One of the best restaurants I have been in Bordeaux! The location next to the river is stunning, the decoration perfect and the food amazing! There is even live music by a DJ. The food is very special, prepared with a lot of lovely details and super tasty!

visit: mid evening drink only / sitting outside good location next to river. friendly staff. a tourist vibe ( though a cruise ship doesn't help that element ) problem we had was receiving our drinks in dirty glasses ..... we did say but it was same for replacements i never recommend bars / cafes / restaurants that have cleanliness issues and serving drinks in dirty glasses is pretty disgusting

My wife and I visited Bordeaux last April and on our way to the wine museum we stoped at Ibaia cafe for lunch. The place is very modern, well located overlooking the harbor. The menu was interesting with local and international dishes. The service was fine and the food delicious.

Waiters attendance is rare. Hard to get a eye contact. Croquettes were nice full of meat and delicious. Near the river and nice view.

Nice place for cocktails, aperitifs and tapas or if you feel like a refreshing sundae on a hot day by the Garonne River... A little pricey though!

Friendly staff. Me and my colleagues had one round of drinks even it's really late they still accommodate us, their cocktails are really good. 👍👍👍 We had a great time.

The price is a way higher than the quality of the service. The cocktails are not so good as you can imagine when first see this place. The hot chocolate we took for our girls was slightly warm. Speaking about the service - we asked 4 times before they were given. The only positive thing is the location of this place.

Great food and quality, cozy and comfortable. Service is a bit slow, but this depends from the time and where you sit. But well worth the wait.

Great place for a cocktail or delicious dinner. Good view and DJ music. Not bad for a date. Although quite expensive, something to try in Bordeaux.

We had gone for a walk along the river on a beautiful spring day and decided to stop for some refreshment and lunch. We sat outside and were 'accosted' rather than greeted by a hostess. Once we ordered drinks we had to ask for a menu. Eventually our drinks arrived without a word and we were then totally ignored. When I got up to use the WC I was 'challenged' by another member of staff asking 'what do I want'. I pointed to our waitress, who was smoking and on her phone and told him to "ask her". We were very happy we had not ordered anything to eat and moved on to a much more enjoyable lunch elsewhere. Very rude staff.

Tourist trap, avoid! We went here and it was by far the worst place we visited in Bordeaux. It was also 28 euro for 3 drinks, all of which were disgusting. The alarm bells were set off when I asked for an old fashioned (listed on the menu) and was refused as they didn't know how to make it. I then asked for a negroni and we were served 2 absolutely appalling drinks. They even managed to screw up the orange juice we ordered. It was very weird tasting and no one wanted to drink it, it wasn't off, it was just really funny tasting. Unpleasant for sure. How do you screw up orange juice out of a bottle!? I wouldn't go there again if the drinks were free.

Cute place but the not nice to tourists or maybe just Americans. It is in a touristy area, the summer, I would imagine they would have better staff for the season.

Terrible service, unfortunately, the place is really good looking, but we ordered a simple corona and an espresso. 50 minutes and nothing for something that is already ready to be ordered and the other that is a button away. Place wasn't even close to being full as an excuse.

A great spot right by the river. I only stopped for a drink a couple of times but I loved the music and the atmosphere. The first time I found the staff to be not the most friendly but the second time they were more welcoming.

Cool cafe on the waterfront with great views of the river. Nice for people watching and small bites with some excellent cocktails. The staff was friendly and service was excellent. We shared a salad and some oysters with a few glasses of wine then finished up with a great coffee.
