I made a negative review regarding my experience with them on Facebook, which they have decided to repress and hide from others to keep their current rating. Makes me wonder how much of this high rating is real, and how much is from them making it seem that way. Anyway. There is a risk that you will receive no help from the nurse you speak with, but unlike other services that do the same thing (Maple, for example) they will still charge you the full $100+ after confirming they can’t help you. I’d suggest using Maple instead - they have the funds released back to you without even asking, should they be unable to help you resolve your issue with an online appointment. I tried speaking with customer service, but the reply I got was both unhelpful and unprofessional. I’m in the process of doing a chargeback through my bank, but it is unfortunate that I had to go through this many hoops to get my money back, especially since I had to go pay for a private nurse visit in person right after this.

This is a shoddy business and not a medical practice. I paid for a refill, spoke with a nurse to schedule a next day appointment with a doctor. The appointment was cancelled just as we were to meet. Another nurse called and said I needed to pay for yet another appointment. I’ve been on the same medication for years. Never before has a doctor cancelled an appointment with me and try to get me to come back and pay for another (without a refund!). Save yourself the time and money and go to a reputable clinic

I had a great experience, I downloaded the application I needed to speak with a nurse and I needed a prescription right away for my ear infection. I rather pay for service than waste my time waiting hours at the clinic. - 22min to speak with a nurse and receive my prescription. - Handel with professionalism - I received a call back 2days later to see how I was feeling, including if I needed a doctors note to give to my employer. I wish to really see an improvement that this App can become useful across Canada including international. Thank you

Don’t waste your money. They only talked to me by video and do nothing to solve my problem. My mother do the same without charging me. I was in need of a prescription for a currently problem that I have, High blood pressure.

Very efficient, was able to talk to a nurse within a few minutes and I had a call back from another nurse at the schedule time! I will use this application again.

Billed 95$ twice, once for a consultation that did not occur, then for a consultation telling me to go to the ER. Can’t get any service to try to be reimburse, can’t remove my credit card from my profile and can’t delete my profile.

Do not even waste your money there. I paid for a consultation for my baby, they didn't know what it was and prescribed something that made it even worst!! Then you have to pay again to repair THEIR mistake!!!!

If you think you gonna have a subject matter expert giving consultation, think twice. I paid for a consultation which consisted only replying to Q&As which I could have done online. $90 paid and wasted.

I did not get a prescription as my health state was deteriorating rapidly! But i got a transfer paper to go directly to the emergency room.
