My
colleague
booked
the
rooms
as
we
were
travelling
from
Derby
to
Bolton
for
a
training
day
and
we
decided
it
was
easier
for
us
to
stay
over
the
night
before.
The
hotel
advertised
an
open
bar,
lounge
area
and
seminar
rooms
available.
For
£30
per
night
we
did
expect
it
to
be
basic.
When
we
arrived
we
were
unable
to
access
the
hotel
at
the
main
front
door,
we
had
to
enter
round
the
back
near
the
dustbins.
We
asked
if
we
could
have
a
drink
before
we
were
shown
to
our
rooms,
We
were
informed
there
was
no
bar,
The
bar
had
no
drinks
in
it
full
stop.
We
were
shown
to
our
rooms,
then
informed
that
we
had
to
share
toilet
and
shower
facilities
with
the
entire
floor!
During
the
night
there
was
a
lot
of
shouting,
banging
and
you
could
hear
someone
being
sick.
I
actually
pushed
my
bed
up
against
the
door
as
I
felt
very
unsafe.
We
pretty
much
got
up
and
left
straight
away
in
the
morning,
the
chap
that
was
on
the
night
shift
informed
us
that
the
council
tends
to
put
people
in
the
hotel
at
the
last
minute
and
they
are
often
intoxicated.
So
it
is
basicly
a
hostel.
It
is
not
a
hotel
and
it
isn't
anything
like
it's
advertisement!!
I
wouldn't
recommend
it
to
anybody,
especially
anybody
who
was
alone!
Disgraceful.
