I have been left disappointed on 3 different occasions at this store. All 3 times i have requested for my protein smoother to be collect at a specific time, on all the occasion the staff forgot about it and i ended waiting 10 mins for it and being late for work. However today was just the pits. I ordered a large peanut butter bomb shake for collection at a specific time and it was again not ready. The staff then prepared them in a rush. I left as i was extremely late only to notice the smoothie was missing quite a few ingredients, very watery. This was really disappointing and my last visit to this store

The food and selection of healthy options is good. The staff are friendly but busy. The only thing I feel could be improved is the decor, which is a little austere for a healthy bites shop. Maybe I'm just old...I loved that the portions were not so large that you pug-out or worse, waste food.

Had a delicious smoothie bowl after a long day and got served with such grace and care. I'll definitely be going back!!

Friendly staff, excellent service but honestly only writing a review to explain how their cashier/barista is! Went there with my mom for the first time, just to check their breakfast menu, we received a warm welcome, we asked the cashier to choose our breakfast because we were not sure what to eat, he asked us if we were vegan or allergies to anything so he would be able to suggest our meal... we enjoyed our meal protein breakfast wrap, iced coffee and coffee ☺️💯 Kudos to Michael for making sure we were satisfied and we will always come to KAUAI when we visit Cape-town again

Super friendly and wonderful waitresses helped me out today. Zandie, a teller today, not only took my order but also helped me double check that the ingredients I am allergic to was not added to my wrap. She was super patient and helped me check that the ingredients of the sauces and items I am allergic to was not in any of the items I ordered. Not only did they make me feel welcomed but they also made me enjoy my meal without any worries. It is really a recommended Kauai branch to go to! I will always give Zandie thousands of thumbs up.

Not happy with the portion I received today. Used my vitality points to purchase probably why I didn't deserve a nice portion.

Used my Ebucks voucher to get R75 off. Wrap and hot chocolate were well made and tasted yummy!

The staff is friendly but their hamburgers were dry and tough and arrived cold. The beef patties tasted as if they had been grilled long time before being served.

The service at this Kauai is generally less friendly and slower than other Kauai’s. The quality of the food is also not consistent. Not sure if the staff turnover is very high.

Happened to be present when they were awarded for great store. Lovely.
