Decided to try the new Nando's Drive through. I ended up going inside instead. They were open until 10pm, which is great! I mean, with loadshedding you can pop by anytime. I ordered half a chicken and wedges. Everything was great. The store is ideal for a quick sit down as well. The staff were surprisingly on point at 9:30pm. I'm glad the service is good. I will return to try the drive through.

My favourite one with decent seats and calm atmosphere. Yep, the portions are still small but tasty. ___ So being closed for several months, they have finally reopened in Ottery Centre, and have a newly built store. Some of the staff have been retained and the service is as sharp as ever. Yes, the portion sizes could be better but it's great that they're back, and now have a drive through. I like the new seating arrangement and the fact that there are now clean bathrooms in the venue.

Absolutely appalling service. Placed an order via the call center was told I can pick up via the drive thru. Get there the lady tells me I must come in to collect. What is the point of offering the drive through service. Ordered Xtra sauce on both full chickens and got a dry and burnt chicken. BURNT Chicken 🐔

The service was great... but when I got home, the chicken was tough. Always a problem when you do drive through. I basic only ate about half the chicken and could not continue. It was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend the drive-through. I can't comment on the quality inside the restaurant.

I'm standard with all my orders at different fast food places. But yesterday I decided to try the mild chicken wrap instead of the 1/4 chicken and chips. But wait before I go any further. The things that I normally watch out for is cleanliness. Nandos was sparkling . Their tables was well presented and clean to the seating even. The open plan kitchen where you can see them make the food. Sparkling ☺️ I even checked the floor I was so pleased with everything. Friendly staff very much helpful also guiding big boss through his order. I had a wrap as I mentioned. Sit down if you are going to have it. My wrap was tasty, fresh salad ooh and chunks of chicken smothered with sauce (in a good way) it was delicious 😋 but messy when eating it. Baby boss had a Kiddies burger meal with chip he thoroughly enjoyed himself in the back seat. Big boss had his favourite half a chicken with wedges and he bought some Extra sauce to go with it. His chicken was fall off the bone delicious 🤤 the rolls were nice fresh ☺️ I hardly took any photos of our meals we were hungry and in a rush simultaneously 🤣 There was no long wait on our food We sat down and then the next thing we heard was our order number. Definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. I'll becoming for Sunday lunch ☺️

Bought 3 quarter chicken and chips, take away. 1 October 2023 around 12pm. When I got home found the chicken to be not fresh and reheated. Some parts of the chicken was hard and you can taste it definitely not fresh. I always buy at Nando's and are always happy with the food but was bitterly disappointed. Standard definitely dropping.

Quick, efficient service. Chicken was grilled well - skin was rendered well (blackened and a bit bitter, but I enjoy a bit of char) and meat was succulent (even the breast portions were not overly dry). Just short of a perfect score as this branch is VERY STINGY with the basting: multiple requests of "extra basting" and there's still very little sauce in the packet (chicken pieces are barely coated). Other branches are much more generous with the basting. Remedy that issue and this establishment would be worthy of a fifth star! Overall, a pleasurable experience.

The service here is pathetic... there is no structure, they always seem short staffed or staff running around like headless chickens not knowing what's happening. I absolutely love Nandos but this store really needs some attention. It's not worth my time or money.

Nando's serve my kind of food. Perfect spicyness and tender cooked. Lady that assisted me was very friendly. Orders take a bit longer, but it is worth the wait

Bisides the good meal and great service I would like to commend the staff for their honest work ethics. I forgot my Oakley Sunglasses and after realising it was missing, I had no hassle in getting my most loved sunglasses handed back to me. Thanks to an amazing staff.. 👏👌💙

Service and organization of staff is pathetic. Waited 20minutes for my food when there were only 5 tables seated inside. The manager on duty is also useless and not very customer centric. I did also notice the kitchen staff wasn't wearing protective wear something for the health department to check out
