Lovely brand newly renovated hotel. Staff we most helpful.

The place is near a hospital what it makes quite noisy. The entrance is quite depressing and the personnel quite rigid. The price is quite expensive for the south of Italy.

Hotel is nice located 10 min walk from Bari Central station ….. it’s in a quiet street.Staff is nice room is spacious bed is comfortable and bathroom is super clean and also big.

Pro: nice hotel, very very clean, placed in a quiet area Cons: the cold, unhelpful attitude of the receptionist; good food at breakfast but very little varied

A good value hotel only 10 min walk from the central station. Facilities were modern, clean and had working A/C. 24/7 lounge bar avaliable and breakfast complimentary.

Very basic hotel and everything is clean. However the service is not good: - housekeeping ignored the ‘do not disturbed’ and entered our room. - toiletpaper and shower gels were not refilled. - during breakfast buffet you are not allowed to pick up the items by yourself. You have to tell everything to the staff member and sometimes there is a queue. - during check out the front office member (18 sep) was on the phone while she was checking our out. She did not ask how our stay was, she took our card and just waived us to the door. Then we asked to leave our luggage in the hotel and we had to do this by ourselves behind the front office desk. - housekeeping starts at 8 AM and makes a lot of noise. They scream to each other and therefore we woke up every morning due to their noise. With other words, hotel is okay and basic but service is terrible.

I came for business trip and during my stay during night time there is a guy that only speaks Italian (you can barely communicate). It is cold and I tried to turn on the "airconditioning system" which does not work properly. It turns on and after a while (5min) it turns off again on its own. And the most important for myself is that I took for my trip an expensive coat and a jacket. The second day of my trip I noticed that both of them are damaged after I hanged them on the hanger place. (see photo) Side note: That wall with the hangers is excactly the sharing wall with the bathroom. As soon as I noticed it I have tried to come in contact with the person responsible but unfortunately a manager is not at the hotel 24/7. So I emailed them and the response I ve got from the hotel is that "We inform you that the stains on the illustrated garments absolutely do not depend by us  wall nor by the products used for the cleans." So here I am asking.. How is it possible from Monday (I wore the brown coat) to Wednesday resulting to these stains on BOTH coats without even wearing the one? How is it possible to have the excact stains on the right arm in which it was lean on the wall? The wall that connects the bathroom (shower specificly) and the room.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days with a group of 27 people. We used single, double and triple rooms. Very good location of the hotel, close to the central station, from which we traveled to many cities in Puglia. Hotel on a side street, peace and quiet. Close to public transport stops. Rooms very well equipped, clean. We enjoyed very good breakfasts. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. It was a nice stay. I sincerely recommend it.

small and clean hotel near train station with good parking we stayed here the first night and explored bari by foot

Everything was excellent, from room to mattress to breakfast and reception and service, except for the zero sound insulation. A real pity, because if it wasn’t for the noise, we would have rested wonderfully. The hotel is renovated, walking distance from train station and city center, but located in the modern area of Bari. The street is very peaceful (no traffic noise). Breakfast was good too.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable beds with a spacious rooms and wonderful breakfast. Location was also great with many restaurants nearby filled with local residents of bari. Would definitely return!

Honestly for the value, its definitely worth it! Clean and modern amenities and rooms. The rooms and hotel in general may be sparsely furnished, but it is nice and tidy. The service was good but the only odd thing we found was that you couldn’t serve yourself at the breakfast buffet

New and clean rooms, Spacious lobby and nice reception and ofcourse friendly staff. Best breakfast we had in south italy! They just need to add eggs though.. Its 25 minutes walk to old square.

Quite nice, small and clean room. But with bad cooling, feeling too high humidity in rooms. Conditioner works unstable. I could not say that breakfast is good: only buns and pancakes. Also strange "non self service" breakfast. It makes some uncomfortable feeling and produce queues. Additionally there are no place to store safely bicycle. Pick up bicycle in rooms not allowed. So if you have good, expensive bicycle and want to have good  breakfast this place not for you.

Very comfy rooms with huge beds. Great daily cleaning. Helpful ladies at the reception. I actually loved the location because it's in a very safe neighborhood - I didn't feel as safe in Murat, so I preferred being a little bit further away from the city center. Buses 6 and 27 go straight into the city center so it's a good option. I liked the breakfast but it might be somewhat boring if you're staying there longer than 5 days. Overall, a great place to stay in Bari.

Super clean, quiet area, a bit far from the city center. But at the end of the day is good to have an evening walk post dinner. P.S: great gellateria around the corner from the hotel

This hotel is excellent value for money! It seems to have recently remodeled and it was done very well with quality in mind. It is an easy walk to the city center and good proximity to the train station. Very satisfied!

The reception is so big and clean and nicely designed. Staff was very friendly. The location might not be the coolest, but after the whole stay, i can say that i am very happy that i chose this place. As a tourist u would want to go to the old town and new town which is above the train station daily, so from here the travel would be all the way up to the North. Going like this on the scooter everyday was very convenient, maybe slight expensive for having to use the scooter all the time, but it was SUCH a GOOD way to explore the city. I think i wouldn't have seen so much of Bari if I didn't live kinda far from the old town. Free water always at the reception and included breakfast unfortunately was NO SELF-SERVICE, which means u and pick things from the bar and they put it in ur plate. It works but might be time consuming to be in line waiting. Room is very modern, very comfortable. Especially the bathroom.

We've been here for five days as a basketball team, at first sight from outside it doesnt seems much, but inside rooms are something else. Everything is new, the room is perfect with really good beds, nice details in a room, and a shower you wish you dont whant to go out. Neighborhood is quiet, and staff at the hotel are very nice and helpfull. All in all, def recommendation!

This was a clean inexpensive place to stay in an urgent situation. 50 euros a night is awesome. Beds were decently comfortable and we had a good night sleep. They were flexible around our check out time and staff spoke some English. Room was clean. They supplied soap and shampoo and lots of hot water. Only shower and no fridge or microwave. Free wifi when it's available which wasn't a lot of the time. Couple coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Not too far from seaside. We had a good experience here.

Very clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. 24h reception, perfect when you arrive late form the airport.
