Pop in for a quick meal however service was really bad asked cashier what chicken was available with the big king box before ordering, once order was placed the chicken was not available, waited 20 more minutes then told that I needed to take something else then that not available had wait longer. Asked if I could take a different meal, cashier walked away and then waited some more. Long story short worst burger King experience, I have ever had. Never coming here again.

We come all the way from Bonteheuwel to this burger king and we are not ashamed 😂. Their service is amazing,their staff is always warm,friendly and happy and their food is top notch too. The restaurant itself is always clean and that's thanks to the staff too who are attentive and amazing. There are burger kings closer to where we live but why, thisbone hits the spot everytime.😊 😊.

What a disappointment Burger King. Gave me wrong order, over charged me. Manager wasn't very apologetic and was happy to rather get rid of me than help me. Bad service and place was untidy. Staff rather stood around talking than cleaning up tables and floors...was not impressed. please have your soda machine repaired, why advertise a flavour then water comes out and clean up the drip tray, I guess that's the way their homes look so they don't know better. Bad service, bad employees giving a good brand a bad name.

Food was good but not drive-thru We went through the drive - thru this was scary as it is right on the road and a homeless man approached our car and was hanging around on the pavement. Also there is only one exit lane for both dining in and drive-thru. It also took way to long in the queue.

Extra long chilli cheese burger is my favourite and the playjone for kids is awesome 👏

The store is fine but as a customer you have to have your eyes peeled as there are unsavory characters around that area. On my last visitation there was a near altercation outside just before I had my meal.

The hamburgers looks different to the pictures. Burgers are small things patties. Taste is bland and not crispy and fresh

This evening I had the WORST experience at your store..When I arrived one of your staff members(Thembi) was having an altication with a customer. I ordered a meal for my autistic son and I and also a cuppacake which he really wanted and we order it without icecream. Our order then came with the icecream on the cuppacake. I didn't make a fuss and went to sit down ,my son then asked for the icecream to be removed. I then went to the front counter to ask for a cup,one of the staff members then asked Thembi who was at the drive thru window in another language about the cup,Thembi walked in my direction,turned her back and proceeded to take an order from another customer,when her colleague asked her to attend to me Thembi then screamed at her in their language. When I said "excuse me" for the 1000th time ,Thembi then barked at me that I should be paying for the cup.I then asked to see the manager, Mildred who was even worse than Thembi ,scratching her head and not even making eye contact with me.The issue is still unresolved... on top of that the store is filthy!!!!

3 weeks witg no sauce to make loaded fries or stackers. Driver through permanently slow. It's close to my work for convenience but I haven't been inside because the service outside is so terrible.

The drive through took very long, and there's constant beggars waiting till you open your window so they can ask you for money. Then theres the food, the chips was horrible, some burnt and some rotten! The burger was fine though.

I so enjoyed my first visit. I liked the sturdy table and chairs. In fact I noticed the extra effort burger King took in ensuring safety staircase, playden and table and chairs. The food was delicious and we were happy with the service. Can the tables just be wiped timeously. Is definitely go again.

Food is fresh, up to burger king standards. Expect to wait for your food. The place seems a bit understaffed, this burger king serves a big area/cummunity and I think that they should employ more people, because wait times, especaillly when they are busy... wait times are a little long.

Everything about burger king is OK, yes just OK. Nobody goes out of their way to help you or be extra. It's like they just doing their routine, all in a day's work. Ordered my take away meal and stood there till my name was called, but had to ask for my cool drink cup because if I had just walked away I wouldn't have gotten my cup to fill my cool drink and it was part of my meal😒

Just received my order, no kides meal... As a first time customer this will be MOST DEFINITELY MY LAST ORDER. Tried calling NO ANSWER. R345. 80 for this!!!!!! I didn't get my Jr Wopper with juice.. Thanks now my child must starve

Terrible service. We thought we’d order inside as the drive through queue was long. It took 5 minutes for them to take our order even though there was no one else in line. When our order was ready I let them that the ice cream was missing. They continued to serve other customers that came after me until I had to ask them to complete my order.

Visited the drivethrough tonight. Long wait and the lights for the menu doesn't work. The parking makes no sense.
