Arrived at the hotel and was told there was no room booked for me despite reception seeing that I had a confirmed booking through Expedia. Reception blamed a "computer glitch" in Expedia's system that erased all bookings from a span of 3 days. Seems very unlikely since I booked other hotels at the same time with no problem. I suspect that reception made up the story so that they could give me the loudest, most undesirable room but act as though I was being done a favor. The room had two windows facing the noisy clubs outside. It was loud until 4am each night. Worst hotel experience.

Love the design of the rooms. Location is perfect when you come from the airport or need to get there. Breakfast is nice but would really like to have back take away coffee cups. I know ground floor has them but to go down to get them is bad service. Fyi I did ask for the take away cups from breakfast staff but they said they do not have any...

Great location at center square, delicious range of breakfast dishes complimentary, friendly staff, clean rooms. would have enjoyed having better complimentary hair shampoo and conditioner/lotion. overall great hotel!

The hotel in central Bergen was a delightful surprise. It's situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from local attractions. This hotel had everything - it was clean, there was a great breakfast buffet every morning, there is a nice little gym, and it is in a great location. I highly recommend it for visitors. The only major downside for me was how expensive it was to do laundry there. We were hoping that amenity would be easy to use, but I could not reasonably pay $14 for my long sleeve shirt to be cleaned.

Centrally located. Can walk to museum in 11 minutes. Close to tram station for departures to airport. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The staff was great. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. The staff heard I was leaving before the normal breakfast time and they made me a Togo bag. As a bonus they have umbrellas to use for the wet Bergen weather.

Great location to local attractions in the city center. Breakfast was delicious! Power banks to charge your phone on the go are available for rental in the lobby. Would return again! Very good experience, though the room was a bit cramped. Great informal restaurant (Egon) on premises. Perfect customer service all the way through. Relatively good bar including some spirits and a reasonable selection of wines and beers at the front desk. Delicious breakfast with everything one could ask for. Recommended.

A businesshotell in the middle of the city center, clean, everything in good maintaince, everything you need and no-nonsense. Appealing breakfast including glutenfree and lactosefree alternatives.

The hotel is comfortable, although when you enter into the corridor and see the choice of colors in the floor and walls, you are a little bit stressed. Then you see the rooms and they are "normal". Breakfast is great, good choice and variety of things.

Stayed there during the 2017 Road Cycling World Championships as it was one of the official media hotels. It was in a convenient location to get to the media centre. Also convenient for places to eat. Staff were polite and helpful and obliging with requests. I loved the breakfast! Only downside: the rooms facing the street can be noisy because of the clubs in the area.

Rooms are a bit small but average for Europe. Clean and they have a fridge. Restaurant on the ground floor is really good with a large selection. Breakfast on the top floor is amazing especially since it is included with the price of your stay. Staff is polite and helpful. Everyone can speak English so that helps if you need something. Cleaning staff is nice and quick so you're not out of your room for too long. If you're in Bergen, get a room here. You won't be upset.

Great location; quiet, pretty room; bed + linens were warm and comfortable; staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was AMAZING, I've never seen such a large breakfast spread for a hotel.
