I ordered an Oreo Fusion and they gave me vanilla ice cream with 1 oreo that was crushed and sprinkled on top. And it took about 30 minutes to produce this. Between the time I ordered and the time I got it. It was certainly not worth the wait.

Worst experience ever. I wasn't satisfied with my order, and then when I tried to complain the disrespect I received from the staff at this branch was insane. These guys thinks they own Burger King name. At first I didn't want to bring this in public, hence I wrote them via email detailing the situation thinking they will get back to me, which they never did until this day. Not recommended. The one star I gave is mandatory, this branch deserves five zeros.

I love burger King, however, on Saturday the 24th in the afternoon around 5 or 6 we had a bad service due to one of the ladies who took orders. I just didn't check her name tag. The establishment was clean. Security was present There's a wheelchair access. They accept all major cards and cash. The establishment is located at a very busy street. The establishment is not pet friendly except for guide dogs. Food are fairly cheap. Network coverage is good where the establishment is located. Traffic is moderate, maybe it was due to the fact that it was a weekend.

Ordered food on Bolt food by them Order showed as delivered. I am still waiting after almost 2 hours. The driver does not pick up nor does the shop. Not getting a response via the customer service channel.

The classic burger King flame grilled flavours as you know it. Staff can be a bit on the slow side as this is a new store. I appreciate the Hallal Burger King in long street. Bathrooms are kept clean and locked which is a good thing given long street attracts all sorts of people. There are many options including vegetarian nuggets with garlic mayo. This option is appreciated .

I needed some food fast, it was a first Thursday late night. Ordering was a breeze although we did wait a bit long for the food. The staff were friendly and tried their best. Maybe have more staff on at night. Especially on a first THURSDAY, which is especially busy time in the city.

Highly disappointed at the quality of food and level of service from this branch. The service was so slow I could not believe it. When the food arrived it was cold and I asked for a new burger to be made to which they replied "take this one" which was even colder! They proceeded to put my original cold burger into someone else's packet. Do not recommend this store.

I have left this review for 5 days hoping I would be proven wrong. It would seem I hoped in vain. I work directly above Burger King Long Street and most mornings, I get a hot chocolate or a cappuccino. On Wednesday 12 July 2023, I went to at exactly 06:00 because I know that they clean between 5 and 6. The glass door was closed but I pushed it open and walked in. There were three employees in various states of vegetating behind the counter. I walked up to the counter and asked one of the employees what time they opened since it seemed as if there was less than nothing going on. He just gave me a vacant stare. I repeated my question and received the same response. I swiftly turned around and walked out. At 06:15 I went back. I asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman by the name of Teboho came from the back and just stood in front of me. I told him my whole story and he concurred that it was unacceptable and undertook to take the involved staff members to task. He even took my name and telephone number. Surprise! It is 5 days later and I am still waiting for a call or apology. The service has come from bad to worse and even though it is a convenient restaurant I will walk further and try to get decent service from another restaurant. This is not my first complaint about service/management and it just seems to get worse.
