Good place! Beautiful and clean rooms, good breakfast, and good wifi! Even the pool works and is súper nice! Lovely staff...and space for the bicycles! Just perfect.

Among all hotels in Birjand I think here is the best one in winter. However hotel's WiFi quality is good point for it, eating breakfast here raminds you 2-star or 3-star hotels.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great but ok. also when we arrived, we haven't had a reservation and we got a fifty percent discount!

I used the restaurant few times and the staff behave extremely helpful. The food has good quality.
