Amazing customer service and the place was neat and clean. The lady who helped us was so nice.

Usually we get our orders without any glitches but today(04 November 2022) our order was messed up... our number gets called & we get to the front counter... got our meals & immediately realised our 7yr old daughters' Happy Meal is not with. Called a cashier told her we haven't received a Happy Meal, she checks the slip & another prepares it.... got it & off we went... in the parking lot she says she didn't receive a toy... back in we went, got a story book & left. Got home only to see the Meal we ordered for her was not the Happy Meal she wanted... we ordered a cheeseburger with corn(it's her absolute favorite!) & a apple juice... instead she just got a burger with fries(she hates fries!) She was very upset 😭

The food was stale especially the fries. I ordered two milkshakes one in which was just foam. The service was terrible as I did not receive my other strawberry milkshake that I ordered but when I came to the pickup point I was told I did not order it. THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER HAD!!!!!!

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother coming to this branch they always getting yr order wrong always!!!🤕🤕🤕 McDonald's vangate please make sure yr staff listen and listen well to the customer requests or u will be loosing alot more customers😖😖😖😖 03/10/2023 - Seems McDonald's has had some upgrade in service levels - service much better staff more helpful 👍 food also has a big improvement Thank you👌🏼😘

I struggled to place an order with their new self-service portal and there was no help from the staff, I was embarrassed and hungry at the same time. 7 minutes later a lady came out with my meal, IT WAS DELICIOUS!

I went with my parents to Mc Donald's and they did not know how to work the Machine so they asked one of the employees to help her but then she asked the worker to assist with buying a Big Mac but instead the employee ordered a completely different meal and when we told them that is not what we wanted they gave an attitude. Not recommended as services wise.

Very clean, service is efficient, staff are very helpful and friendly. Best feature?..... Most tables are equipped with USB charging ports for your mobile device.... And there's free wifi 😁

Staff was so kak. Too busy with their own problems to help their customers. Especially Sino. Too busy walking away from the till to get my order correct. And then sighing because I wasn't fast enough for her. And then still got the order wrong after I told her what to remove.
