BEWARE OF DR. TUYET ANH TO!! She misdiagnosed my mother and sent her out the clinic, and it turns out my mother has CANCER. My mother came to this clinic a few weeks ago, told the doctor she was having consistent coughing and shortness of breath, and asked if it was something to be examined. The doctor only checked her with a stethoscope, no other exams, told her it was “just a cold”, then sent my mom out. This week my mother had to go to the emergency room for these pains, and the doctors found out they were symptoms of CANCER! This is upsetting to me and my Mom because had she not looked for a 2nd medical opinion at the emergency room in a hospital, she would not realize it was cancer… That is so dangerous and life threatening. I say this as a caution to others to beware, if you visit this clinic and think you should get a 2nd opinion, get one! They were not taking my mother’s symptoms seriously and were very dismissive.

I miss the old team with Carmen and Julie. They knew the customers and were very reliable. They use to pick up the phone right away. It was the last place you had such personalized service like that. Now you have to wait wait wait wait...😢

READ THIS BEFORE GOING! I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. To for a consultation, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing encounter. From start to finish, I felt like I was just another name on her list, rather than a person seeking genuine medical care and attention. When it was finally my turn, I hoped to discuss my health concerns in detail, but she interrupted me repeatedly, barely allowing me to finish my sentences. It was frustrating and made me feel unheard and insignificant. Her lack of attentiveness was alarming. It seemed as though she had already formed her diagnosis before even listening to all of my symptoms. She was quick to dismiss my concerns without thoroughly investigating them. Her lack of curiosity and genuine interest in understanding the root of my health issues left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Instead of offering reassurance or compassion, she dismissed my worries and minimized the severity of my symptoms. I left the appointment feeling even more anxious and worried about my health than before. Don't recommend!!

I saw Dr. TUYET ANH TO for severe heartburn in the late afternoon of January 6th. I wanted to show her my printed-out list of medications, but she refused saying it wasn't necessary. After answering her questions regarding fever, (none) vomiting, (none) and palpating my abdomen, her diagnosis was gastroenteritis. However, she did take a moment to inform me that I had a rash under my right bra cup!!! Dr. To wrote a prescription and when the pharmacist saw it, he was very surprised that she wrote a prescription for a medecine I was already taking .. but at a REDUCED dosage. He tried to reach her by telephone, but the clinic was already closed. He asked me whether she recommended I have an endoscopy; no - she did not. If I could possibly have given Zero stars about the "service" this doctor provided me, I would have done so. Despite the several hours in the waiting room, I should have trusted my instincts and gone to my local hospital.

Dr Tao is the worst doctor ever. she should not even be allowed to practice for endangering people's lives. I went in emergency with a swollen foot. She looks at it and says it’s infection and prescribed me antibiotics for 10 days to take 4 times a day which was a little bit too much strong for me. How can she tell without an X-ray. I had a lot of pain at one point and felt like a fracture and though I am not a doctor, I requested her don’t we need to do an X-ray to see the problem. She says no. You’ll be fine. OMG I took those antibiotics for 5 days and no sign of healing so I went to see a private doctor same clinic Dr Labateya. He just by looking at my foot he said it’s not infection and to stop taking those antibiotics and he sent for X-ray and the very next morning he got the results. He called me to say it’s hairline fracture and prescribed a boot to wear. I would definitely recommend Dr Labateya to other Dr Tau.

I am very satisfied with the service of the pharmacy especially pharmacists Wasim and Neveen very helpful and friendly i want to add Mr Richard i went today with my mother he was so nice with her he is professional in his job.

There is this doctor that has a ton of bad reviews. Needless to say the aforementioned doctor has definitely earned it. She does not care about you and it seems like that she is in a hurry to kick you out. I actually went to see a doctor for 2 issues that I had. Once I was finished with the first one (which took 5 mins) and I was about to start talking about the second issue she stopped me and said "one problem per visit".

I got an appointment for the walk-in clinic 1 week in advance for 9:40pm. They call me the day before to confirm my appointment but then proceed to ask what is was for. I told her and said I feel better but I still want to see the doctor. No problem. She tells me the doctor's name on duty will Dr To. I get there at 9:30pm and I am told I have to wait in my car, they call me. I ask what is the delay, 25 mins from my appointment time. I got in to to the doctor at 10:55pm. Told Dr. To why I had made the appointment but I was feeling better. She started to laugh and said I should have canceled my appointment. But I said I was due for blood tests anyways that's why I kept my appointment. She laughs again and repeats if I was feeling better I should canceled. I said all I need is a prescription for a blood test. She laughs a third time and says she does do that and asked if I had seen the sign outside stating that fact. And says the patient before got the same answer and again with her laugh. Waste of time. As I walked out I looked for the SIGN. turned the receptionist and asked where the SIGN was. She cleared the countertop and showed me the paper taped there. I asked how can we possibly see THE SIGN? Her answer "sorry we are under renovation.". If I could give a negative star rating for this doctor I would.

Great service , booked an appointment and was seen by one of the medical professionals promptly. Pharmacist took the time to explain the prescribed medication. Very satisfied with my experience.

This is by far the worst medical service I have experienced. The doctor has no regard for the patient’s health, and will do the very bare minimum. My father died of medical negligence at the hands of this system. Now I see he was not a rare incident of medical negligence.

I have no opinion about the doctors or nurses. My issue was the waiting room, it is under construction, which is not the problem and is understandable. But there are not enough chairs for people to sit. The chairs are cheap plastic ones, I do not understand why they could not have more, COVID or not, we are all cramped in the space. At least provide chairs. You wait for over an hour standing, while you already are not feeling well, even elderly people were standing. The callousness of the situation was bothersome.

I always had great experience with the walk-in clinic , no more morning line reservation, i just call to book same day. nice that i can book after 7 pm to be seen after my work hours, have awesome Proxim pharmacy in same clinic with friendly staff i deal with for last 3 years or so.

Do not go to clinic Mira and with Dr.To. Terrible experience, i started telling her about my symptoms and how i had trouble breathing because my lungs seemed full of mucus all the time and that it happens often it's not a new thing but the idiot keeps cutting you off. Then she does a basic test then says it's a cold, that i have a virus and that's it just drink water. Like what the hell??? Then I tell her yeah i a cold? what no xrays, no antibiotics, no nothing. Wasted 1h waiting for nothing. I'll go to a second doctor tomorrow. 👎👎👎

They won't treat any new patients for walk-in if you don't already have a file with them. What is the point of "walk-in.

I have tried in vain to get an appointment with my dr k. Ah lan, called the extension only to be hung up on, called back again after 45 minutes of waiting on the line the secretary say i have to call back. Screw this.. i went to a private clinic.. whats the use of having a "family doctor" when you cant even get to see your family doctor because you cant even get through. I liked it better when my dr was on blvd payer, he was more accessible.

Impressive medical act from mde Doctor Cote. With doctors like her we can have a better world for all of us. Thanks a lot for taking care of me and my family for last 20 year.
