The porridge buffet is only available on the last Friday of every month and tickets are fast sold out. For the price of $15.50/pax, worth it. Feedback: will be good if we can have extra plates to put the bones in, thanks.

I visited here on 6 Oct 2021, for lunch. I enjoy the place much... Although it is quite ulu, its goods compensate for it. Food: The food is reasonably priced, and the food is decent. I order the baked salmon with rice set. It comes with a bowl of cream of mushroom, a slice of raisins bread, dessert (mango pudding) and a cup of hot tea. All for $14 Nett. Atmosphere: the place is clean, and mostly quiet. Not crowded at all when I visit. The only unpleasant thing is that there teaching staff themselves are shouting at times. Service: The service crew is polite. The crew comes over to clear my plates immediately after I finishes my food. Moreover, they always answer well to all my request, even if it is a deny. The only thing I think can be improved is that the crew notice that the table is shaking upon my arrival but he doesn't proactively resolve this issue. Overall: I will definitely come over again for group gathering over business setting.

This is such a wonderful place. Do make a reservation before heading down as they may have to turn you away due to the popularity. They open on Monday to Friday for lunch, excluding public holidays and school holidays. Dinner on selected Fridays. Make a booking so you won’t come on a day that they aren’t open. There is limited parking so come early or be prepared to make a slightly longer walk. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place. Hope you can visit! Enjoyed all the items, soup and baked chicken in particular!

I went to The Art for lunch on 24 February 2023. We ordered fish and chips, baked fillet of Salmon and chicken chop. The baked fillet of Salmon was nice and the bread was very soft. The fish and chips was not so good as the fish’s batter was too hard and the chicken chop’s sauce was too creamy. The chocolate cake with ice-cream, the cake was too sweet and strange taste. Separately, we bought some of the cakes back home. The cakes are good especially the Oneh oneh cake, cheese cake and Pandan Swiss roll. The servers and staff were very good, courteous and alert. Loved the Fish En papillote which was unique, tasty and flavourful. I loved the bread and soup as well. The portion size for all items were filling. Service was fast and efficient. Since this was a training school, some of the waitresses were not articulate hence expectations should be managed. The ambience was excellent.

First time visiting this cafe for lunch. Had the chicken burger ($10) with an add-on of $5 for the set (incl. bread, soup, cake with ice-cream and tea) which was totally worth it. Filled my belly to the brim. The bun of the sandwich was nicely toasted with cheese. Enjoyed every bit of it. The bread and pastries were quickly wiped out by 1230pm so do come early when they open at 12pm. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again 😊

The team is eager to please and the teamwork is seamless. Bread was rosemary scented and delish. Cream of carrot was served piping hot and tasteful. Chicken was cooked nicely, beef was tender and salmon was fresh. Brownie with vanilla ice cream was a delight. A pleasant experience and a good training restaurant for students and the industry.

Highly recommended. Hidden gem on a hilltop with good ambience, great food & value for money. Bakery items are yummy but sold out too soon. Clean toilets. Thanks Lionel and team, keep it up. Always a pleasure to dine at the ART!
