I had the best experience. The staff told us we can stay in our vechile,they will bring the food to us. Everyone was friendly and they atmosphere was very pleasant. 10 out of 10.

I'm livid with yesterday's service that I got. I arrived before 8, and we were told to wait 8 min for the food. By 8 my order was already in by the kiosk and I had my slip in my hand. I waited and waited and waited and my order still did not come. 25 min later I go by the counter to ask what is the hold up with my order because I see that the shop is getting empty and people that came after me are long gone. The lady tells she forgot about my order so do I mind waiting for 20 min. This point I'm getting angry because she didn't even apologize ,a lady from the back and the ladies by the till told her to apologize. She had the audacity to ask me what im gonna do like it's my fault that she skipped my order. I will never set my foot there because clearly they don't care about the customers .

Not a pleasant experience. Wanted to do "drive-thru", stood in a queue snaking into the street. After 5 minutes I decided to park and order inside. Just as full inside and not sure where the queue was. Card machines were not working. Looked like store was under-staffed. Poor assistants were trying their best. Eventually ordered and got food timeously. Food was great. Management needs to improve overall experience for customer. Not the first time we have experienced this at this store.

Been in KFC Hout bay twice now I have been kept waiting for almost 45 mins with no explanation and others come order and go while I'm waiting. Spoke to the lady at the back responded rudely . How can you not save streetwise 2 x 3 and being able to have 15 pieces for someone who came after us. I feel like customer service is not priority for this shop. They don't even deserve 1star rating either

The drive-through is at a bit of an odd angle, and doesn't inspire much confidence when you're driving a fortuner... So we went in, and were helped by very friendly staff. The burgers were lovely, but for the first time in KFC history, the chips were over-spiced.

I have been going to this KFC for nearly 20 years. It has gotten worse over time. These days I'd rather drive to Claremont than waste my time at Hout Bay KFC. I rarely recieve napkins, t sauce, or spice, not to mention the rarity in which I recieve a spoon for my mash and gravy. They have this Ludacris system where you wait in the parking lot to recieve your drive through order. Overall I'm amazed the place functions at all. Disappointed every time basically. The food is always fine though, aside from the odd missing bun from a colonel burger. It seems as though the people who work there have had zero instruction on what to do. Anyways hopefully it gets lekker again one day.

The worst drive through EVER. The lady couldnt take our order from the first point and we saw all 3 cars infront of us had to park, needless to say we also had to park. There was no use going in to follow up on the order as they just ignore you. 40 minutes we got food, wrong order as we asked for no tomato or lettuce, but by this time we were just glad to receive something. After picking off the unwanted, the ghostpepper wrap was good. However, this KFC will never see us again.

Ive had far too many instances of bad service and some items on my takeaway orders just forgotten so many times! Unnacceptable. Its like there is no management whatsoever! But its been this way for a few years. I doubt it will change! Change the kfc to another chain please!
