace.

Rooms are spacious. Decent breakfast menu. The house keeping / room cleaning services are not upto the mark. Some of the floors smell a lot.

Good location close to the metro if you want to go around but also walking distance to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and will hold onto your luggage if your arrive before check-in or on the day you check-out if you would like to go exploring for the day. They also offer you a laundry pod so you can use the machines to do your own laundry (open 24/7). They also have a kids room as well. The room was clean and had a microwave, stove and cutlery. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey.

Location was not what we expected. But could be normal for area. Lots of dark areas and graffiti. Nice small grocery nearby to get food and water. Need key card to get into lobby and elevator, they take security seriously. Staff was wonderful and helpful with taxis and transfers to airport. Just email them and they will respond quick! Rooms were clean and nice. Watch out for the door stop that sticks out of floor!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the building was very nice and located in a very good part of town. Very close walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, parks, museums. Really enjoyed my stay here and would gladly recommend this place to family and friends.

It was our first time traveling to Europe. Most chain hotels Americans are familiar with have capacity for 2-3 guests or you need to pay much more to book a suite for a family of 4. I was so glad to find this hotel. The room type "Deluxe Apartment '' has one queen and one sofa bed, so the room can fit 4 of us. They recently changed their sofa bed, so I was pretty lucky to experience the new sofa bed. I have to say their sofa bed is the best one I ever had. The room is very spacious and the price is very good. I love that they also have a laundry room and the service is free!!! You can use the washer and dryer for free( but remember to bring your detergent)!!! The location is very convenient , only a couple of minutes walking to metro and bus stations. The location is close to some famous attractions as well. I will definitely recommend whoever is traveling to Barcelona. The only suggestion/complaint is I think they overprice their breakfast. I believe it is around $15 or so per adult and $10 or so per kid. There are some breakfast places in that area . You probably can feed a family of 4 with $20 in the local restaurants. I would not recommend buying breakfasts in this hotel, unless they provide a decent discounted rate. Overall, very happy with the hotel

We stayed here for 5 days, the best bits are the wonderful and super friendly reception/front office staff, location of the rooms and excellent shower. Very good value for the money.

Our room was big and clean, the small kitchen was very helpful having a young son, and he loved the playroom as well. You can buy at the reception a small selection of snack and drinks, the wine we bought was good. The staff was friendly, we asked a suggestion for a place to eat good fish and the place recommend was perfect. I have long hairs and the hairdryer was a bit too hot but non powerful enough but is not a big problem.

We had a great time in this hotel fantastic room with very comfortable beds, the breakfast was well worth the price lots of variety. The room was of decent size lots of room for all three of us. The hotel was in a fantastic local just around the corner from the red line hop on hop off bus. 5-10 min walk to the metro that gets you everywhere. You can walk to the gothic quarter and sagrada familia in 30-40 min. The only thing that we had an issue was the door stoppers were in very inconvenient places, and we were told ahead that we had to pay on arrival. Other then that it was a fantastic stay and would for sure stay there again

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was attentive and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The food was very fresh and had a good mix of cold and hot food selections. The automated coffee machine was a hit as you were able to customize your drinks from cappacinos to coffees to lattes. Also available was the ability to do laundry which was great for us as we were traveling with kids and the extended family. Loved the kids playroom, as well and the gym, as it was right next to the kids room. Great family hotel.

This hotel is in a good location, not so far from the center and walking distance to public transportation. This hotel has excellent spacious modern rooms; the hotel is well-maintained with lovely staff. Excellent hotel. Rooms are very nice, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast Buffett great also, honeymoon cakes and honeymoon Champagne, those all sweet hospitality are really brings big surprise. Overall I would personally an million and million recommend this great hotel for who wants to travel in Barcelona. Great location in central Barcelona, close to the metro and beach. Our suite was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The staff were great. Parking in their garage was €15 per night.

Good quality. Rooms are clean. We were able to check-in earlier than it is in booking conditions. You also can leave your luggage for few hours after check-out. We were satisfied with location as well. Recommend.

I'll give it 3 stars. The cleaners did a mediocre job, forgot towels and didnt change the sheets. The receptionists were very helpfull though.

Good location walking distance from main places ( 15/20 min walk ) very good room’s especially 1 bedroom Appartments With google chrome Problems they clean the rooms every three days And checkout is at 11 (with some rudeness )

It is short way to the beach, very clean, location is very close to the legendary Sagrada familia also close the centre and to the metro station.The hotel has amazing room service a gym and a cute kids room.

Nicely decorated appart hotel, friendly staff, good location within walking distance to metro station,mini markets, turist attractions. Breakfast was good, excellent coffee. We had one bedroom ap with a large bathroom, powerful enough hairdryer, large walkin shower, kitchinette with fridge,kettle,microwave, toaster,one pot, one frying pan, dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The TV had a Chrome cast connected to it. Good wifi, confy beds, cleaning every 2 days.

Initially we thought that we weren't near any bars, restaurants or supermarkets but discovered lots when we explored on foot. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. 4 min walk from Marina metro station.
